Even though you have the option to opt out of the automatic charge, I didn't like how I was lured in to buy 2 leggings for $24, oh but only if you sign up for the automatic charge every month. Also, when I was shopping for my 2 pair of leggings, the clock timing me made me think I only had one minute to browse and make a decision, so I didn't really get what I wanted. I realize I should've notice it was an hour, and not one minute, but I didn't. Still, if I could do it over I would've gotten the leggings I wanted.

When I walked in the store not one employee offered to help me I needed to exchange sizes and couldn't find the item or size I needed. In the end I had to go up and ask them to help me myself and she seemed annoyed.

I've been a longtime VIP customer of Fabletics and I order from them regularly. The powerhold leggings are by-far my favorite leggings for working out or lounging. I am a little disappointed, however, in the recent price increase for monthly VIP membership. I will continue to be a VIP member, but I will be ordering less regularly (skipping more months etc)

I really like fabletics but it seems the pants that I enjoyed regularly, the logo moved to the leg and that is the reason that I left and also the pureluxe tights didn't seem to be holding up as well, a few washes and started to pill

I'm with the items that I purchased and I'm not going to use the hook that you the store presents to you is that oh we're going to charge you $59.95 every month and you can get a free outfit but it's not really free because you're charging $59.95.
I don't like the quality of the fabric none of it is cotton and I purchased capris but they're not really capris they are the full length of my leg and it doesn't matter what size I get and so I'm just continually going back and forth to the store.

I called to cancel this order and was told it was canceled, but it was still shipped out to the false address that the scammers listed. Fabletics says that once it got shipped out there was nothing they can do but I don't buy that.

I ordered some items during Thanksgiving as Christmas gifts and had been checking the shipping status frequently. There was no update after Dec 7th. A week before Christmas, the status was suddenly changed to "delivered"; and the delivery date was Dec 9th. Interestingly, from "preparing" to "out for delivery" to "delivered", it took only two minutes. Clearly, that status was not real-time. Since I did not receive the package, I called Fabletics customer service and was asked to wait till after Christmas. Then they added an update on the status and said it was delivered on Dec 19th. I called them again after Christmas and was asked to contact LaserShip. LaserShip insisted that the package was delivered and sent me back to Fabletics. Neither of them would take the responsibility of the missing package. I really don't understand if there is any chance that I should be responsible for it. Maybe I just shouldn't order anything from a bad business.

I am a VIP customer and usually skip the months until I need something new. It's so easy to skip the month and when I do order, it comes fast. The Fabletic products are comparable to other top name brands and I love them!

I bought a couple of things from the company and somehow, I was signed up for a VIP membership that I didn't know of. I was charged for 3 months before I realized it. The weird thing is that I lost my debit card during that time and cancelled the card, so you would think they didn't have access to the funds? WRONG! The customer service rep from the Fabletics told me they contacted my financial institution directly. That rep was kind enough to refund my money. I also cancelled my subscription. The NEXT DAY... they charged my account another $54.95! I called again and 'Eddie' told me that there was nothing he could do. He told me that the refund I received couldn't have been done without the card information. I told me I have to take it up with my bank. I'm not crazy. The refund is back in my account and somehow, someway, they took more. 'Eddie' just seemed to not care a bit.
Horrible! Don't trust this company. They do not honor their promises.

Honestly a membership sucks. By the time you get your credit everything is sold out. However customer service is amazing. At least from my experience. I also love the product.

They withdrew $49.95 from my account for over six months. I have been calling them for months now to receive my refund. I keep getting the run around from all their supervisors. I still haven't received my refund. But, I will keep trying and I will keep warning people about this HORRIBLE company! Don't buy from this company! Read all the reviews on the internet, thousands scammed.

I found that many of the articles of clothing/outfits I was interested in were on sale for less than the amount I had spent on my membership credit which was very frustrating. When I found an outfit I was interested in there were very few colors in my size and none that matched. I found the website very laggy and not user friendly.
I am very disappointed in this service.

Ordered xs as i am an xs at 98lbs 4 foot 11 and they are for like a 8 year old they are skin tight. I tried to do an exchange but the rep said there are no smalls in what i ordered. He offered a credit to fabs. Not a return and refund.

After three attempts of calling to request a return label knowing my information in my email still no success I was hung up on or calls were dropped off three times the items I received were gray stretch pants with the yellow drawstring not to my liking at all and I would like a full refund call takers dropped all three calls never successfully able to help me return my items and then I was charged this month another $49 for unwanted merchandise

Please stay away from this site... its scam. The first purchase, I joined the VIP and then they charge me $49.99 the following month to be VIP member because I was forget to skip. But when I want to use my credit from the $49.99, the price suddenly double upon checked out. They claimed it was actually on sale, but it wasn't. Their website stated $24 for a pair of leggings and When I use my VIP credit, the price became $50 or something per leggings. They claimed it was sale... THEY ARE SCAMMED. I am going to report them to authority.

Called to cancel my membership and they kept pushing for me to keep my membership, they did this like 5 times and I recently ordered from there and they said if I canceled my membership they would cancel my order, not pleased at all.

I attempted to purchase a gift card as a gift for a friend and could not have had a more difficult time. There was limited customer support, and when there was, it was hardly helpful or solution oriented. I could not get confirmation that my digital gift card was sent to the correct recipient, to the point where I had to try to order it multiple times, and was told to forward a very spam-like email with a hyperlink to the intended recipient. Not at all the presentation or delivery that should exist for a digital gift card. I had a thought out and personalized gift message crafted, and it had to be abandoned because the only option was to forward the email that came to me instead of the recipient.

I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of leggings, which feel so nice and fit so great. I didn't want to become a member, so I just canceled immediately after purchase, which was very easy to do. I only wish that they had a more affordable option if you didn't want to be a member.

The clothes are decent quality but a bit pricey. It's not bad if you can get a set or a coat with the VIP points. If you aren't a VIP then I wouldn't think it would be worth the money. Everything is quite expensive.

I've been a Fabletics subscriber for about 1.5yrs now. I must say, after trying everything out there, they make THE BEST activewear. Completely life proof, hike proof, squat proof. I like that I can skip a month when I want to. My only gripe is that sometimes they will do a great drop before I have my member credit for the month, and I will miss out because it sells out quickly. Or I will use my member credit and then a week later something new drops that I want. It would be cool to be able to manually purchase a member credit anytime during the month.
Tip for consumers:
Keep an extra member credit on your account at all times so you can move fast when they release a great new collab or drop.

It was not clear that I was enrolling in a VIP monthly program with Fabletics at the start.
The items are clearly not for all. I ordered was a Large sports bra, I exchanged it for a Medium which I could not get on. In exchanging the large for the medium, I asked not to get two of the same bra, I did not want two of the same color. I was told the colors would be different. Nope, got two identical ones.
I found returning items had a "scammy" feel to it. I was told I would be getting store credit. It was not until I ask for the refund to go on my credit card was that an option.
Cancelling my VIP subscription was not as easy as it appeared. Originally, I did it online and then received an email about my next order. I had to call to confirm that I was actually cancelled (which I was not) and then received a sales pitch to remain a customer, no matter how many times I indicated the clothing is not a good fit for me.

I would never order from this company again. Took forever to get what I ordered and before I even got my first order they were charging me another $50 for my "monthly" outfit. When I finally got my order some of the items were very cheaply made, tried to go to account to return/exchange which I couldn't do because EVERYTHING is a "final sale" even though the items are still available on website for full price. Worst customer service.

I placed my order on May 16th. I paid for the expedited shipping. I waited to receive my order and still to this day on May 26, I have not received my order. I was given the refund for paying the expedited shipping but still very unsatisfied with my experience especially because this was my first time ordering from here.
