There are so many rules with this site, it's trickery! Be prepared to be ripped off. I WENT TO USE MY MONTHLY CREDIT (WHICH THEY JUST DEDUCT IF YOU CAN'T TRACK DOWN THE HIDDEN "sKIP THIS MONTH" BUTTON. BUT THEN didn't even use the credit and charged my credit card - which they store on file so you think you're paying with your credit! Charged twice and unhappy. No after sales service. I've been a member of Fabletics for many years now and am an "Elite" member. There are some perks like being able to look at their releases before anyone else does and can pre-order, BUT that's about all I like. They recently had a deal where if you spent $59 you get a free pair of leggings. Perfect. I have a member credit of $49.95 as well (which is money I've ALREADY spent), so I order an outfit expecting the ability to put my member credit towards it and then the free legging. WELL GUESS WHAT. I can only use the member credit OR the free legging, not both. The credit is MY MONEY THEY TOOK and now they dictate how I can spend it.

Imagine having good affordable products but making it your goal to rip off your customers? That is Fabletics. The first time you sign up for Fabletics, the prices are great because they give you "new member" pricing. But every time after that you just get $#*!ty prices that can be beaten anywhere. Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you don't remember to log on between the 1st and the 5th of each month, they will automatically charge your account $50 and you'll be given a "credit" for that amount to use on their site. Oh, and that credit can only get you like a $20 pair of shorts or pants.
Honestly, here is my suggestion for anyone reading. Sign up when you see they are offering insane new member deals, bulk order a ton of stuff, then close your account. Next time you want to do it, use a new email to sign up and get the deals again. If they want to scam people out of money, then people should scam them right back.
Oh yeah, order a size up from what you normally do.

Signing up for a membership (which you have to if you want to place an order) is how you get ripped off if you forget to close it.

I have been reading these other reviews and I'm not really sure what everyone else's problem with Fabletics is. I have a lot of friends who have bought their clothing and they all love it. I put in my first order the other day, KNOWING that I would be signing up for VIP. On March 1st, it was SO easy to "skip" for the month. The button was right there when I signed into my account above "see our March styles". Obviously I haven't received my order yet, but I'm not expecting it here anytime soon since I didn't pay for express shipping. That's to be expected, especially when they have big sales like the "2 for $24 leggings". And yes, there are some leggings that I absolutely loved that they do not have anymore. They could do a better job of keeping those off of the site so I don't fall in love with them. But there are SO many other pairs that I am very satisfied and excited about the ones that I ordered.
Bottom line is, know what you're getting in to. Read the fine print and do your research ahead of time.

I've purchased items from this site before. I knew about the $50 charge every month if you forgot to skip. After forgetting to skip a few months (I never complained about this because it was truly my fault), I put a personal reminder in my calendar to skip every month. I had the last straw this month when I logged onto the website to skip my pick, AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME. When I sent an inquiry to their customer service, this is their response: I do apologize for the inconvenience that you had, as I have reviewed your account, skipping was not successfully done. As a result, a member credit was generated on your account and is ready to use in making future purchases for items/outfits worth $49.95. Moving forward if you are unsure if you skipped successfully or not, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Skipping should be straightforward and I should not need to be contacting you to confirm this? Furthermore, I looked in my browser history and clearly saw that I had accessed http://www.fabletics.com/skip-request on August 4th. Yes, one day before the skip request was due. If they don't remove this charge, I am disputing this with my credit card company. And definitely cancelling this membership. This is a total scam.

Ii am a VIP with Fabletics and pray for any of those with a lesser title. Ordered over $350,00 of merchandise on 12/2/19 before noon mountain standard. Fabletics has a shipping procedure that allows Fedex tracking numbers to be applied to the order prior to Fedex ever taking possession of the shipment. Tracking number applied and you have no way to track the shipment as it has not bee received into the Fedex system.
We spent two days and several phone calls to the so called Customer Service people and went away still having no idea where the shipment was. We were treated rudely, hung up on, and sat on hold for 2-1/2 hours on one call just trying to get resolve. Tonight at 6:00 PM our time we finally found the shipment had been released to Fedex and estimated to be delivered on 12/20/19. It sat in a Fedex trailer with a tracking number applied and was never moved until the said 45 foot Fedex trailer was loaded at Fabletics and picked up by Fedex. No Fabletics personnel would give us any help and told us it was a Fedex issue and nothing to do with them. The worst ordeal never again Liars!

Don't waste your time with this company. I was charged small random fees (anywhere from $3-$10) to my account for no reason whatsoever. When I called to discuss this, customer service tried to play it off like the charges weren't there and after every question I had I was told "is there anything else I can help you with today?" They wanted to avoid the subject at all costs. After arguing for a good 15-20 minutes they said they see the charge (but gave no explanation for it) and told me it would be refunded in 7-10 business days. IT WAS NEVER REFUNDED. Along with a return I had made about 7 weeks ago, that was also not refunded because "it had not arrived yet." After seven weeks? Please save your money and your time and DO NOT SHOP FABLETICS.

I loved my first pair of trinity pocket pants.
I ordered a 2nd pair, and they are still in the bag, and going back.
They are unraveling, and have never been worn.
Now the 1st pair that have been worn and washed 4 times, are unraveling.
I own a lot of fabletic leggings, and have never had quality issues.
I'm hoping it's a "bad lot" and it's dealt with well.

I'm very disappointed again with the order fulfillment process.
The first set of bad experiences is related to the free shipping. It takes forever! I watched one of my orders sit for over a week a warehouse 3 hours from my location. So now, I pay for the expedited shipping.
Update - as expected they cancelled the entire order. I will not be replacing and I will be cancelling my membership. This is by far the worst customer experience I've had.
Next, be aware that orders are only processed during business hours. If you place your order on Saturday you will not get it until the end of the week AT BEST!
Next, be aware that orders only ship when complete. Your only options are to 1) cancel the order and replace it without the item that's unavailable (but keep in mind you don't know what item is unavailable until you call to check on why your order is still sitting) OR 2) wait until the item becomes available. NO ONE can tell me how long that "wait" is going to be. NO ONE can confirm that the order will eventually ship without the missing item. Based on the experience, I'm expecting the order to be fully cancelled. If that happens, I will stop my membership, which is too bad because the product is pretty nice.
Support can not do anything except give out 20% discounts on the next order - which at this point there will never be one.

The overall quality of the clothes is a B+ so I cant see paying higher than the "member" prices for these outfits. Men or Women. My issue lies in the lack of flexibility with the member auto pay. You can not place your membership on hold or stop more then one month. I can't tell you how many times I have been charged because I forgot my monthly opt out. Maybe I should stop the member program you ask? I can't. If I do stop the program I no longer have access to my member credits= my money. So until I buy 5 more outfits I need to make sure I opt out every month prior to the 5th. Wish me luck. I think the last straw on this is also when you DO pick an 'outfit' you qualify for free (also slow) shipping once you purchase 2 outfits. Outfits are conveniently priced at exactly the threshold of free shipping. On top of that, once you begin the payment process, import taxes and fees are added to every purchase you make. So I after I pay for shipping and then taxes to use the money of mine that you already have it starts to creep back up to the original price. Cutting into my member "benefits". Here is my tip. If you like Fabletics, shop in store to save shipping and taxes, and shop sales like anywhere else. You'll never keep up with the Member Benefits package. Even if you have two girls who live in tights and sports bras.

Advertisement stated 50% off of an outfit. Attempts to purchase required signing up for VIP program. I admit, I did not read the fine print. My selection amounted to less than 20% off. However, since I was only trying out the gear, I decided to let it pass. Yesterday, I received my credit card statement with a charge from Fabletics. A call to customer service (not the greatest) indicated that by signing up for VIP program, permission is granted to make a monthly charge and that one point would be added that, as they accumulated, could be used for additional purchases. My problem is this: I do not intend to order from them again. I have received no merchandise for the amount that was charged to my card, and I had no intentions of monthly purchases of work out outfits.
After jumping through many hoops, a credit is supposed to be issued to my card. I saw that one person stated that if you skip a month? How? The money is automatically charged without contact to see if you intend to purchase for the month. I think that if 50% off is the banner offer for the company, then directly beneath it should be "if you join the VIP club and commit to monthly charges to your account, whether or not you make a purchase." As far as the clothing, the styles are great, the pants are good, but the shirts are very cheap - looking and especially after washing.

Read the fine print before signing up for the VIP club. Order an item and check out the quality before committing.

Fabletics repeatedly emails and texts me to review my purchase and they will give 20 points. I have done 6 reviews in the last month and no points have been given. I have called multiple times and emailed back and forth with their TechStyle Fashion Group representative. But they just blow you off. They still have not made it right. They assume you will just give up after wasting so much time calling them and emailing them. SO DISHONEST! STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING!

Fabletics will not honor 20 points per review. I have made 6 reviews in a month and I did not get any points for any of them. They keep sending me emails to review to received 20 points and they dont honor it. I wasted my time in numerous phone calls and emails but they only give you the run around. The lady on the phone basically said "they cannot help me".

I tried to make a purchase on their website and they (without my knowledge or consent) put a hold on my credit card - to a point where I couldn't make a purchase for at least 72 hours. I contacted their customer service and was hung up by the agent without finalizing my request or my concerns. My request was not taken into consideration and the call ended without a resolution.
