Ive been a VIP member now for 2 years and it was the best thing ever to be apart of. I love the different colors, sizes and fits they offer and the price is what keeps me coming back. I give their clothes as gifts to all my friends and family all the time.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
The sports bras never fit me right. They are either too big or too small, but the powerhold leggings are my all time favorite!

Terrifying!
One morning I look at my credit card bill and realize I paid twice for a Fabletics order? So I contact the customer service for an explanation on the withdrawn amount. Explanation I got: "On you first order your clicked on VIP pricing, so now you are a VIP Member." Obviously I clicked on VIP. It came at a lower price. I understood that it was a promotional offer or something.It was cheaper, so I clicked on that cheaper price. But nowhere ever do I recall seeing CLEARLY mentioned that it came with a monthly fee. I didn't know that what they call a "VIP Membership" comes with a monthly 50 subscription fee. Why in God's name would anyone even pay 50 a month to get a 50 reduction on 100 yoga pants? It comes out to be the same! And how many gym clothes does one need to buy to make this membership worthwhile? Like, Seriously!?
So, I ask via email to cancel this VIP membership. I get an answer saying it can't be done by email. That I have to contact the customer service by phone, which is in France... and I am in Brussels. So not only did I pay international calling fees, but I was on hold for 10mn before being hung up on by a customer service person! That's right! She simply hung up!
So now my VIP Membership is still not cancelled. I suppose. I don't really know actually! So I have to go through all of this again, just to make sure! How fun!
And honestly, I cannot believe that in our time and age it is still "legal" for a company to so underhandedly get people to subscribe to a membership. It is sneaky and dishonest! No email, no monthly billing review, no clear termination clauses etc. Just unbelievable!

I have been looking for leggings for no other reason than to just lounge around and a great deal for 2 leggings for only $24 came up on my Instagram. I was hooked because Victoria's Secret and Pink are super expensive. I quickly found two pairs of leggings that I fell in love with and had to buy them. I am a very careful reader, so I went through the whole process before I bought them. Keep in mind, I'm very broke and needed a good cheap option to get leggings (other than Walmart). So when they arrived, I tried them on and they were such good quality! I was hoping the deal would still appear on the website when I went back onto their website (which it wasn't, unless I wasn't signed in).
Not even a week later I was charged roughly $55 on my account (see where me being broke comes in). I wasn't happy. I had bills to pay for... I called customer service to ask for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. Mind you, I didn't call just once... or twice... but three times for the same issue that I thought they fixed. Customer service on Fabletics is terrible. They wouldn't give me a refund and said that I could use my $55 to get a new pair (which I was dumb enough to do, I'm not going to let that money to go waste) and I stayed on the page and it said that I am a member again and would be charge at the end of the week for another one. I'm hoping Fabletics see this, because I am not excited that I am not the only one that is experiencing this! Get your crap together and stop scamming people into getting a membership! This is ridiculous! I am still thinking about this even though it's been almost 6 months since I've bought from you guys...
I also think I've been receiving Peoples magazines from you guys and it's quite annoying to receive them and not know where they are coming from...

I ordered from Fabletics once about a year ago. First off, yeah the clothes are cute BUT the quality sucks. Kate Hudson is a liar and my whole outfit shrunk in one wash. Of course when I signed up I was unaware of having to spend or 'skip' a month. I completely forgot about this, having not received ANY emails until this month, I checked my account and found out my credit card has been CHARGED $549.75! I called to cancel and of course I couldn't understand the 'consultant' very well. She said she would refund me for up to 5 months which is about $249US (Im in Canada) and that I should use the remaining credit. I'm not interested in ordering more crap from this place. I called back and spoke to a different consultant who was extremely annoying who said "ohhhhh that might be a problem" when I said I wanted to cancel. She switched my membership account to a guest account so I'll no longer be charged every month. I requested for my credit card and address to be removed from my account but of course I have to wait to be refunded and will have to call for a third time and waste my time talking to these $#*!s. Unlike other websites that allow you to unsubscribe/cancel by just using their website, noooooo you have to waste 20min on the phone with an idiot who doesn't care about your best interest, they just try to reel you in again. Avoid ordering from this place at all costs. IGNORE THE COMMERCIALS AND FACEBOOK ADS!

I have been a member of Fabletics since 2014 and I a love-hate relationship with it. Bottoms are great, sports bras are great, tops are a hit and miss, fabrics can be flimsy. While I love most the clothes, the business model is misleading and flawed. I do not order every month, so I skip purchases. I only order when I like a particular item. I had to deal so many times with customer service for a late delivery, an order cancellation and return (due to the late delivery), wrong sizing, and the most recent ordeal was an automatic charging of the monthly VIP cost ($49.95) while in fact I could have sworn I skipped a purchase for the month, as I always do. True enough, I searched for my browsing history and found proof that I indeed skipped a purchase. Also, sizes are very limited and out of stock most of the time. It is such a hassle that I have to deal with customer service from time to time. I strongly disagree with this tricky business model and flawed ordering system, I feel so bad for the other girls that are being scammed.
Update, June 2016:
AGAIN, I was charged even if I chose to skip and not order this month. This is the third time. The customer service person did not want to reverse the incorrect payment, until I showed her proof from my browser history stating that I SKIPPED A PURCHASED EXACTLY ON JUNE 1. (I even went out of my way and downloaded an internet history browser plug in for this purpose.) I cannot take it any longer. I redeemed my Fabletics rewards (1 free sweater) and promptly discontinued my laughable "VIP Membership". VIP Members are not supposed to be treated this way. I wish other customers would be more aware of what sort of trickery they are getting into.

I kept seeing offers popping up for leggings 2 for $24. I was currently looking for new workout clothes so I went ahead and tried it. The product arrived and I was pleased with the quality. However a week or so later I see a charge on my account for $49.95. So I called customer service to see what it was for and get a refund. At first the person was telling me it was a monthly subscription (which I do not remember signing up for) and the money turns into member credit and I could use it to purchase anything on the website and not be charged. Uhhhh hello! You already charged me in advance. So I tell her that I wish you guys would make it more clear when you're promoting a deal that this is how it worked. She proceeded to tell me mam I would like to remind you that next time you should go over the terms and services of such purchase. Which is completely ridiculous. Every subscription I have the monthly amount is always clear and not in fine print. I kept asking for my refund and she was continuously telling me that a refund wasn't possible. My money is sitting there as a credit, so she's telling me it couldn't be refunded. I asked her to speak to a supervisor and she all of a sudden was able to give me a refund. It's was a "one time courtesy". If you just stick to your promotion and get out of the dumb VIP membership I'm sure the company would be well off.
The same thing happened with fabkids.com. I had made a shoe purchase for my daughter 2 pairs at $10.95 each. I made the purchases within days of each other. So I again had to go through the whole process. This monthly recurring amount was $29.95. I ended up getting my refund but had to literally jump through hoops to get it.
Scam artist at its finest. Will never purchase from any company that they are associated with.

Only leaving a 1 Star review because 0 stars is not an option. I bought two pair of leggins for the 2 for 24 offer for a first purchase. I did NOT sign up for VIP membership. However, I checked my bank account and noticed that I have been charged a total of $149.85 for three months of VIP membership outfits and have not received a single item! Upon this realization I tried the live chat option to cancel my membership. After over an hour, I never got a response. I then tried to call the customer service number provided. The first time I called, once I told the consultant what I wanted to do, I was hung up on. The second time I called, once I told the consultant what I wanted to to, I was told the system was down. The third time I called, once I told the consultant what I wanted to do, I was hung up on. On the FOURTH call, I finally was able to talk to a consultant named Joe, who says he cancelled my membership and initiated a refund. Needless to say, I am livid with this company. DO NOT SIGN UP OR PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL QUITE LITERALLY PAY FOR IT!

Not worth it and TERRIBLE customer service!
Made my order and after a few days, I open a live chat to talk to someone, as my order never shipped and I wanted to cancel my VIP membership so I wouldn't be charged for the monthly fee. How convenient that as my chat is connecting to an agent, I receive an email confirmation that my order has shipped. Regardless, I keep the chat to cancel VIP. The agent was kirt and kept trying to keep me on the membership. I decline and say there is no convincing me. He replies and because I didn't respond within 10 seconds, the agent ended the chat. I had to restart a new live chat and wait for a new agent to cancel the vip. Finally, over a week since my shipping confirmation, my package has arrived. However, two items were missing. I had got a matching pant and bra set. The bra was missing and a pair of joggers. I go back on the website and open a new live chat. The agent was incredibly unhelpful and told me the items were cancelled because they were out of stock and that an email was sent. I never received this email. He had a "the customer is wrong" attitude the entire conversation. I was typing something and I get sent this long message saying "if you dont respond I will know you are done with the chat, it was nice chatting with you... blah blah blah." totally facetious. And as soon as the agents message is received, there was no wait for a reply, the agent ended the chat. Also, the chat always "lost connection". If they want to be a serious company, hire proper customer service representatives and invest in a better chat platform.
The items I did receive were of poor quality. If walmart had an athletic brand, this would be it.
