I've always found the staff to be very helpful in the store but hesitant to order online since sizing can be very different from item to item. Also, my nearest store closed so I probably will cancel my subscription.

I love logging in and seeing multiple credits waiting for me. I know I have essentially prepaid for clothes but... girl math=free leggings! Love the compression and buttery soft feel on the leggings. Tops are hit and miss for my taste.
Every time I put an order through and the site identifies there's stock of the item I am ordering and then I will get confirmation that everything has been ordered. A couple of days later, like clockwork, my order will get cancelled for "out of stock" reason and apparently the warehouse it is shipping from is out of stock…and I will always try to put another order through and that one tends to go through with no issues!…I am not doing that anymore….FABLETICS has gone to crap with their service.
Bring back the monetary credit instead of just giving a credit. I will be canceling my membership because you have so many salesmen and I cannot take advantage. I'm not going to use a credit that I paid $59 for to purchase an item that's on sale for $20. When o first joined I would get to use the dollar amount. Not happy about that so I will be cancelling my subscription
The customer service and shipping was terrible. The quality of the items was fine, but the zipper on the top is either open or closed. You can't have it partly open or it opens all the way. I will personally never order from Fabletics again.
I ordered my husband some pants and shirts for work. The shirts were okay, but the pants were very cheap. One pair ripped while he was putting them on for the first time, and the second pair was just way to small and not accurate to the normal men's pant sizes. Waste of money.
Love my Fabletics but as a member I see items in the stores or advertised on social media that are not available. It's disappointing to not be able to get the items you want as a long term member but they seem to be available to new members. Also on the website, you should be able to search by features. For example, I would like to search form compression shorts with pockets.
I have tried to attain a two piece set for quite a while now. The original shipment the top did not match the jumper so I was encouraged by customer service to return it and once the top was received, they would ship me a new one so that the color would match. The second time Ended. Up the same way and the color did not match so again I returned it however, the replacement top was not shipped automatically. At this point, I have a jumper with no top to go with it. I chatted with customer service yesterday and hopefully a new top is on its way out and a new color that will contrast the original jumper. I have spent way too much time on this, and I'm no longer interested in Fabletics at all
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
