I'm so happy with everything I've purchased! My leggings last forever and I wear them all the time for work! The sports bras fit great. I got my sister maternity leggings and she loves them! We are a very tall family and it's nice to buy clothes that actually fit properly!
Besides the fact that they are charging you $49 for a whatever membership that it is not clear at all when you want to shop from their website, I am still waiting on my leggings to arrive after 2 months. I called 5 times to receive the return label. 5 times!

The membership almost isn't worth it. If we could bundle items together of our choice to make the best use of the credit that would make it worth it. As it is I skip every month and wait for sales because I never end up using the credits.

I am pleased with the quality of the products, but the shipping is garbage. Things always say they are arriving on a certain date, then that date comes and goes and there is never an updated arrival time. So then you are just waiting around wondering when things might show up.

Although the clothing quality is ok, sizing is off. I was, without my knowledge signed into VIP and it took me years to figure that out. That after buying 2 leggings. Once I'm done buying my 38 credits worth of clothing, I am not returning nor am I recommending this site.

Two out of the three pairs of shorts I received were horrible. Fabletics was very uncooperative when it came to exchanging the products. Also the website is bad. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I have been interested in ordering from Fabletics several times, but automatically being signed up for a monthly subscription was a major issue for me, so I never did. When I saw the deal for these shorts I decided to finally just do it. I am so happy with the shorts and like them, but still not happy with the subscription. I canceled the subscription after opting out of the first month, but the system is just frustrating as it is. I understand some like the subscription, but I have no need for it and it would be nice to not be forced to be signed up for paying a monthly fee for something I was not sure I was even going to like. I don't burn through clothes that often so I really don't need to order something monthly either.
Used to love their tights recent purchase were already ripped/ruined when I received them. No online chat? 2022. Every business has online chat. Have to call to cancel? Super prehistoric. Very sad it's gone so downhill.

Love the leggings! Sizing sometimes can be off but overall very pleased with the fabrics and cuts. Customer service is excellent. Only had my leggings for 2 months and the stitching is coming apart!
Was told I could have a refund or exchange for me to say refund!
Then be told that it would only be store credit afyer the fact honestly never had to argue to receive something offered by customer service! Avoid them the worst company

I used Fabletics for about 5 or 6 years. The quality of the clothing I purchased was good, and I am still wearing many of their pieces. I don't have a desire to purchase regularly nor an income that allows it. I discontinued my membership because I needed to cut my monthly expenses and credit card debt.

I'm giving this an average rating, because I actually love the product. Fabletics leggings are the only leggings I have bought in a year. I run long distances daily, and want/need enough leggings to support my activity level. Fabletics have worked out great for me. HOWEVER, at some point in the winter their website started freezing up every time I tried to place an order. I had to call to place an order once, and I've even gone into the store (which isn't ideal during a pandemic). I'm at the point where I'm ready to give my business to somewhere like Lulu or Athleta, even if Fabletics work for me. I'm a busy person, and I shop mostly online, so I value convenience, and a broken website is not convenient at all for me. I'm hanging on waiting for to chat with a representative as I type this.

They split my purchase into two shipments - 1 item in the first, 4 in the second. The second one wasn't delivered. I called and they promised the repeat shipment but didn't do anything about it. I called again, they said the items were out of stock. I asked for a refund, they agreed only to store credit. I'm working through my bank now to get the money back.
Also, I was subscribed to VIP, they said to wait for an email with which you can "skip" the VIP payment. The email never arrived (it's supposed to be in your inbox from 1st of the month to 5th) I just cancelled on the 4th to make sure there are no additional payments.
The item that I received (the first shipment consisting of one item) isn't that good either

The 2 for 24 deal simply didn't work and required me to work through two customer support chat sessions followed by a phone call. Entirely annoying, except the phone support was helpful. Lost my continued business.

I ordered a lot of items when everything was 80% off. I ordered two sizes since I had never bought from this company before. I kept the smalls and return the mediums there were three. They only refunded for two because they didn't believe me that I sent back three. That was very disappointing to me. If they're going to have big sales they need to have Customer Service to handle what is returned.

I've been ordering for a long time and until recently I'd not received anything incorrectly, this past purchase was the incorrect color of a pair of pants. The whole exchange process was quick and easy. Still am very satisfied with the service fabletics provides.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
