After a couple orders, there was nothing left from Fabletics that suited me. I have long legs and a very short torso, and not much fit that. I'd love to see more long size pants, tennis skirts, and sports bras that don't have a huge band (the ones available would definitely choke me).

80% of my workout gear comes from Fabletics. So that shows you just how much I love their product. They fit well, the material doesn't irritate my skin, the patterns and colors are always abundant, and they constantly have new styles to choose from. I also love that I don't have to commit to always paying the membership every month. So if I feel I should skip a month here and there, I can without getting penalized. Thats comforting.

Shipping is slow. My order has gotten messed up on multiple occasions where I receive the wrong size or color of an item I ordered. Everything I'm interested in buying is 99% of the time, out of stock and not planning on being restocked or continued. I'm very dissatisfied with the whole process.

Fabletics can be a good deal, if you pay attention to what you're signing up for. I didn't feel like they hid the fact that it's a monthly membership and your credit card will be charged $50 a month if you don't go online and indicate that you want to skip the month.
The prices are much better than other athletics companies -- $20 or so for bras, $50 for leggings, $30 for tops -- and in most cases the quality is good. I've ordered a few things from them and only been dissatisfied with one of them. My only complaint is that sometimes you can't use your membership credits -- the $50 each month -- and get the sale prices. I think they should change that.
Fabletics sends you an email each month reminding you that you'll be charged if you don't go to the site and skip the month, which I think negates the claim that the company is a scam. You just have to pay attention to what you're buying.

As good as the promotion of 2 items for $24 is, don't do it. You will be automatically be signed up for their "VIP Membership" where you will then be given a $49.95 a month "credit." NO. This is a $49.95 charge to your credit card. After speaking to rude "Mia" I was able to get this charge removed and I sent the additional items back. I had cut off the tags but had never worn nor washed the items. Mia said this would not be a problem. We'll see. I will never order from them again. What a scam. Kate Hudson should be ashamed.

I thought I had fixed my issue with this scam of a company until I logged into my account today. I was charged for MONTHS and realized it after way too long. I did not sign up for the monthly service, just a one time purchase. I finally got them to cancel the account and refund half of the money back. They assured me that the credit I had would remain to purchase items. I logged in today only to find they shut my account and locked it down. I cannot login and the credits are now gone. They took my money and I got nothing in return. HOW is this place still in business? You have such a wonderful product but con people and take their money. I hope this place gets investigated or a class action lawsuit. SHAME on you!

I didn't like sign-up process. There is no opt-in option, during the checkout, you are signed by default. It's a little tricky to avoid getting charged the membership if you don't want to. The prices without the membership are not great. The quality of the products are good, but for me it doesn't justify the price (without the membership). I should say I don't need active wear for everyday use. I do exercise two or three times a day.

Love the products but the auto ship is awful, I cancelled a month still got charged and to try to close account you basically have to beg. Was a member, closed due to above reason, decided to come back and it's already happened again just 3 months in. I'll be closing account again.

Everything I ordered are amazing! The quality and styles are good and prices are reasonable during sale. I own so much Fabletics now from yoga pants, to backpacks to winter coats that I had to cancel my subscription for now. But I just might go check out what's new, in...be right back! :)

I purchased one shirt. They were having issues with their system and I was charged three times for one shirt. The purchases went through my bank and have not been reimbursed yet. The store in the domain has had this issue twice. I do not plan on purchasing anything else from this company!

I love Fabletics products. The bras and leggings are perfect for workouts but also provide comfort all day long. I can pair the leggings with a professional top and wear them to work, which helps provide me with the flexibility I need as a physical therapist but still look professional. I love the options and styles they offer and feel good in everything I've purchased. They also fit true to size, so I never have to guess about what I'm getting.

I can't log into the site - the password reset link never comes in and they have charged my card six times even when I called to skip a month. I tried to get it refund and the agent stated they can only refund 2 months. The next day I log into my bank account and see that instead of the refund they charged my card twice on the same day. I am now opening a VISA dispute and out $800 Canadian - this company is horrible! Stay away

Did not read the fine print when I signed up saying that I was going to be charged, they were not clear about that at all. Once I had my token I reluctantly ordered something since I had already gotten charged. Site did not use the token, and charged me again. Immediately tried to cancel order, got the "this order is not eligible for refund". Had to order a third pair of pants to use the token, then was locked out of my account. Had username and password written down, site told me it was incorrect. Requested a change password multiple times over about a week, finally ended up blocking them on my credit card as that was the only way I could avoid them trying to charge me again. Im almost impressed by how much they managed to make me hate them.

It's frustrating that not all of the styles are available in all sizes. I was excited to move up the levels from VIP but I have never received any special deals so it feels like there is no point in buying more to move up in the levels. Everything fits very different which can be frustrating when you are trying to buy things. I know I can return them but it is a hassle and would just like to be the same size no matter the style.

The items I purchased are ok. However, I was part of their VIP membership where they stole $49.95 from me TWICE because I didn't express my non-interest in time. It's worse than a gym membership that you cannot cancel. I asked for a return to my credit card but they refused and gave me a gift card. It's a total joke.

Horrible company with sub par workout/lounge apparel. They illegally store credit info that should not be stored and charge unauthorized credit cards. Tried to get a refund after they charged a credit card that a friend used to purchase merchandise on my account. They claimed it was a default card when I could not see the card information stored anywhere on my account. So rather than charge the card on file for the monthly credit, they charged a card which was stored and used without authorization. Do not invest or have any accounts with these crooks.

Velvet pant disaster. They feel promising when you touch them, that they will be comfortable. Huge disappointment in the fit. Since the tag came off I can't return them. The cut of the leggings is horrible if you are not stick built skinny. They end up looking like Capri clam digger pants not to the ankle leggings in the photos. Who knew that the Triangle in the crotch of a pair leggings would make all the difference in the fit. I would not recommend this style to anybody my kids won't even wear these to bed.

I've known about Fabletics for sometime now but did not buy anything. I started walking a lot and is in need of shorts, leggings and bras. Some of my experience has been solid! I have been a member for about 4-5 years, from the beginning. The social justice "stuff" has gotten to the point that people like me who believe in treating people well and still have Faith. I support Gay rights. I do NOT support this push for trans esp. When it comes to children. I am pro-life. I liked Trump- I liked lower gas prices, I think we can drill oil, be energy independent AND still take care of the planet. I cannot tell you the number of friends and family that have moved away from this Brand and others not because we can't handle people who don't think like us, it is because Brands like this one have made it pretty clear they don't care if they have our business.

I have bought things from Fabletics before and they are always great. This time, they messed up my order even though I placed the order in store, and they lost my package. I never received it and had to eventually cancel after 2 weeks of waiting. Hopefully this is just a one time thing, as I really do enjoy the brand.

I had fallen in love with the iridescent pink leggings and the pink oasis cheetah print crop leggings and in fact, they are what got me to join and order. I had come back almost every day to check if they restocked in my size but they never did. Finally when I saw one left in L I grabbed it it was like winning the lottery. Unfortunately the cropped cheetah print never got in stock with my size. Unfortunately the L is also too small for me right now - since they're so stretchy I can make them fit as I am absolutely in love! If these items are so popular and go so quickly in larger sizes, PLEASE restock them more or have more inventory when you do. Please also add an option to be emailed when they become available. That's my one complaint, but I absolutely adore them so hopefully I can grab another pair in my size.

You can't buy from a regular storefront site, must join their club. First item is super cheap, the remainder are full price (or whatever current promotion is). Joining the club is a $60 monthly membership, for which you get 1 item of clothing, most of which are valued at less than $60. I HATE the membership portion.
But I LOVE the pants. I have three pairs of The Only Pant and love them. I wish that their colors were more suited for a professional workplace (4 out of 14 are suitable IMO).

Here's how you get you're money back... maybe; I'll know in 5-7 business days if this worked.
Fabletics automatically signs you up to take $49.95 from your credit card monthly.
When you call in to ask "What? Why?", the automated call service gets stuck in a loop. It won't connect you with a human to answer weather or not, by removing this "credit" of $49.95 from you account, you are being refunded the $49.95, or loosing it entirely. (For me, I didn't realize until they'd charged me $199.80, four months of charges. That's HUGE.
Avoid the automated teller by saying only, "speak to a representative" "speak to a representative" "speak to a representative". The robot will connect you to a representative. She was near impossible to understand, but eventually, I got the message through that I didn't want a credit... I want a refund. She said the full $199.88 will be refunded this week.
We'll see.

I have two credits on my account and rather than just let me use my money ($99.98), that they have already taken from, me however I would like. For instance. There's a pair of shoes and a pair of leggings that are on sale that I wanted to purchase. If I want to use my "credits" I have to pay full price. Though if I was just spending new money it would be the sale price. That is shady, shady and seems illegal. The money they have already taken from me should simply be a store credit that's it. They're basically saying "Sorry, we already took your money so you have to pay full price however, if you want to not use they money we've taken from you, and pay more with your credit card you can have the sale price?!?!?!" Total scam.
