Fabletics

All the items I have purchases from Fabletics over the years have been exactly as presented. I only had to exchange sizes on a couple of items.

Literally the worst customer see experience I've ever had. My account got deactivate right after placing an order, so I called, they told me it would take up to 48 hours to reactivate my account. The lady on the phone also told me my order would be able to be honored and resubmitted after. 2 weeks later still nothing, so I called again, my account finally was activated, and I could just resubmit my order. I had to find new things, and they had to manually put the discount in. But due to this, I couldn't pay with after pay like I normally do. Instead they said they had to manually submit the order on their end (as there was an error everytime i tried to check out) which doesn't work for me as i pay with Afterpay. I asked for maybe a one time use promo code I could apply instead, that way it'd be a completely new order (which other companies have never had a problem doing), and I can check out my Preferred way. Instead they said no, didn't help, and kind you at this point I've talked to about 3–4 different people. After asking for supervisor, they kept beating around the bush and ended the chat with me.

Canceled my order. To change what i wanted. Remade my order then got charged for BOTH orders. Had to fight to return or exchange as wrong sizing...THEN THEY SENT ME 8 PAIRS OF THE EXACT SAME PANTS IN BLACK. I originally ordered them in black, purple, pink and green. But got all black! Ended up giving some to my family as it wasn't worth fighting with them for ANOTHER exchange.

I've had nothing but good experiences with fabletics! The clothes are great and the vip points are awesome! I've really enjoyed everything the company has to offer!

I ordered $70 worth of products from a Fabletics retail location to be delivered to my home but Lasership delivered it to the wrong house. I attempted to chat with Fabletics online help, but because I purchased it in a Fabletics retail store, they refused to help. The retail store refunded my order to store credit, then used that store credit to resend my order... which of course was also delivered to the wrong house (this was verified by the photo Lasership provided). Both orders are missing and I told Fabletics to just refund me and I'll go somewhere else, but they REFUSED to refund my card, citing "Lasership said it was delivered." I am furious that Fabletics refused to do the right thing, which is take responsibility for their disorganization and cheap shipping company. Thankfully, the store manager was so upset with what happened, she FedEx'd me overnight $70 cash so I didn't have to submit a credit card dispute. Fabletics: streamline your online and retail locations and look up some Lasership reviews because I am not the only one this happens to. Your products are not worth the hassle, and anyone who asks me will hear this story.

The staff is always very helpful, both when in the store and over the phone. It is easy to make returns and check out as a member.

On their website they have one picture to display the back of the sports bras, but when you hover over the picture they ONLY SHOW THE BACK OF THE SPORTS BRA IN A DIFFERENT ANGLE. I WANT TO SEE HOW THE FRONT LOOKS LIKE. LIKE IS IT A HIGH NECK OR LOW NECK, A THICK STRAP OR A THIN STRAP. WHAT DOES THE FRONT OF THE SPORTS BRA LOOK LIKE? SHOW THE FRONT THE SPORTS BRA WHEN HOVERING OVER THE PICTURE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO MAKE US CLICK ON THE PRODUCT. THATS THE POINT OF THE "QUICK LOOK"

ALSO, MY PACKAGE WENT MISSING AND I HAVE NO OPTION TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON.

Found the material to be sub par for the price. The fit was also too loose at the waste and tight on the thighs and legs making it not comfortable for working out.

I have had a membership with fabletics for years. I love the products as well as the quality I have received! The customer service is wonderful and they are always quick to respond.

I've enjoyed the many years that I've dealt with this company. I love the products and have only had to return one pair of pants in the many years I've been a member.

I love the fit and quality of the garment, It was so easy to order and they came every quickly. I love doing all my house chores and daily things in the outfits.

STAY AWAY! I signed up and had read the Ts&Cs but was then suprised I couldn't use the 44GBP credit against any item that was not 44GBP. I then received several sets of conflicting information, the free phone number is not freephone and had the worst customer service when trying to cancel, she just talked at me for ages whilst I repeated I wanted to cancel the account. AWFUL - RUN DON'T WALK...

Love there leggings. They fit perfectly! There shoes fit true to your size you usually buy. Very good quality

Love the clothing and the different varieties they keep coming out with. There tights are my absolute favorite the only kind i wear now. They are so comfortable and soft.

Mediocre products that you can't return, they will talk you in to staying on the program and then continue charging your credit card forcing you to buy more mediocre products.

A complete nightmare to exchange a product. If your going to entice people with a promotion and the size doesn't fit it cant take +50 Days to get it right

I have loved purchasing from Fabletics. I honestly loose track of everything I get but I don't have many pieces that I end up returning or not liking. Loyal member!

Not satisfied. Sizes that I need are never available. Not thrilled with styles. Cannot get anyone to acknowledge that I want to cancel. FAQ says it's easy. It is not.

I did not know you were charging me each month a membership fee. When I finally noticed it, I had lots to point I had to use before cancelling. I do not like the fabric of the outfits.

A little inconvenient with the auto-charge. It would be nice to have a reminder before it takes money out.

I called customer service to cancel my subscription, they said no problem they will cancel it for me. Three months later ($150) later I realized I was still being charged.

The worst customer service ever.
They charged $49.95 from my account for no reason and when I tried to call them, they wouldn't even pick it up. YOU GUYS BETTER ANSWER MY PHONE CALL BEFORE I SUE YOU GUYS.

The clothing is good quality and durable. It's always stylish. And the people are pleasant and helpful. I love getting discounts through the club. There are also some great sales!
