Do not EVER buy from Fabletics! It is a SUBSCRIPTION TRAP and they are the worst and sneakiest company ever! They automatically credit your account $49.95 per month IF you don't buy something monthly then if you don't use it (which I was never told I had credit) they turn it into a gift card making you think you have free money! Apparently they owe me $449.55 which, after an intense phone call --they are finally sending me a check in the mail from the $ they took without me knowing!

Bought 2 for 24 shorts deal and only received one pair. Emailed customer service about it and never heard back. Unknowingly signed up for a monthly 60$ charge and was not easy to unsubscribe.

I love Fabletics! Since switching from my old leggings I haven't looked back. They're comfortable, maintain their hold after a number of washes and can easily be worn from workouts to a night out.

I foolishly expected more from a brand endorsed by the actress and was charged $49.95/mo for a membership I had no clue I blindly "agreed" to; IT'S AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT WAS NEVER MADE CLEAR. After my only purchase ever from that company, it will surely be my last. POOR WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS.

Quality of fabric has lowered. I used to love every fabric and never see my underwear, but that is no longer the case. Also the new releases are not my taste at all. Have not like anything in months

I purchased some items for my daughter on her 3rd month. She placed an order her first month. She skipped the 2nd. I was charged an additional $50 because although she made a purchase on her 3rd month because according to the customer service consultant she didn't SKIP the month - SAY WHAT? That makes absolutely no sense. Needless to say she will be cancelling but I highly DON'T recommend getting involved in that scam!
Tip for consumers:
Rethink the VIP membership - SCAM! Charging people weather they place the order or SKIP isn't right. I was told because she placed the order she still needed to SKIP..

This site is borderline predatory... One of those modern shopping experiences that comes with harassment if you even visit their site, and don't even think about adding anything to the cart you don't plan to buy. They have none of the colors or sizes in stock that they advertise. Some of which are completely discontinued, and unfortunately those are the ones you want.
Shipping was also a nightmare - despite the borderline irritating number of emails and reminders you get before you make the order, and despite the fact that in the modern shopping experience standard being shipping out the same day, they took a week to ship the order. Which would have been fine, except their website claimed the anticipated delivery date would be 3-4 days later. The package took an additional 2 weeks to arrive. Which may or may not be Fabletics fault, but when I reached out to them to inquire, their service team made me feel like it was my fault, or that I was the problem for inquiring in the first place. So it's okay for them to send you 12 emails a day asking if you forgot something in the cart, but don't you dare consider asking for an update on your order status that you placed 3-4 weeks prior.
I have no idea why anyone would pay $30+ for one pair of these shorts. Yes, they're nice, and comfortable, but they are NOT worth more than the 2 for $24 promo prices.

This is a scam and the cheapest clothing! They will take you money and not give you credits, them if you have too many credits because they keep charging you without notification then they automatically transfer it to a gift card that you cant even use.

I never received my items. I needed them in time for my planned vacation and the items were listed as delivered, but of course they weren't delivered. CS said they can reship the items for free, but I won't receive it in time for my trip. I asked if I receive the 2nd shipment, would I be able to return for a refund since I'll no longer need the items. They said no, only for a credit. I didn't want a credit bc I only reactivated my account to purchase those items for my planned trip. I don't plan on making any future purchases with them, so that's why a refund was needed. At the end, they told me to dispute the charges with my bank! Are you kidding me?!
I missed out on having the items for my trip to do a photoshoot and now my bank decides on my financial fate that they could've resolved. Terrible policies.

Got repeated emails offering $2 for $24 upon joining. Clicked the direct link to get that offer and never could get it to apply in my basket after joining. I figured there was a glitch and I could contact customer service and have them refund my card less the $24, tax and $12 for another legging. Contacted chat and was given no help whatsoever and contradictory info. I wasn't sure if I may be taking to a bot rather than a human. See screen captures. Told I had to spend $90.90 to get the 2 for $24 offer but due to my selecting leggings on sale, the offer no longer applied. In the same chat I was told again had to spend $99.90 but this time was told the offer didn't apply to the first order. She would not tell me where to find the fine print about the offer no matter how many times I asked. Contacted customer service by phone and Robert explained there is no way to know what offer will apply or to read any details about the offers. He also told me that even though I didn't get the 2 for $24 deal, I got a great value by spending over $70 on leggings rather than full price. Lol. I asked to cancel my membership and he tried to get me to rescind by boasting about the offers that Fabletics has. Um... what good are the offers if they don't really exist and you can't locate the fine print. He refused to honor the 2 for $24 offer or acknowledge that I was Duped. I can't be the only person this has ever happened to. Really disappointed that Kate Hudson our her name on this. Speaks to one's character to be Ok with this type of business practice.

I was In this site years back when it just newly live online. 2014. I saw an advertising of it on tv and decided to check out Fabletics company worth as of today. It has been making money for the company and the founders. However, may I say that my account there still has about 300 or so dollars left that I just did not bother to get anymore because I was traveling and out of the country mostly since. I did cancel but I was charged continuously until I realized and had to even involve my bank in making sure they can not charge me anymore. The whole Fabletics idea is that it is a deal, however, the quality was not even there because my order, although this was years ago, failed in comparison with items I love like Lululemon and other big name brands. The fabric was no good and it felt sticky so what was the point. Besides, if you continue your membership that's clearly about 600 USD a year, which is really not a deal if you don't gobble through your workout outfits. Just buy high quality elsewhere really. That's my advice. I never visited Fabletics since. Just support better upstanding companies that don't hook you or corner you to some idea of saving that is just that - an idea.

These pants were awful. The sizing was way off. The fabric snagged FIRST wearing. They did not look or fit like the photo and they are NOT a discount price. Never - ever - again

I usually LOVE Fabletics & have a ton of leggings but my most recent order came with a ripped seam in the crotch & i wore them once before the seam ripped too bad to wear. Pretty disappointing because they are expensive & I know that I did nothing wrong because all of my other fabletics leggings are perfectly fine. Also ordered the Mila camo leggings and the material is COMPLETELY different than all of my other mila leggings & i can't wear them without them falling down! I'm a fairly loyal customer and have spent lots of money at Fabletics and will not be returning

I placed an order on 11/25. I've checked the tracking and it doesn't look like the package has moved at all! ( I actually received a second email this morning right after my call 9:04 am to say my order is now on the way? What!) The estimated delivery is 12/11. This is a ridiculously long amount of time to wait for an order. This is my first experience with Fabletics and it's not off to a good start. I called Fabletics today and spoke with Chen who was very pleasant, albeit uninterested in my concerns. Chen confirmed my order is not scheduled to arrive until 12/11 which is more than 2-weeks since the time I ordered. ( No big deal to Fabletics or Chen apparently). Given that this is my first order and first experience with Fabletics I'm now less than excited about this membership and have chosen to skip the month. I let Chen know that I may cancel once I receive the package and decide if I want to continue with Fabletics or return everything for a full refund. I'm very disappointed. I do feel like Chen and Fabletics could afford to put more effort into making sure packages are received in a timely manner and actually addressing customer concerns. My satisfaction doesn't seem to matter at all!
