Ordered scrubs. They are very small so size up. I wear a medium usually. But, ordered an XL so I could wear other shirts and layer. I have a big chest, XL barely fit over my shoulders. The material is cheap. And too light. It gets cold in Dr offices and emergency centers. And they screwed up the embroidery. I donated all of the pairs I bought.

I ordered two leggings and two sports bras. The bras are both too big but I have not found a way to return or exchange them. The leggings fit perfect. The problem is the pair that has print on it is the brightest right at the front of the crotch. I understand things are mass produced but they look almost inappropriate. I can't wear them in public.

Ordered 2 tops and 2 bottoms of the sporty Swim collection. They are matching so I can wear either top with either bottom. I love that. Great fit and will stay put when I'm surfing. Super happy with this swim line.

They charge you to shop there!?!?! Like what in the world is that?!?! That's so ridiculous I don't even know how to react... They practically said "hay we'll give you this outfit for 25 bucks charge 50 bucks next mont" like seriously? For black leggings and a oversized top? I can get that at forever 21 for 20 bucks... And they don't charge me to walk in to shop... Apparently these people do

Some of the new pants seem to fit smaller from the other items I had purchased before. I had to return and exchange for the next size. However, Maj pants seem to run bigger. It's disappointing when you send me an email a week later after I processed the exchange online that the Leah oversize jacket was out of stock. It takes 2 weeks to receive a return exchange.

Fabletics does have cute outfits, but they don't really fit me or speak to my age group. I don't like and would never wear all of the cropped tops, and I would prefer some tunics and more lounge wear options. I like to cover my rear when I wear leggings and I don't like wearing tops that are clingy, too short, or with cutouts. I will say that Fabletics makes returning items very simple and easy to navigate. There are always having a lot of sales, which if you regularly shop athletic wear is very nice. They make it simple and easy to skip a month if you're not interested in accruing a lot of credits. If I were still in my 20's or even 30's-40's Fabletics would probably be a favorite shop, but as a woman in my late 50's and with bits and pieces I like to keep covered up, I struggle to find styles in the Fabletics lineup that fit my preferences.

I originally subscribed when I found out I was pregnant, hoping for some maternity workout leggings. Their selection was minimal, and only came in blank or a pink. When I received the pink leggings, they were see-through!
I've been charged even when I was sure I had skipped the month. When I called, customer service did return my money. However, they make it very difficult to unsubscribe. I tried to use their "chat" feature, and waited 20minutes without response. The only other option is to call to cancel, and they are very pushy to have you retain your membership.
I did order a few bras, which ended up being too large. The return/exchange process was easy.

I haven't liked the new styles and fabrics. If I do find something I like it usually isn't available in my size or color I want. Sizing varies so it's difficult to determine what size to buy in a particular style.

The fabric is not what I thought it would be. It's too silky and uncomfortable to me. When they arrived (I bought two pair), I didn't even try them on; I looked at them, put one leg in the pants, and I took it off and hid them in the closet. I haven't wore them yet. My first thought was to give them away. I'm glad you sent me this review.

Like the title says, I love their running gear! The One shorts and pants are absolutely fantastic for eliminating chaffing and the need for a clunky arm band. Anytime I go on a long distance run I ALWAYS wear these items, they are a must have!

I originally joined Fabletics for the 2 for $24 (as probably many do). While I enjoy the actual products, they charge around $50 a month for 1 VIP credit. You can use this VIP credit on anything in the store which means that you can spend $50 on a $65 item OR you can spend $50 on a $30 item. It doesn't make sense. If you try to maximize savings and add sale or clearance items to your cart, they STILL charge 1 VIP credit and any coupons you have will be taken off the full price instead of the sale price.
Lord forbid you forget to skip within the first 5 days of the month? Oh well. $50 charge for you.
It's taken me a year to cancel because they didn't have a way to cancel online until recently. I would call in the middle of the day for the line to say there's no one available and to call back later.
Also, sizing is small. The two pairs of leggings I ordered were see through.

Most of my packages have been lost and every time I reach out to customer service I get different responses on what to do. Any requests that get sent to a "manager" never get followed up on. I'm done with Fabletics.

Super great besides finding skip a month, you guys make that difficult. I bought something before the end of the 6th and still got the $50 charged to my card making it a $150 day. I didn't have that kind of money and if you guys had made the button easier to find i would've been all okay

I have called and spoke with an asian girl in the islands about six times and was told each time that I was cancelled to be charged again. I have had it! I guess it is attorney time. The last call was an asian male ant he hung up on me. They say the calls are recorded so they are frauds, liars, and scam artists. They owe me $1,072.30

I used the first few months of the outfits I had to choose from. When I found out it was a locked in deal, I called and asked to be removed. An Asian girl hum-hawed around for an hour and I finally got mad and she finally said it was finished and I was out of their deal. A few weeks later I started getting charged and talked with a young Asian man who argued and argued with me. He then hung up. He kept trying to string me on and on and I just blew up.

Product that I purchased didn't fit right. Sports bra I purchased had good coverage but the shoulder straps were too long. Tried a medium but not very good coverage. I couldn't return or exchange for a different size. If products can't be exchanged, then maybe you should let your customers know BEFORE they check-out.

The biker shorts have an amazing fit and I'm glad both full lengths and shorts have pockets. I only wish the full length bottom will stay put. This is a problem for most sport gear the keep sliding off my waist.

I'm thankful I finally had the right deal and opportunity to purchase a couple products from my bottoms, top to hoodies for my husband and myself we are in love. Now we're waiting to see if after a couple uses and washes if the fabric will hold up and stand the test of time. Every item I have interest in or have looked at in the color and style I want is out of stock. It says occurred the past couple months, I am not sure how or why this company cannot keep anything in stock for it it's customers. This is extremely frustrating when you have membership credits to spend on their merchandise but you cannot find any merchandise that you want or like.

Those of you out there thinking of ordering from Fabletics (The Kate Hudson company), DON'T! It is a complete rip off. I woke up this morning to see that they had charged me $50.00 for store credit without telling me. So, I called customer service and they hung up on me when I asked to cancel my account, I had to call back again to speak with another person to cancel, and she still gave me a hard time about canceling. It's a rip off. Don't waste your time or money. They charge you each month $50.00, so you pretty much HAVE to buy an outfit from them. Ridiculous

I made a purchase and then returned some items. I chatted with a customer service agent about getting a refund, they said that was fine. Part of my order was purchased with my rewards points. I asked "can I return that outfit and get my reward points back" they said "of course." It is weeks later and I have not received my rewards points. I've tried to chat them 3 times - one time I got through to an agent who eventually just stopped talking to me (I waited 30 minutes with no response) and the other two times I was never connected to an agent. I've also tried calling, but I waited on the line for 40 minutes before I gave up. So disappointed.

Horrible experience. Made one (initial) purchase and was enrolled in a membership without ever agreeing to the terms. Each month $49.99 was deducted from my account without my knowledge. Called the company to cancel this ridiculous subscription which I never agreed to and they were only able to reimburse the most recent deduction. Absolutely unacceptable and frodulent. If you must order from there read all the fine print. Do yourself a favor and shop at elsewhere.

Very happy with the leggings and undergarments I have purchased so far from Fabletics! I love the high waisted compression styles with the buttery soft fabric that has a tight knit and doesn't pile easily! I've received several compliments each time I've worn my different styles! I believe they will last because of their high quality. I have only machine washed and done hang dry. I do wish the price point was slightly lower but it's spot on with their competitors.
