I just want to start by saying I would give this a zero if that was an option. Also excuse my language. I ordered only one item. But little was I informed it signed me up for a "VIP membership" which is total bull$#*!. This so called memebership is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I got an unexpected charge on my account for FIFTY $#*!ING DOLLARS and what do I get? NOTHING! In order to cancel this membership you have to CALL which is the most inconvenient thing. You can't delete your account, remove a card or any information set up on your account. And when I called to cancel this stupid $#*!ing membership scam, the foreign chick on the end of the line, that barely spoke any English, said that they "sent an email that gave you the option to skip the charge for the month" AND GUESS WHAT EMAIL WAS NEVER SENT TO ME! I know I never saw one and I double checked AND IT NEVER CAME! So now I'm out $50. NEVER used this website.

The return process takes very long, their needs to be more of a variety in the black bottoms more styles and designs everytime I wanted something it was always sold out in 1x

Bait and switch when it comes to advertised pricing... Have to be a "member" to receive the price in advertizements. Extremely slow shipping times... Won't purchase again!

What kind of company deceptively signs you up for some ridiculous "V. I. P." service, which I am sure no one making a complaint on this website, thought they were committing to. I never would have agreed to this type of arrangement and did not notice until recently that I had been being charged for last 7 mos. $49.95/mo. After I made what I thought and intended to be a one time purchase. I complained to my Amex card and they initially reversed the charges. I then cancelled this service by calling Fabletics, which they insisted I had requested, even though I had no awareness of it and never purchased another item from this company. Immediately they sent Amex "proof" that I had signed up for this crap so now they are recharging the $350 back to my card. I have filed a complaint with CA BBB and I hope all of us can reach a resolution and be refunded the money that was basically stolen from us.
Since posting this review here and one on yelp I was able to get help from Fabletics customer service and they refunded the money to me!

Received my order this evening & am in LOVE with my top. SOOOOOO many bad reviews regarding the VIP membership. The site clearly states in order to get your first outfit at the discounted price you'd be signed up for the VIP membership.
Anyways, I'm very satisfied with my purchases & I look forward to next months picks!

First, I am not sure why everyone seems to be claiming this is a scam. Clearly, no one is reading the VERY LARGE PRINT ON EVERY SINGLE PAGE stating the terms of utilizing the VIP membership. It is not difficult to log in and skip. Very easy.
Product is just fine and I didn't have problems finding a style I liked.
The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I'm in Canada and don't like how long I have to wait to receive anything. I would happily pay for express shipping if it were available. BUT THAT ISNT A BIG DEAL!
Overall, If you are organized enough to remember to skip the month (I have my phone set to remind me on the first of every month, Which gives me time to do a quick browse to see if I like anything) and then skip, and you love looking hot at the gym then this is a good site to be a part of.
Like any online shopping experience read the terms and conditions of anything prior to purchasing. Its just common sense.

Read the reviews on fit of product, take your measurements and compare to size charts and always read terms and conditions prior to shopping on any online site.

I was excited to buy my two shorts from a deal I saw via a Facebook ad on Fabletics.com for $24. Unfortunately, without my explicit consent - my credit card was charged $49.95 for a recurring monthly membership and I cannot find a way to cancel it and return my money.
Can Fabletics PLEASE stop such unethical practices and forget all my details and return my $49.95 - I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS BRAND!

Maybe it depends on what you order but 8 out of the 10 pieces that I received look cheap. I would compare it to ordering those extremely cute clothes for an extremely cheap price from some china based website and when your order arrives 6 months later (if it arrives at all), you are HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Only difference is that Fablethics cost more, does arrive like it's supposed to and you do actually get the size that you order but the quality of the fabric was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The fabric is really thick & heavy. It just has that cheap polyester look. Polyester is durable however, it is not breathable and doesn't absorb liquids, like sweat well AND, it looks cheap. Not sure if a majority of the clothing that they offer are made with this fabric but 8 out of 10 pieces that I received were.

I tried to cancel my membership last May (May of 2021) now as of January 2022 I was still receiving emails telling me to skip. When I called in May I was told they couldn't find my account and the lady got an attitude with me so I told her I would be cancelling my debit card if there was no way she could help me. So I did just that and cancelled the card they had on file IN ORDER TO AVOID the charges after ALREADY cancelling once. Do not sign up for VIP they will take your money and do not give you an "easy" way out.

Ordered the leggings as advertised on Facebook. Little did I know, the so called "deal" they were offering set you up with a "VIP" membership that charges you $50 a month. I immediately called and cancelled as I had NO IDEA this is what I set up for. The representative assured me I could still use the $50 I was charged as credit towards my next purchase. However, majority of the items can ONLY be purchased by VIP members... So there is little to no options for me to use my credit on unless I want to re-sign up. OH, NOT TO MENTION, if I did decide to buy lets say a pair of leggings, the leggings jump from $59.45 to $79.45 when you aren't "VIP." This company is a joke and a scam. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT SIGN UP. NOT WORTH IT. For $50 you get ONE pair of leggings. Complete joke.

I have been a member with Fabletics for approximately 1.5 years. I started with their great deal of getting some workout pants for free, etc. I have since purchased two tops that have held up well but were always too thin to wear for anything other than pajama tops (expensive PJ tops if you ask me). Anyway after the second one I just quit buying and kept skipping months and never had an issue until this month (June 2016) when I forgot and I was charged $49.95. I absolutely KNEW this would happen so I thought "alright I guess I will treat myself to something." I searched high and low and finally decided on a simple little black dress that was $44.95. I added it to my cart and went to check out. Now on "JustFab" (an affiliated site) the same thing happened and it was simple; I bought a few things and my credit was visible for me to see that it was available. I was in the check out and it kept telling me I owed $53.00! No credit would apply on Fabletics! I called customer service and they told me it was because I HAD TO SPEND at least the $49.95! I was angry and told the customer service rep that I didn't feel it was appropriate they are basically TELLING me that I have to spend MORE of my own money! He was kind enough to give me 'credit' and allow me to spend my own money! (Seriously?) So needless to say I am cancelling my membership ASAP!

If you want to stay a member just make sure you skip your month or be prepared to spend more than you want to.

Apparently when I ordered my first outfit, I unknowingly signed up to be charged $50 a month indefinitely. Every girl's dream, right? When I saw a pending $50 fee the month after my first purchase, I emailed customer service to ask them why I would be charged $50 without 1) Authorizing a purchase or 2) Receiving any items. They responded verbatim:
"Thank you for contacting Fabletics, my name is Brent. I understand that you need assistance with your account. I see no charge under this email address you provided. Thank you for being the best part of Fabletics. Have a wonderful day."
I emailed them back saying UMMMM yes, there is a charge! What liars! And they never responded - That was three weeks ago. I called the customer services line today, and it was a headache getting a real person on the line. Once I finally spoke with a human, I think I had to say at least 10 times that I wanted to cancel my account before she did it. They also refunded me my $50, so I give them props for at least that. Otherwise, this would have been a one star review.
Prior to this experience, I probably would have made a second purchase at Fabletics, since I really liked the first items I received. After all this, there is no way in hell I would trust Fabletics with my credit card number EVER AGAIN. Fooled me once, Fabletics. Such a shame.

I've been a VIP Member for about 6 mos now and I have bought several outfits from them and really love the quality of their products. The outfits are super cute and wash/wear well. My only real complaint is their limited availability of the outfits. It's like they only make so many of certain outfits and if you don't jump on the website right away and order then forget about getting what you like in your size. So, that is a drawback. :( I've read lots of news articles and bad reviews about the monthly subscription, but really it's not that hard to set a calendar reminder either on your phone or your computer to remind you to log into the website and hit skip each month if you don't want to buy an outfit. That's what I had to do because I'm busy and I RARELY check my e-mail, so I ended up with a charge on my account and was like - WOW! But, then I logged into the website and saw I had $50 to spend. So, I bought an outfit. No harm; no fowl. Could I have spent that $50 somewhere else? Sure. Had I planned on buying an outfit? Nope. Is it a bit shady on the companies part? Maybe. But, it's an easy fix - because I DO really like the quality of their clothes and I DO plan to keep buying their product, so I set up the reminder on my computer and - BAM, problem solved. Now, I only order when I want something. ;) However, please note their sports bras DO run SMALL, but they are sooo damn cute! :D If you have bigger than a C cup, though, I would say sadly you will not be able to enjoy their sports bras. :'(

I was introduced to fabletics by my 27 year old son. I loved everything in my initial order and have place around 10 orders since. I am also part of the scrubs founders group. I wear fabletics everyday for everything outside of work until the new scrubs come out. Here's the thing. It's really hard to easily navigate to a style I like "on sale" in my size. An example is that I click on a link that pulls up the new items or sale. Then I click on the style I want but then it's not in stock in my size for the color I want. So I usually click around for awhile until I find something cool that I like and add it to my shopping cart. Then I exit out and look for other things in my size but have a hard time finding what I want so I usually give up after 19 minutes which is usually all the time I have to look around. By that time I'm not sure if I want the thing in my cart which I don't really need anyway and exit my browser to go back to work. So I would have spent a couple hundred dollars more this year if I could click a button and everything that's in stock in my size came up. Then I would sort by price or style, quick add them to my cart and checkout. But for an impulsive buyer like me I just need a little easier convenience so I can spend money faster.
