Ive been a VIP member now for 2 years and it was the best thing ever to be apart of. I love the different colors, sizes and fits they offer and the price is what keeps me coming back. I give their clothes as gifts to all my friends and family all the time.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
The quality and prices are better at Athleta. I don't want to subdcribe anymore! Did It mention Athleta has petites?

I ordered two pairs of leggings through the 2/24$ deal. When I got them, one pair was good while the color of the other pair did not match what I had ordered online. I returned one pair and the process was so much more difficult that it needed to be (based on my smooth experiences at other stores). My return took nearly a month to get received, leaving me worried that I did something wrong, only to call customer service and learn that they had reported that I returned the wrong items even though I am certain I did not. Even if they had thought I returned the wrong items, I received no communcation about this and only found out because I had called them. Additionally, online it states that the return/exchange policy is that you can "(1) return for store credit; (2) exchange for another Outfit or item; or (3) return for a refund." When using Fabletics' CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN MY ITEMS, I was told that store credit was the only option. The exchange for another outfit or item NOR the refund was mentioned to me. Now I have around $12 in store credit that is virtually useless because everything in Fabletics is outrageously overpriced. This entire experience was ridiculous and so complicated for a few pairs of leggings. I like their products but the process was the complete opposite of smooth.

I signed up for the membership knowing that there was a monthly fee and that it was to go towards the purchase of clothing. I have 11 outfit credits built up and cannot find anything to buy this year. I have placed large orders and sent most items back. The quality of the fabrics this last year plus has been poor! Cellulite shows through most of the leggings. In addition, about a year ago the fabrics kept crotch-dropping so my crotch would look like it was down at my knees and I would need to pull the pants repeatedly. So, I have called and spoke with member services with dissatisfaction many times. I have been unable to purchase many outfits, based on these 2 quality factors. I have tried to talk to them in order to come up with a positive solution. I have expressed that I would be willing to wait the duration and purchase the outfits when acceptable ones were being sold. I asked if they could please stop charging me temporarily and stop adding outfits to my purchase account when I already had so many I still needed to buy and was unsatisfied with their inventory. They said that they could not put my membership on hold or even skip a few months at a time. The stated if I wanted to skip one month, I would have to manually log on during a very short window every month and skip a singular month's membership. I want to cancel this membership so very badly, I don't want any more hassle or charges because I didn't make their skip one month window every single month on time, but I don't want to loose all of the credits and points that I have already paid for. They stated I could cancel my membership, loose my points, and afterwards use my credits to pay an inflated price on merchandise. I tried to just spend all of my credits at once and cancel, but had to return much of my order for fit and quality reasons. It is going to take me so very long to spend all of these credits. I feel bullied into a corner and there is no way out.

The clothes are nice and feel well made but there isn't a lot of variety. I also could never get a matching outfit because there wasn't enough stock.

Although we are a monthly membership shop, there is no need to pay every month to remain a VIP and enjoy exclusive sales and discounts. You'll be charged $54.95 for a member credit on the 6th of the month, which can be used for any 2-piece outfit or item up to $80, online or in a retail store.

If I could give zero stars to Fabletics I would. I was given 2 pairs of leggings as a gift by an ex boyfriend, I called customer service 3 times I was supposed to receive an email with store credit that never came, so I called back the next day and was told that I could not return or exchange my leggings unless I contacted my EX boyfriend to speak with them about returning them after I provided the order number and all the other information they could possibly need from me to return these leggings. I also told them I would give them my information, credit card and email to have them just issue store credit for the 2 pairs that had never been worn and were in perfect condition. It was also the SUPERVISOR that I spoke to that told me in order to return or get store credit I had to contact my ex which is absolutely unbelievable because I was only asking for STORE CREDIT to buy more things from them. Fabletics you have officially lost my business should not have been so difficult for me to return leggings that were given to me as a gift, and terrible customer service from the so called "supervisor".

A few years back I saw a women at the gym in a pair of leggings that I loved! When I asked where she got them, she told me Fabletics. When I looked on the site the leggings I loved were not there. Fast forward a year 1/2 later and I saw them and joined their membership. The fit was okay, the quality was decent and overall I was happy with my first purchase. The second purchase was a sports bra that is unsupportive and ill-fitting but the leggings were good. My negatives are the skip a month in order to not be charged, I missed two but they did offer me a one time adjustment. What is disappointing and a hassle is trying to use the $49.95 credit. If the item is on sale, you will be charged at the full price which I learned on my second purchase. For the last 10 months I have been trying to use my credit and it is challenging because I do not like any of the $49.95 options, I do not need additional leggings so I do not want to pay more than the $49.95 just to utilize a cash value credit. Some of the leggings I do like are under $49.95 which is infuriating as it means again I need to spend more than $49.95 to utilize the full credit. On top of that I was shopping the recent 60% sale and missed out as I was trying to figure out what was going on with my cart. Masks were $2.38 but when I had 3 in my cart it changed to the $3 for $15 which made my cart more expensive by $10 than before which did not add up. The games that are played with the pricing is deceiving and dishonest. Further, when I got it sorted and went to checkout, the pricing in my cart doubled as the sale was over. This was the final headache for me and once I find something I can use my $49.95 for I am going to cancel. The quality is similar to the Gap and the Gap is cheaper and straight forward on pricing. Overall disappointed and thoroughly annoyed with this "VIP membership" - more like an exclusive to a headache and disappointment.

I cancelled my account after being a member for a year, had 2 credits on my account at this time. When I went back to use a credit a short time later, I couldn't do it online since my account was inactive and was told I had to call and have a cust svc rep help me., conveniently all the outfits I wanted were not in my size so I didn't place an order at that time. Went back at a later time and there was only ONE credit on my acct! I emailed them and they said 1 was converted to a gift card that had been emailed to me., but had they communicated this to me they would have known that I had a NEW email
Address! So went thru a hassle of getting a new one re issued to new email and NOW, because I'm not a member, although I had 2 credits, equivalent to 2 outfits, they're charging me an outlandish price for 1 outfit, so I only get 1 outfit out of my 2 credits and with my leftover money they won't send me a refund check they'll leave it on my account for me to use... Like I'm EVER going to order ANYTHING from this company ever! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with! Totally hijack your hard earned money!

This is the review I just wrote on Fabletics' Facebook page and their company website! Steer clear of this company! They cheat you out of your money!
This is more about my experience with your company that the products. You sell people on this VIP membership and make it sound like they can skip any month that they don't want to purchase something but it's not that easy. In fact more than once I have been unable to locate the "skip month" button (because it's not where it's supposed to be), I've attempted to contact your company and gotten no response, therefore I've been charged for that month. Once again, this month, I tried to skip and could not locate the button. When I got a hold of your company they informed me that you changed your "skip month due date" from the 10th of the month to the 5th and because it's the 6th the button is no longer available. Honestly, your company commits what I believe to be fraud in an effort to take people's money each month, forcing them to buy your overpriced items because you purposefully hide the "skip month" button. This theory is backed up by the fact that the most commonly googled phrase that involves your company is "how to find the "skip month" button on fabletics' website?" This appears on both google's top results and your own company's Facebook page! It seems a little odd that so many people can never locate your "skip month" button, yet you explain that it is always simply right below "Welcome Back" in the "My Outfits" tab. Eventually someone will sue you for false advertisement. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people like you do.
