I reached out to cancel my subscription and was told to just skip each month. I don't want to have to do that - I just want to cancel.

I use pants for work and found them so comfortable I bought the shorts and I've used them as driving pants when I've made several long car trips. Worth the money!

Customer service is great I was at this store 07/31/2021 the service with nice smile and respectful professional customer service I probably visit again this store for more perches thank you.

My first order, I thought to myself. Let me give them a try. Still haven't received my order. I won't order anything else from this company! I would post a picture, but I don't have my order yet.

It just seemed like every purchase started at $54.95 plus tax, then the item might be at a higher price so you would end up with a hefty bill at the end. Also, you have to pay for import because, like any other garment, it comes from China, but at Target or Lululemon alike there is no import charge. Some items seemed to be worth it but some are not and that is the same for TJmaxx or Marshall's at a lower price and with the option of buying more items. I felt obligated to either skip or purchase an item every single month and $55 was always the minimum. After canceling the pressure went away. If you want something nice, go try it and buy it, if you want something to chill around the house, go try it and buy it, you will actually save time, money, and look fabulous. If you want to struggle with commitment and worry if fabletics might work month after month then here you go, give it a go and you decide. Please wash gently in cold water and air dry your favorite pieces no matter where you buy them.

I love the pants, they fit perfectly and I love that the sweat does not go through. Perfect for working out and doing squats. Not see through which is a plus.

Everything fits so well! I have never had work out gear that was so useful and comfortable. I love my subscription! I got rid of all my other work out clothes!

I was reluctant at first to join but it has been such a fun experience. The choices, the sales, the speed of delivery and the ease of the whole process is great.

I can't say enough about the Fabletics brand. The construction of the pieces is great. It holds shape and withstands the beating I give it with cross training and running activities.

The perks of the VIP membership are amazing. Pay $50 for monthly membership and you are rewarded 1 membership credit which can be used to redeem up to $80 of product!

The leggings and joggers are fabulous. I do have a problem with the sales and when I go to order they are usually out of stock and low number in stock.

The app takes forever to load and forever to change pages. I love fabletics but the desktop version works much better than the mobile app. The navigation could use some work.

While i liked most of my items I have tried to cancel my membership several times and I am still being charged. I have had to pay Ive ridge charges on my visa several times when this happened

I absolutely LOVE fabletics not only because of the amazing high quality clothes, but also because of the great prices and how simple and easy shipping and handling is! Love it!

I finally received all my orders. The quality of all of them are unbelievably good. Loved them. But please find solution for your terrible and nerve-wracking shipping.

I love this and all outfits I have bought. The quality is awesome. It fits great and looks great. Also the material is very accommodating to my curves.

The shorts I bought are great... love the sewn in cell phone pocket. Fit really, really well!
The program to pause the monthly fee is fantastic as well.

I can count on these leggings always fitting the same and feeling great! The material is thicker and comfortable. Of course, the pockets rock. The waistband is perfect.

After one wash on the delicate cycle, a couple of my tops broke. The straps/ties has mostly been the issue. The quality of the bottoms are great though!

I was charged $64.75 on my credit card today... how can I cancel this "surprise" monthly membership I am part of?! I am so disappointed in this company.

I have used shoe dazzle before so I know exactly how this site works. I skipped the month on February 4th which still gave me a day to skip. On February 15th I got charged $49.95. I noticed because my credit card company sent me an email stating that my purchase got denied. So I called fabletics on Thursday to have them fix it. I thought it's a mistake so no problem. The guy on the phone had me send a screen shot of my email from my credit card with what happen. I didn't get a reply by phone or email by Monday. I think this should have been fixed promptly but no. I called this morning on monday and they guy said he should have issued a refund so I can have my credit card company fix my credit score on their side so I said fine I'll try that. I then check my phone a few hours later and no refund email gas been sent but I have received an email saying that I closed my account. What the $#*!. I didn't ask for that or do that. So I called back and they said my account is closed and they can't reopen it but at least I got my refund email from the third person I spoke to. Horrible customer service. Too bad because I liked my leggings.

I have been a member of Fabletics for years and have never been disappointed in a purchase! Their leggings are my favorite in sizing, fit, and fabric quality.

I've enjoyed being a member of Fabletics. They are always innovating and providing styles I like best. The prices are affordable, and the value and quality are superb.
