Fabletics

I really had high hopes for Fabletics. Maybe it was the workout clothes... maybe it was Kate Hudson. In a couple years, I have ordered maybe 3 outfits & have been satisfied with everything. Twice, I have forgotten to skip the month's outfit selections to prevent being charged. Trying to remember to do this every month is a pain, but it's what you sign up for. Apparently, if you don't use your membership credits within a year, they will automatically convert to a gift card with no warning/reminder. This was stated in the terms & conditions, but the fact that I didn't notice the credit was missing until a couple months later proves the sketchiness of the business model. Let alone, the process of receiving the gift card code from a third party via e-mail was very inconvenient. However, my biggest disappointment came tonight when attempting to actually use my gift card online for the 50% Memorial Day Sale. I typed in the gift card code at checkout to be prompted with an error that stated I could not utilize the gift card code & Memorial Day sale discount in 1 transaction. I had to either choose my pre paid $49.95 credit OR the sale discount. To be clear, Fabletics already has my money, yet I am not allowed to use it for their sale. I am looking forward to canceling my membership next month, considering the company seems to cater to new members & not keeping valued VIP long-term.

If i could give no stars I would. I placed an order on 11. 23. 20. Which the item shipped the same day with an estimated delivery date of 12. 3. 20. Once the item made it to a Post Office in Georgia the item has said on it's way. It is now 12. 17. 20 and I still have not received the item. I spoke to 3 CR reps and they all time me that I would have to wait 16 business days for them to issue a refund, which would have been 12. 16. 20. So I called this morning to get my refund as told by the other 3 reps that I spoke with. I spoke with one guy and he said " oh you will have to wait another 10 business days" by this point I'm angry and want to speak to a supervisor as this is not what I was told 3 times prior. So i soeak with " Kay" his supervisor and she states " No you have to wait 20 business days" So after a lot of screaming and yelling. I have been told 3 different wait times to be issued a refund by 5 different people. I will be calling back on 12. 21. 20 per what Kay said about 20 business days and I'm sure I will get some BS excuse about how I have to wait more days. This is absolutely ridiculous and I WILL NEVER buy from Fabletics again.

In general the products are ok, they meet expectation but are not exceptional.
I did a return recently that while it was delivered to the address for the return well within a week it then too nearly two weeks once back in the hands of Fabletics to get to the appropriate warehouse to then process the return. By that point they were out of stock on that item and I didn't get my return just a credit. I only found this information out when for a second time I used the chat to get some info about the status of my return. It was then that I was informed they only hold the stock for a week on returns. So I was annoyed that while I returned it right away, it was back in Fabletics hands in less than a week, and the item was still available at that time, that it was due to the lengthy delay on Fabletics side that I then missed out on my item. Had I known this I would have kept the item and made do with it not begin quite the right fit.

Overall I was not impressed with the exchange process or communication. The people on the Chat were very helpful and that was a good experience.

I am not sure if I will continue to be a member of Fabletics in the future.

Outer fabric had a hole in it upon receiving so that was disappointing coming from yhis company. Returns are a hassle so I didn't bother sending it back

Their activewear is well made, stylish, and vibrant. Customer service is very helpful with ordering and returns. Not the typical finds for Target, more colors and style features.

Easy to access site, easy to order, fast efficient delivery of items. Great products, prices are very good if on sale, other prices are ok some a little too high but great quality items

I do not like the changes to the material, it feels cheap and thin. They used to be supportive in the tummy. I don't think I will be purchasing legging with you going forward.

I love the fabrics. They always feel good on my skin. The colors are vibrant and motivate me to get moving. I always recommend the leggings with pockets. The design is practical and sexy.

Worst website, i ordered tee, my order was placed with discounted price. Than i received email which says my order will not be delivered and my money will be refunded after 15 days. Idiots.

I've been over a year as a vip member and I love the sales for us and the quality of the clothes. They fit the size just exactly as you need it. Super happy

More and more I feel athletic little bit disappointed in quality, the material getting thinner and too much of high waist, I would like you bring back more of mid-rise and power hold style

I had returned two items for an exchange I I believe they got lost or just very delayed. When I emailed them they happily processed my shipment. I'm very satisfied that they did this

I really like that I can skip the subscription each month if I am not interested in getting new wear. The quality of the clothes is excellent and I feel great exercising in them!

I ordered from Fabletics at the request of my daughter She was happy with the merchandise. Neither of us required any other items, but I was so bombarded by emails, I cancelled my account.

Every item I've bought from Fabletics has felt and looked so good on me. Their shorts are unmatched and their tops feel so smooth. Packages come on time and in good condition. Just amazing.

The monthly subscription is a joke.
The products are not as good as Lulu. You ARE getting what you pay for: terribly fitting clothes in colors that don't match anything else in the closet.

I didn't skip last month because I actually wanted the member credit. Halfway through the month I still hadn't received my credit and with items selling out in my size I chatted in to find out why. They then explain that member credits are given out randomly throughout the month so I'd just have to wait until it was my time. That seemed weird to me but ok. Feb 1st comes around and I still haven't been billed. I chat in again and am told the issue is that my card on file needs to be updated. I then ask if I update the card I will be billed today and get my credit? They confirm yes. Today my new card still hasn't been billed so I chat in again, they tell me today that the billing cycle for january is over so I'm unable to get a credit for that month. I try explaining what I was told yesterday to the person over chat, not only do they not respond but my chat gets disconnected. Their chat feature is very difficult to use and it's so bizarre to me that every person I talk to says something different. I wish there was a way to follow up with the person if the chat gets disconnected and a way to rate their customer service reps. I like their products but I'm confused by their policies because of the conflicting info they give out. Like I want your product why are you making it so difficult? Ugh

I love my experience with Fabletics. Your leggings fit wonderfully but because I have a hernia, I cannot wear them anymore.
Your sweatshirts are so comfortable and warm I have several.

Was very excited to try, however, upon receiving my sets I was shocked how uncomfortable the material was, like cactus. And very poor fit.

Horrible customer service. I made an order on a Thursday and I expected 2-3 business day delivery as they advertise on their site. The next day, Friday, I get a tracking number. Fast Forward to Wednesday and 3 business days after my order have passed (Friday, Monday, and Tuesday). I looked at the tracking and see that it barely moved and is now delayed and will not be delivered until the next Friday. That is now more than 5 business days. I contact the company on Wednesday, the day I saw it was delayed til Friday and asked my Rush Shipping costs to be refunded 2 to 3 business days had already passed. And after a lot of back and forth they basically said well the Fedex didn't get the package til Monday and its actually "5" business days and if you don't get it by Friday then we can refund you. It was total crap. Even if you are now claiming 5 business days it is late (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is 5 business days). I told them I called on Monday and the representative told me that she showed the package would be delivered by Tuesday and it never came. It has been delayed many days. But instead of refunding me $16 for rush shipping they lost a member who canceled their membership and will be returning the $90 worth of product that I purchased IF I ever do receive it. To add insult to injury, when I was canceling my membership they offered me $10 credit stay. They wouldn't refund me even partial my shipping cost but are OK with giving me $10. What a bunch of morons I can see why the reviews here are so bad. Terrible Company.

Online user experience was not to the standards expected.
Quality of merchandise was poor. Not what is promised through the advertising campaign.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Absolutely impossible to get hold of them- my order just wasnt delivered, even though I was charged and then when I tried to cancel my subscription I couldnt get hold of them and have been charged. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM

Great quality, the subscription is unnecessary every month since the options are not really updated every month

I like the products but subscription should be quarterly when new designs come up
