I'm a little unhappy with the fit. I am within the measurements on the size chart but my leggings roll down at the waist no matter how I move. It's pretty upsetting

They have really great products and can be affordable. It would be nice to receive a reminder email that we would be charged if we do not skip or use our credits.
Products are just ok, nothing special at all… but having to "join the club" with a membership fee is nothing short of a scam!
My recommendation is stay away! Very far away!

Great quality and long lasting. I put 4 star only due to the fact the clothes are made for certain body types and I have a little trouble finding the correct size.

Bad fit, some things are sheer when not intended to be that way. Expensive if you don't do the membership, and if you do good luck bc they don't explain it well.

Placed my first order paid for the expedited shipping as I needed the order for a trip I was taking and the $15 expedited shipping would get it to me on time. It was first and probably only order through them as I attempted to deal with customer service but could not get a refund for the shipping that was supposed to be 2-3 days that ended up taking 7 days. Very disappointed that no one in customer service has ability to resolve anything but to just apologize more of a complaint department with no resolution. Did not offer to assist with anything they actually tried to tell me that oh there is processing time and all that jazz even though I had an email stating the day it was supposedly shipped and an arrival date of a day within 2-3 days then day of delivery was pushed back another two days. Rather annoying if you ask me and no resolution from them just a sorry that sucks. Not doing business with them again just for that reason alone if you have no customer service you have no business. I hope this is a useful review.

Fabletics has some cute items but too many times one or both items are out of stock. I usually purchase when sales because some of it is pricey for just working out.

Everything fit poorly and seemed low quality, not bad enough to return anything, but bad enough I don't want to reorder or even wear the stuff
After I saw an advertisement for leggings for 2 for $24.00. I got online and ordered 4 pair tonight. I was unaware I was signing up for the VIP program. After reading the reviews online, I decided to call immediately after placing my order to tell them I was not aware of the VIP promotion and 49.00 a month charge and did not want to be a part of the VIP program or monthly charge. The customer service tried to talk me into it, saying all I had to do was go online and opt out each month. I explained as a Nurse practitioner with 2 jobs and raising 3 boys, I did not have time to try and remember to cancel this each month, let alone remember with my busy life. I told him just to cancel the first order, he was polite and said I would be credited back within 3-5 days and receive a confirmation email. After reading these reviews, I will be sure to check my account daily and if it is one day past 5 days and I have not had a reimbursement, I will be following up. It is sad when a company gets a bad reputation due to fine print and customers are unaware of what they are signing up for, while only wanting to purchase a few leggings. I would recommend Fabletics changing their procedure and VIP policy if they want to keep happy customers. Word of mouth is everything.

I paid for faster shipping and it ended up coming in two separate boxes and only one of the boxes came on time. Also the black shorts were smaller than the rest even though it was the same size

I received an email saying my package would be here "tomorrow" on Monday may 16. It is not Friday may 20th and I haven't heard back. When tracking my item it still says the same thing.

I ordered to pair of leggings from this company post pardon and was not able to fit them so I returned them to switch sizes and they did not have the ones I ordered previously so I had to get new ones. When the new ones came in it too me a while to try them on as I just had a baby, when I finally got the chance to I noticed one of them did not fit so I tried to return them and they said it had been out of the return window and they were not able to do anything even thought they were never worn still with the tag and then they told me to hold on and hung up on me. Some time later I called again to return them assuming maybe it was just the representative so I explained my whole situation to this representative and again THEY HUNG UP IN MY FACE. This place is a joke now I still have the leggings and I can't do anything a with them and have lost my money

I ordered for the first time for the two for $25 deal, and was automatically signed up for their membership without giving consent. I tried to get a refund and communicating back and forth with our bank and the company and no one would give me a refund. I NEVER SAID YES. The one girl I got told me they just automatically sign people up. It's a COMPLETE SCAM and will NEVER order from Fabletics again.
It took months for me to finally get a guy to give me my refund. Hopefully he actually does.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
