It's annoying to remember the beginning of every moth the cancel for the month. Not a fan of being charged for the product i don't get or particularly want at that time.

I really love the leggings because I can focus on working out instead of hiking my leggings into place! I wish there were more shorts options, I need some of those :)

My first and only purchased. Was charged a membership which I did not add was add automatically. This should not happen since me or others don't buy frequently to have a membership!

Whole membership is a scam that is not essentially clear when you make your first order. Customer service is nonexistent. Quality of clothes is not the greatest (Under Armour is way better).

I was helped out by Maggie and Izzie during my trip and they were super helpful in getting my size and helping me build my cart. Amazing super thankful for their help.

Unfortunately my teenagers bras have same sized pads as my much larger bras. I'm a meeting while my pads shifted for the millionth time. Very disappointed on bras.

I love everything about Fabletics. The store is always organized, clean and easy to shop in. Associates are friendly and helpful. Quality of clothing is wonderful. I always recommend it to everyone.

I tried several different brands of maternity leggings during this pregnancy, and these have by far been the best! I have basically lived in them since the beginning of the second trimester!

The team is always welcoming. The store also looks clean and organized. The ladies always take the time to find out exactly what I am looking for and offer suggestions they think I would like.

I can be very rough on my clothes, and Fabletics products stand the test of time with me. The products, more often than not, are true to size, and I love the patterns and colors.

I love the clothes, everything is bright, fits well and can compliment any figure! What I don't like is the monthly fee, with everything going on even with an alarm I forget! Just a flaw

I hate that I have to call in to cancel, and every time they refuse to cancel for some reason. Also annoyed by the auto monthly payments. Wish I had never signed up for this.

Easy to use app and I really enjoy the ability to skip a month when needed.

When I was ordering my first Fabletics outfit, I was sure that the promo price was to get out the Fabletics name. I didn't see that I was signing up for a subscription. Then I clicked that I didn't want promotional emails from Fabletics, so I wasn't getting any information that I was part of a subscription (HINT for NON-SCAMMY companies- the email section would be a great place to make sure subscribers know that they are subscribing). I didn't love the outfit. The pants were okay, but the top was ill-fitting and unflattering. I was just working on the budget for the last few months (I'm behind), and I realized that I'd been getting charged $50 every month. I called to cancel immediately, and was granted a $100 refund (two months), but he said he couldn't refund me the rest. I used the rest of my credit and will be canceling immediately. This felt like a scam. I didn't feel that it was clear that I would be enrolling in a membership that cost $50 a month.

Good quality clothes. But it's been a month and I have not received my order and they claim they cannot do anything about it. I would not recommend fabletics to ANYONE.

Site difficult to navigate: "advertised" selections in emails and VIP monthly offerings typically not available in size range; overall poor quality and oddly fitting/constructed clothing

So, i just wanted to get rid of my account... i decided after looking around that i'd never want this style of clothing, and i don't like just having open accounts (also, getting a buttload of unwanted emails). So, actual chat log. And yes... they did hang up on me.

The quality, price, fit, etc. everything is always literally perfect. And they get here so quickly, too. Love love love.

In store is great beside lack of supplies as online. Online needs some help with communication with issues on orders.

The leggings are fine but overpriced and they still charge you even if you skip the month. And the only way to fix it or cancel your membership is to call in and talk to a person. I hate it.

Go look at my call history regarding this order. Super incompetent at helping me with my refund. Incredibly frustrating experience

I've been shopping Fabletics for a few years and I love every item I get. Great quality, comfortable and stylish.

I have been a monthly member for. Probably a couple years now... and I am getting bored with the selection.
