Let me begin by saying Fabletics is very clear with the "terms" of their VIP membership from the very beginning. We all have seen the ads for a screaming deal on our first outfit, and frankly that is how they got me! As an informed consumer I knew that I would need to buy and outfit, or skip each month before the 5th in order to not be charged $49.95. The charge will be applied to your Fabletics account for you to use any time. Just as with any "subscription" membership it is up to us to remember to buy or skip each month. I have had my membership for about 3 months, and I have bought an outfit each month because I was so happy with the price and quality. They have great rewards for referring a friend, and reviewing your purchases on their site. I have earned enough points in three months to get a free outfit! Final thoughts... Know what you are signing up for, utilize the sizing chart to reduce return/exchange hassles, and CHECK your email so you don't get charged without you knowing it. Happy shopping :)

If I'm able to find an outfit in my size that is a good deal for a member credit its a wonderful program to be part of. Often however that's not the case.

Sent clothing back almost a month ago now to approximately an hour away location. Have yet to receive any return on to my credit card. Very disappointed.

I love the quality and I'd probably buy more if I could apply the member credit toward any purchase and not just towards certain items. So I'm frustrated that changed a while back.

It would be nice if they would go back to having more capri options rather than just leggings, like they used to have. I love my Fabletics for working out, but the full length leggings are too hot.

Honestly, it would be better to just go and buy from a high end sports brand like Lorna Jane or go for cheap stuff from Target! I originally signed up to buys some cheap tights that turned out to be average at best in quality. After signing up to the VIP price, I was not aware that my account would be charged every month!
After three international phone calls and a lot of stress, I've tried to purchase more products that I do not need or want just to use the credits that I have accrued in monthly fees. I still need to call AGAIN to cancel the damn account.
Would NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. Next time in going to Lorna Jane and buying exactly what I want!

It is disturbing if a group of thieves can label themselves as a "company" and get away with knowingly and intentionally stealing money. Someone in the legal field needs to look into putting a stop to the type of fraudulent, bad faith, unethical "business" strategies practiced by Fabletics. I have a very pro-business mind set, but a group of thieves does not qualify as a "company," and stealing money should never qualify as "doing business". If these tactics are not criminal, they are at least unconscionable and Fabletics needs to be disgorged of its"ill-gotten gains." STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.

First the good: the clothing is nice and customer service is very helpful.
The bad: closed out account because I got tired and annoyed of having to cancel monthly order so that I wouldn't get charged the so called membership fee. I shouldn't HAVE to buy if I don't want to. Deliveries take too long to arrive with USPS. All other companies I shop with use UPS with free delivery. If you gonna charge membership fee, the least you could do is use UPS free delivery.

I ordered leggings on April 18th. Come May 3rd I saw a girlfriend post she got us that she ordered on the 20th and loved them. So I call and the agent snaps and tells me I need to just wait, they'll be shipping mine out.
I ask to talk to a supervisor who tells me what I ordered was out of stock and I won't be getting a package! Still waiting on this transaction that should "cancel out and be available right away"

I made an account and purchased VIP membership in the beginning of December. I then decided to cancel my VIP membership for a short time. I had always planned on going back because my first experience went well but then when I cancelled, my credit card was still charged again. I got in contact and it seemed to be cleared up pretty well- they cancelled my VIP plan and promised to put the $50 charge back to my card. They told me it would take 3-7 days for the charge to be put back. After 7 days had come and passed, there was still no money put in my account. Every single morning I would go to their website and try to contact them. I would be left waiting for hours and they NEVER would answer me. Finally, in the box where it asks you to sum up your reason, I just said "membership questions" and sure enough, they answered within minutes. They purposefully avoided answering me when they knew I wanted my money back, probably hoping I'd forget or give up. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never give them another penny of mine ever again. I literally cancelled my card so they have zero payment information for me.
