I really wanted to like Fabletics better. I'm a fitness instructor and wear a lot of workout gear! The fabrics all felt super synthetic, unbreathable, and uncomfortable to me. Better quality fabrics would make a huge difference!

The quality of products is usually very good. I had shipping issues multiple times and any time I tried to get support I found the customer service to be awful which is why I terminated my memebership

Awsome quality. I have been a member for a long time. I still have my 1st outfit. The materials have lasted countless washings. Great choices. Only downfall is sometimes my size isn't available in things I like.

I ordered the two for 24 shorts and one in the cream color and one in the black color! I ordered both in a small and one came in a large and one in a small! I was super excited for new gym shorts and the product is awesome just a wrong size!

This company misleads people about their VIP Membership subscription. They offered me a VIP discount and then started charging my card every month for $49.95. I did not know that I would be charged for this subscription because the Fabletics VIP Membership advertising is misleading and there is nothing about the subscription charge in the advertising. I think Fabletics need to be accountable for its misleading promotion. It is ashamed that Demi Lovato advertises such a dishonest company.

I got the VIP Membership only to buy some gifts. The VIP Membership requires you to 'skip' a charge every month if you do not want to partake of their services. If you miss the 'skip,' they do you the favor of charging you and adding that balance to your Fabletics credits. They are counting on you to not skip and then eventually spend those credits so that you feel as if you are not losing out. That is like how theme parks used to make patrons buy Theme Park Dollars that could only be spent in those parks. It is an absolute scam. This is no different than the company that used to run those Girls Gone Wild videos. They were sued for basically the same thing. In Fabletics' case, at least they gave half of my money back, but I am still stuck with having to buy products that my giftees only considered 'average' at best.

The cost of my membership each month doesn't cover full costs. They always charge me still for fees for something. I have plenty of credits, which is why I put off canceling, but yet I always have to pay when going to use my credits. Have to use a full $50 credit for items valued for less. Then when order things that are preorder with credits you have, they still charge your card. Horrible money management on this business.

I ordered one pair of Define PowerHold® High-Waisted 7/8 Leggings. When I was pulling them on for the very first time, the stitching along the butt seam completely split open. Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I even sized up so there's no excuse for why this should happen.

The quality of their shirts and bras are something I'd expect from the cheaper clothing at forever 21 or Charlotte Rousse. The yoga pants are high quality, however.
Also, my customer service experience was way better than I was expecting after reading the reviews on this website. My call lasted less than 5 minutes. I just lost my job, and I forgot to skip this month. I called and asked to cancel my membership and not be charge for this month. One and done in under 5 minutes from the time I dialed until I ended the call.

Let's all report Fabletics to the Federal Trade Commission. This company is charging my account, shipping me items that it claims I am preordering. I AM NOT. It's a bad business and it's deceiving us all. Go online and submit your complaint to the FTC.

My orderw was Never received. Even after following up twicr. So I cancelled the order after 5 weeks and now I cannot end my membership.
Why am I being forced to pay an exorbitant monthly amount, for items that I have no need to order.

What lured me in was the advertised price on pants. But, what wasn't clear was that it was only for one pair. The prices changed at checkout. I was automatically enrolled in a membership which was difficult to cancel. I don't recommend this business model at all. It's aggressive and cringey.

Gave this company a try, but regretted it big time. The sizes are not consistent, once too big, another time too small. I tried to return, but they wouldn't take them back. I ended up donating almost everything I ordered from them. Customer support? Forget it. They don't accept emails, they don't respond to chats or phones. I couldn't even close my account because they don't respond. Stay away from this company, they just cause trouble.

Fabletics is a lot like JustFab. If you do not want to make a purchase for the month, you have to remember to "Skip the Month" so that you will not be charged.
I was a Fabletics member for about six or seven months. I skipped every month except for twice. The clothing quality is subpar. I would compare the quality to Forever 21's athletic line. The tops that I have from Fabletics faded and became dingy after two or three washes. The workout leggings are not breathable or comfortable (at least the ones that I have are not). Fabletics is far overpriced for the quality.
Take my advice: Save up your money and purchase workout clothing at Lululemon or Under Armour.

I love the product. Very good quality and comfortable! It's very difficult to order monthly, or even bi-monthly, when you are always out of product. It's frustrating and disappointing. When there are sales, the only thing available is 3X or 4X. Why bother looking then. That's very frustrating when you get an email for a sale, but when you open it, everything is already gone. This always happens!

For some reason when I tried to order an outfit bundle something happened where I just ended up ordering the bottoms. Perhaps it was my mistake or a glitch in the system. Either way, after I received just the shorts, I called to get the problem addressed and the top was no longer available and they wouldn't give me a credit to get a top. So I spent an entire member credit on one pair of shorts. Just frustrating since I was really excited about the matching set, and wasn't given the option to settle for something else.

As an older woman in her 60's who works out quite a bit and is in good shape for any age, I find that the clothes on Fabletics are designed predominately for a younger crowd. Cropped tops, barely-there bathing suits, and cropped jackets seem to be the norm. The quality of the clothing seems to have gone down as new pants arrive that are already unraveling or have little compression left in the material. I am considering canceling my membership as I have credits that I can't use because there is nothing that is 1. Different from what I already have or 2. Appropriate for someone older. I do like ordering for my daughter so perhaps I will keep the membership for that reason.

I did not know that by purchasing some items at a discount that I was signing up for a VIP paying $59/month for store credits to buy more items. Once I realized and tried to order, they never had the colors or sizes I wanted. I did buy 3 items initially that I like very much, I just feel that they are a bit deceptive.

They try to lure you in with the bogus VIP membership, so that one time purchase you get a great deal turns into a $50 withdraw from your account without your knowledge and no way to get your money back!

I placed an order August 17th, received a tracking number August 19th and all it shows is the label was created but shows no movement in the delivery process. I called customer service two separate times and both times I was hung up on! Both representatives would talk over me and when I tried explaining why I was calling they kept saying the same thing over and over. For the price you pay for their products you would expect better customer service. I do love their leggings but not enough to keep purchasing from. I will be canceling my subscription and find a different company to purchase from.

The product (yoga pants) was amazing! I had the VIP membership but got annoyed with having to skip a month so I wasn't charged. I called to cancel and was sent to a call center that was obviously overseas. The first time they told me that if I cancel my membership that my order would be canceled as well... super annoying and terrible customer service. So I decided to wait till my order got here and then cancel. I called again and was transferred to a call center where they tried to convince and even bribe me with the promise of 500 reward points if I kept my VIP membership. After 3-4 times of saying "I just want to cancel my membership" she finally said I would receive a confirmation email saying it was canceled. If it wasn't so annoying I would have kept the membership because I really love the clothes but 49 dollars if I don't hit skip or buy 70 dollar pants every month is ridiculous.

I am always happy with the products I receive. Also, the parcels usually ship faster than anticipated. And I have found fabletics customer service to be excellent.
For the first time I received a couple of items I wasn't happy with, and the exchange process is a bit of a hassle. For the most part though I am pleased with fabletics in general
