Ive been a VIP member now for 2 years and it was the best thing ever to be apart of. I love the different colors, sizes and fits they offer and the price is what keeps me coming back. I give their clothes as gifts to all my friends and family all the time.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
I received my first order today and one the pants were used! Yes you read right used! Washed. Look at the tag. It's torn!

Signed up for my "great deal" of 2 leggings for $24, not realizing I would only have an hour to use that coupon. Did not like the pressured feeling as I scrambled to quickly decide which leggings to order. Had I had more time, able to do more research, I would have realized they ran small, but I didn't so the first leggings I got were too small. Was able to exchange after talking to someone overseas that was extremely hard to understand. Waited a couple weeks to get the 2nd attempt, one pair I didn't love, but I did love the other, BUT, it started to fall apart within just a couple weeks of limited use. Called to exchange and had the hardest time trying to understand and be understood by the person overseas. Waited forever for my exchange, and when it arrived, it wasn't the same leggings, it was another pair that I hadn't cared for. Called to try to straighten that out and was told that the leggings I loved had been discontinued. I had to choose a different pair to exchange again, hoping that I would like them better (I don't and also had to wait weeks again for them to arrive). So now, 4 months in, I have two pair of leggings I am not crazy about, not expecting them to last long, and it is too much hassle trying to get someone that has a clue what you are trying to say. As I called to cancel I discovered that they just brought back the leggings I had loved. Would like to have those but NOT worth the headache to deal with Fabletics again!

I started at a Fabletics store in 2021 - was buying a couple pairs of leggings and a sports bra while visiting the US. I was lured in by "member pricing" - a great deal for gorgeous athletic wear! Then realized it was charging a monthly fee for "member credits" to purchase items in store or online. Once back in Canada, I tried using the 9 credits that were racked up (not to my knowledge, yikes) by placing an order. 3 MONTHS later - still no package in the mail! (Despite their quoted 6-14 business day delivery to Canada guarantee)
I called and they canceled the order. I go to put another order in (which is EXTREMELY difficult due to the poor quality of their website - always crashing.) and again wait MONTHS. I call...they cancel. This process happens 4 TIMES. Now they say my member credits have expired -- BullS**t. They only expired because my order was canceled EVERY TIME. They "graciously" offer to refund me 4 of the expired credits - out of 8 that were "expired" - and I put a final order through with the 4 refunded credits and 5 current credits.
A month later, and I can foresee what will happen (as you can guess by the pattern we've seen thus far). So I work up the courage to call and ask for a monetary refund of all 13 credits - out of which I've been able to use ZERO. (For those of you wondering, that is $654.00) After CONTINUALLY being put on hold AND HUNG UP ON... I reach a man who cancels my current order and immediately refunds 5 credits. He begins to issue me a cheque for 4 more (because they can't deposit those ones into my bank account?), when he too hangs up. UGH. So finally I call back, and reach a very kind woman who finishes issuing the cheque (which will HOPEFULLY arrive in 6 - 14 weeks - we'll see,). But the remaining 4 credits worth $200.00? Apparently I will never see that money again. (Or the time it took to deal with all of this over a period of TWO YEARS.)
Their clothes are great - BUT NOT WORTH IT. If you live in Canada DO NOT become a member. You will never get your order and jump through a million hoops trying to figure everything out. I have told my friends and family who were also members to cancel IMMEDIATELY. Which I did as well. I'd much rather invest in some Lulu's TBH.
Tip for consumers:
Beware of member credits being charged monthly. Set aside a lot of time to use their website - it's difficult to navigate and slow. If you're in Canada do not place an order. You'll likely never receive it.
