Ive been a VIP member now for 2 years and it was the best thing ever to be apart of. I love the different colors, sizes and fits they offer and the price is what keeps me coming back. I give their clothes as gifts to all my friends and family all the time.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
Great customer service at the university mall location. Even greater product with a massive sale and i couldn't be happier!

I wanted an item so of course I looked for more items I might like in order to make free shipping. I placed my order, and then a while later I happened to be in my fabletics account and I looked at the order history and noticed that it said two of the three items were canceled due to lack of stock. I don't understand why they didn't notify me that these items were out of stock.
I called the support number and spoke to someone who said the order was not canceled, but the line seemed to be cutting out so I decided to just leave it at that. The next day I went to customer chat and again the agent said my order was not canceled and was in transit. I had to ask her to check again, then she realized that two of the items were indeed canceled. I couldn't cancel the rest of the order because they had already shipped it. She said I could wait till it arrived to return it or contact USPS to reroute it, and the rest would be refunded.
I find it bizarre that they didn't notify me to let me know 2 out of 3 items were out of stock. In that time, I could have ordered a different color, or canceled it entirely instead of wasting time letting this one item that was supposed to be an add-on ship on its own. They could have even said, "Do you still want this item?" Instead, it was complete silence just waiting for me to discover it on my own. It was also strange that the two agents I spoke to didn't realize the items were even canceled.

What else can I say that everyone else hasn't said? Cheap product... totally sheer yoga pants (and no... I'm not delusional about the size I REALLY wear). I practice yoga 3-5 days per week and spend a bunch of cash on yoga clothes so I thought $50 a month for the VIP membership would actually be a savings in general over my occasional splurges on Lululemon. I love (sarcasm font) how you have to call to cancel and can't do so online. After reading other users experiences, I'm terrified that they'll send me another outfit and charge my card even though I cancelled and have a cancellation number. Ironically, I'm canceling because the products are made overseas and I want to support USA employment and workers. Turns out my fave athletic wear from Lululemon and Athletica are ALSO made overseas. Shopping for a new supplier of cool yoga wear and learning at the same time. Also ironically, I'm fairly certain the operator who (hopefully) handled my cancellation was very, very far from here and did not speak English well. She reminded me after canceling that I should, "Like" Fabletics on Facebook. Ummmm... I'm canceling... what part of canceling did you not understand? Final note: The advertisement DID say $25 for the first outfit and it turned out to be $50. I guess that's on me... should've known right then.

I like some of the things they sell - I really like a certain couple of types of their leggings because I feel like they're very supportive and work well, along with a couple of their bras...
As a company, I hate them. First of all, their products are overpriced. Period. Secondly, their shipping is the LITERAL WORST. At this point, I only order anything from fabletics unless it's on super sale or I absolutely can't have it because their shipping is so awful. It takes FOREVER to receive anything from them, and they literally don't care. On top of that, their taxes are SO HIGH. I will literally order from Alo Yoga where things are more expensive, I will spend twice the amount there that I did at Fabletics, and the taxes are LESS at Alo! They charge taxes and tariffs for overseas production (which other companies don't do) and it's ridiculous. Again, this is another reason that I purposely try to avoid fabletics. On top of that, a lost of times, you will receive dirty or used merchandise, which is disgusting. Their support staff never knows what's going on, and now that they just redid their website, you can't even leave reviews anymore! Altogether, it's just a crappy company.

I was excited to use this product (always in the search for a good pair of workout leggings), but when I returned a defective pair of leggings (knees ripped third time being worn) I was a replacement but I never received them. I was extremely patient, I waited 30 days for them to arrive. When I finally called to investigate I was told the pair I ordered to replace the original pair was no longer offered. I was never notified of this, instead I just sat around waiting and had to call in to find out they weren't shipped, even though an email was sent saying they had been shipped and would arrive within 10 business days. Talking to the agent I wasn't even offered a new pair or a refund. Horrible customer service, especially from a company that wants you to remain loyal and pay a monthly membership fee. Being a member I would expect much better customer service. Poor product, horrendous customer service, I would absolutely never recommend this product/company to anyone looking for sportswear and will never be a consumer again.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I needed to exchange sizes because I ordered my normal size, but of the seven items, I purchased two appeared to be able to fit my daughter, two were too big and three were just right. I called to get them exchanged. I did not use any of the subscription credit on this purchase. I was told that I wasn't able to exchange. I called the same day the clothing arrived at my house. I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. I am the most patience and calm person. It takes a lot to get me rattled. I requested to speak to a manager six times. Every time I was put on hold for 3 to 4 minutes and the representative would come back and tell me over and over that there was nothing else the manager would do for me. They could only give me a partial credit on my account after it arrives and if it never arrives, then I will get nothing even if I mailed it and had proof. I really just wanted to exchange the merchandise for a different size, but that wasn't apparently an option. By the time, I finally spoke with a manager I was worn out and frustrated. I decided to donate the merchandise and just cancel my subscription. The quality is something you can't find locally. I would highly suggest that you order from $#*!s, Academy, Nike or a reputable company that will value and respect you as a customer. #notmycompany #valuecustomers
