Ive been a VIP member now for 2 years and it was the best thing ever to be apart of. I love the different colors, sizes and fits they offer and the price is what keeps me coming back. I give their clothes as gifts to all my friends and family all the time.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
They said that they had a sale for 2 pairs of leggings for $24 if you were to sign up as a VIP member. This is my first time using fabletics. So After searching through the leggings I found 2 pair I liked and placed the order and agreed to sign up for the VIP membership. After putting in my debit card information and pressing pay,, I received an error message saying that my card wasn't accepted/ supported and I had to use a different one. However,, a minute later,, I get a text alert from my bank (I have set up just for these reasons) saying that fabletics just hit my account for $24. I called the customer support line,, and the gentleman on the line told me that he sees that they took my money and my order never went through. He went on to tell me that I could just use another card to purchase the order but the money (that they took even though I never placed an order) will be back on my card within 3-5 business days. This led me to ask him to please cancel my account with fabletics. He pleaded with me,, telling me if I kept the account then he would put $10 on my account to use towards fabletic products. I denied the offer,, for me,, $10 won't change the fact that they wrongfully took $24 out of my account. He was adimant that the money would be back in my account within 3-5 business days,, just terrible that they even took it in the first place knowing my order didn't even go through.

I have been ordering leggings from Fabletics for my daughter because they are really comparable to Lululemon but half the cost. I have a VIP membership and opted out for the month of December, but was charged the $49.95 if you don't opt out. I called customer service, the issue was fixed, but I was then charged the $49.95 once again. In speaking with a customer service rep I was told it would be taken care of. When I went back to the Fabletic site I noticed that my account was cancelled. I called back and was told that if I wanted to reinstate my VIP status, I would have to purchase something. Why do I have to purchase something to have my account reinstated because the customer service rep erroneously canceled it? I called 4 times, talked to 4 reps in 4 different countries and was told the same thing. Also, I lost the 298 points that I earned from ordering merchandise in the past. I am so disappointed because I love the products, but I don't think I will shop with this company ever again.

The product you get is high quality (at least the leggings are, the shoes are great but sketches is better imo) it's just that the cancellation is HORRIBLE. I called to cancel and they put me through the ringer until I accepted $10 worth of store credit as long as they would notify me every month in order to cancel the monthly payment for "store credit" (which is stupid in itself because unless you use the EXACT amount you can't use the credit, but it is allowed to go over. You also can't use your credit and get discounts.) Anyway, I never got a notification, at all. And I am very low income atm so $68 CAD is TOO MUCH I tried to explain the last time I called. So when I forgot again (due to being busy with work and financial issues) I got charged. I called AGAIN and demanded for my subscription to be cancelled. I had to repeat myself about 5 times because every time the person would try to keep me as a VIP and totally disregarded what I just said. I finally got to cancel and got reimbursed but this was such a headache.

Fabletics is another one of those online monthly charge retailers. I signed up for this site when they had a sale where you can get your first outfit for $10.99. So this is a great deal to bring you in. And of course I thought it was great, and I was aware already of the monthly requirement to "skip" the charge.
So my outfit arrived within a week and all I had to pay was $14.00 with the exchange rate. I picked out a colourful set of capris and a plain black top. The fit was fine and it felt as expected. But sadly the quality of this stuff is just not there... The capris are that compression elastane type of fabric where the colour is just printed over top of a white base layer. So when the fabric stretches, the colour becomes quite faded because of the white showing through. The top is just a thin black cottony/ rayon type fabric, nothing special there. So this wasn't really that impressive for me, although I'm still happy with it because it only cost me $14.00.
However, I could not justify spending $49.95 on this stuff, which is the regular price for pretty much all of their items. Overall, I'd say good try Fabletics but I'd rather go to Old Navy or Lululemon for that matter if I really want to spend that much.
Tip for consumers:
Get your first pair for super cheap and then remember to cancel your subscription because they will continue to charge you monthly :)

I saw the ad for 2 pairs of leggings for $25 so I ordered them. The company also decided to start taking $49.95 every month for a VIP membership that I never signed up for. I didn't catch it till after 2 months had passed and $100 was missing from my account. At first when I seen the charges I thought it was credit card fraud and called my bank and canceled my card. Then my bank told me that after contacting fablectics they said it wasn't fraud they had taking them money for a membership fee and he would have to take up my issue with them. So I called and spoke to a customer representative named Carol who explained that I was being charged for the VIP membership fee. I told her I had never signed up for that and was not okay with them taking the money from my account she understood and canceled my membership. She also promised that I would be refunded for all of the money that was taken for membership fees within 10 days. It's been over a month and I have never received my refund. This is not okay.

COVID HAS CAUSED SHIPPING DELAYS ACROSS THE BOARD, HOWEVER AS MUCH AS LOOOVVE FABLETICS, THEIR SHIPPING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE WITH EXTREMELY LONG DELAYS. NOT SURE I WANT TO USE THE ON LINE ANYMORE. I was surprised to see such a low rating for this site, I've been using and ordering from this site for 2 years now with zero issues, the VIP membership is NOT mandatory, you can choose to upgrade to it on your own or you can have a regular membership with no fee. If you do by chance forget to skip your discounted monthly outfits within the first week the charge isn't for "nothing" it becomes a free outfit redeemable at any time. I found the conditions for the VIP membership are very clearly laid out.
The reason I saw this was because I just had the best interaction with the customer service reps. I had called because I had forgotten to skip my monthly outfits for August and didn't want to be charged (again, it was my choice to upgrade to this membership so it wasn't the company's fault I had forgotten.) and the rep was so incredibly nice and understanding about it, he offered me a curtosey skip, so my account wouldn't be charged and gave me a small store credit! I've been using this site for a while and I absolutely love it, the interaction I had tonight just reaffirmed it. I wasn't expecting an easy experience after reading these harsh reviews but that's just what it was. Easy, helpful and friendly. There are no "hidden fees for nothig" just people who are upgrading their membership so they can get one discounted outfit and not bothering to read what the actual membership entails

Need to improve tracking feature. Tracking wasn't available until the delivery day.

I am have trying to return a package because I just did not like how some things fit or looked on me. Items did not leave the plastic slip they get packed in for more than 10 minutes. I had to talk to customer service to initiate a return label for me, that was fine. So, I sent out my package the first time, 2 weeks later I got the same package with the same contents, I got to try and return again, the agent that helped me the first time noted I wanted an exchange, even though I clearly said a refund. Anyways, got a new return label and sent it out again, I was also told previously I need to reach back to customer service to receive my refund, like what?! Why is it not an automatic refund once it is received at warehouse? But whatever, so I talked to an agent to check my status on my return package to make sure it got there, the agent then says hold on while I check, wait 8 minute before agent just ends conversation before giving me answers. So I go through the process again to talk to another agent, she said they had not received it and wait for the email, well I never got an email confirming the first package got to the warehouse, so she sends me a tracking link, I look at the link, AND IT SAYS IT IS DELIVERED. Long story short, been like a month and still no refund.

They launched the Canadian site at the beginning of 2015. On New Years Eve feeling the vibes of a fresh new start - I ordered my $25 outfit. I teceived confirmation of my order. 6 days later nothing.
Called Customer service- they said I had placed my order simutaneously with 100 other people and by the time my order was sent to the warehouse all my items were out of stock. I had to pick an entire new outfit over the phone by the end of the day.
I called back to place my new order. The girl checked all stock and my order was placed. I received confirmation. 4 days later still nothing. Called back.
The woman said all my items were no longer in stock - I said it was impossible I placed the order on the phone. She said she thought her co-worker never sent it to the warehouse.
I had to order a whole new outfit over the phone. She told me the numbers of the items in stock (ie 112 cashel tops in medium, 70 pants in medium) etc. Again I received confirmation of my order by email.
3 days later still nothing shipped.
Called again!
Woman said all the items I chose were out of stock. I told her to delete me account.
2 months later my account has still not been deleted- they still have all my personal information.
I am saddened that Kate Hudson would support this. Fabletics turned my positive New Year into a headache.
Don't bother- especially if you are Canadian. The yoga clothing market is booming- all you need to find is a apandex polyester blend and you're set :)

Please never order from Fabletics. Firstly, I ordered from here because i would like to try the new brand but unfortunately, it took like over a week to response where is my order then after that my order was cancelled for no reason the i explained all of then to the agent and after that i ordered again from here secondly so i have to wait like 2 weeks again to get my order but the order that i got is totally wrong. Then i have to talk with the agent again and that agent is like totally halirious because all of the things that she said are that she cant even do anything… i was like so $#*!ed up. All of the things that i can do is to wait like another 2 weeks to get my freaking order for 2 pants. When i said, can i get refund for that? And she said that i have to go to the post office and replace my order back. I dun have time to do it and also, it is really hard for me to do that thing… When i said that i am going to write a review on your page, she seems like she doesnt care about it lol

I don't mind the subscription thing, I have done this kind of membership before, what I don't like is their service and also the quality of the clothing. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has fit me right. Granted I have to shop online to order things, because there is no store near me, so trying on would help if I could but nothing really looks as quality as it does online, not to mention it doesn't last. It's disappointing that Kate Hudson is selling Walmart/Target quality clothing for triple the price.
Another huge pet peeve, is their skipping time period. I happened to be in a hurricane in Houston during the "week" you're allowed to skip. Obviously I couldn't exactly call them or get online to skip, because my service was down. I really didn't want an outfit this month but because you only have that window to call or go online I was charged. Now, so I don't lose money, I have to buy another outfit I truly did not want.
Oh and also took them 3 months to exchange something for me that came undone and had holes in them the first day I wore it, and I still never recieved it despite them claiming I did. They gave me store credit but again, for clothing I didn't want in the first place.
All in all, it doesn't seem like Kate Hudson is involved AT ALL in her store or in this shopping experience. It's all done overseas, cheaply made and highly inflated prices for her to make money. The customer service people are nice but still it's not the experience I thought that Kate Hudson was trying to give her customers. Very disappointing.

I had contacted a rep to check on the status of my order. Fabletics website told me that it had been shipped and in transit but shipping company explained that they haven't been able to pick it up from Fabletics warehouse yet since its not ready. Rep told me to call shipping company to file a claim, so I do so and shipping company explained that they work directly with Fabletics and not customers. The Rep did not provide me with correct information. So, I went back to the same Rep and asked her what the status was. Then she immediately tells me actually it just got shipped. So, I ask her for confirmation to which she responded, actually it will ship in a couple days.
There was SO MUCH back and forth with this representative LYING to me. I gave her a 1 start and her management reached out. I explained the entire situation to me and management was no help. They blamed the confusion on me? How is it my fault that your employee is lying to me. I gave you my money for an order, I am giving you my business and you decide to be rude to me? I AM NEVER SPENDING MONEY AT FABLETICS AGAIN. Terrible terrible terrible customer service and just the worst attitude towards customers.

The shorts seem decent quality, and are very stretchy, but they're not the most comfortable shorts. The fabric isnt as soft are some other brands like Vuori, so they are not as comfortable.

I ordered a couple pairs of pants/shorts and a couple sports bras. The quality and style is okay but nothing special. I'd rather spend the extra money and buy Lululemons. Anyway that's not the reason I only gave 2 stars and will not order from them again. A few days after my order I received the tracking information however when I clicked the link to see when it will arrive it gave me an error message. I waited a few more days thinking maybe it just hadn't updated yet and tried again. Still the same error message so I contacted customer service and all they did was told me to call the shipping company (wtf?) or wait and see if I don't receive it in 15 days and only then will they help me. I don't see why I should be the one to call the shipping company I am not the one who shipped the item. I suggest to the customer service rep that maybe they should consider a more reliable shipping company to which he replied that they use 15 different shipping companies no wonder they have issues. The customer service representative was very short with me and kind of rude. So to summarize, their clothes aren't worth the hassle and you're better off spending your money elsewhere.
