They shipped it to a different address. It was supposed to get to my office and it was delivered to a residence building, where there was an amazon locker. As you can imagine, I didn't have any way of getting into the locker (I don't live there). So it was a very annoying process to get my package...
The shorts are good but the shirts are losing color and I had them for month and a half, it makes me question its quality... Not very happy overall.
They hang up on me one time…I was incorrect on a matter, but no need to hang up, just rude. Another time, I returned items to the store & requested that money held by Fab should be returned, they refused to do that. Its a hard company to deal with
Did not like that I was being billed for a membership after a purchase via an advertisement for a sale. This was not made apparent with the initial purchase. Also it was my first purchase every through this website. Their practice is very deceiving.
There is no way to filter by men's product - and make it primary on my page. Can I set it to see men's first? It's hard to dig through all the women's items to find the men's.
I am really glad we have the options to skip a month in this membership. I mainly purchase for my daughters and grandchildren at Christmas and birthdays so it's nice to be able to skip a month!
The men's and women's lines of Fabletics did not disappoint with this purchase. With the amazing savings deals I was able to provide for the summer workout season and athletic season needs for active teens. They will not only play great but look amazing in the process.
The majority of the items I purchased were of good to great quality. I've only encountered an issue with one set of pants where the zipper on the front right pocket separated within the first couple uses of it. The clothes are stylish and are well fitted.
The experience was good, the bad thing is in order to buy the shorts you need to subscribe to their monthly plan at $59.99, that should have disclosed prior to paint for the purchase.
Had an order cancelled, you would not believe the pain it is to get something reordered. They know what they are doing too. The discount system is built to scam you or trick you.
Products are over priced and monthly opt out is a PIA. As well a big PIA to get off the monthly churn!
I used to love their simple leggings and athleisure. But the fits are trying to be trendy and weirdly cut now, nothing fits right. The scrubs were terrible. The auto billing is super annoying, I ended up with a bunch of credits and no interesting options. Returns are easy though so there's a plus. & Cancelling wasn't a fiasco so that was fine too.
Love the deals. Love the clothes. Absolutely HATE the shipping. How long the shipping takes will eventually be the reason I cancel VIP/stop ordering. It's so awfully slow. Even the expedited shipping that's 15$. It'll still take a week minimum.

I always try to filter items so only items in my size come up. But whenever I click on an item, it says my size is sold out. Why would I want it to include items sold out in my size in my search?

Every month I purchase a VIP Credit. When using my credit I still end up paying quite a bit on shipping with every order.
I was so excited to get the leggings but they were a weird material and just didn't hold anything in. I went to return them and I didn't even get my full refund
The swimsuit material is so uncomfortable. It is heavy and does not stretch well. The shorts are beautiful and great quality but I thought I got blue and it looks more like purple.
Fabletics is my favorite go to for leggings. They are excellent quality come in an extra long length. My favorite is the high waist, cool weather style with pockets for my iPhone, plus. I wish they had more of this style In stock. The fabric is great, even in other seasons.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
