I don't like the change in rewards and having to skip even if I make a purchase. It's counterintuitive and it makes the company look greedy. I like your product. It's pricey but quality. However, there are many companies that also offer quality without all the games.

I have been a Fabletics VIP member for almost a year. I have so many "points" at $50/month built up that I have postponed cancelling my membership. I finally decided to cancel four days ago, so that I wouldn't incur another $50 charge, however, the website is unavailable. I can't get there via the monthly email or by typing in the web address. I have tried to call the number, but it continues to state that they are closed. Had I read the reviews, I would have never made the first purchase. Lesson learned.

The selection of styles and colors is horrible. If you like to have clothes in only black or blue, in a size small then Fabletics my be for you. It appears that they only make VERY FEW pairs in their "signature colors"

I ordered 8 items for $158.75. They only shipped me 6 items and will not give me a refund for the 2 items that were never shipped/received. I have contacted their customer service 3 times, only to be told the same thing, that they see I need a refund and will process in 5-7 days. I still have not seen a refund! Will never order from this company again since they basically stole some of my money!

I've been a subscriber since at least 2016. The last few times I've ordered the quality was not good. The athletic underwear unglued at the seams within three months with minimal wear. This happened to the multiple pairs I bought. Now this particular order looks like it is stretched out at the seams as well. I'm not buying small sizes, they just aren't holding up

I feel beautiful and well dressed for the activity I'm participating in. I love the power hold leggings for hiking, the mid-rise waist for hot yoga, and the reflective shorts and jackets keep me safe at night while cycling home from these activities. I always look forward to seeing what's new each month in color choices and prints. My friends are now coming with me to shop to take advantage of the early shopping and sale savings.
We feel Fabuletic in our outfits!

I love this subscription. I set myself a reminder in my calendar to cancel each month, but I usually purposely DONT cancel and use the credits when I feel like shopping. Lol The quality is amazing and I can buy full outfits with credits I haven't spent. I should add that I have had this subscription for years! I hate when people review products but haven't properly experienced them yet. I would compare them to Light n Tights by Zyia (if you're familiar with them at all) but cheaper. Even their track pants are pretty amazing!

Size down in the sports bras. Power hold tucks you in!!

Found the perfect compressions and feel for pants (workout leggings). Then with other orders, I wanted to venture our in color and maybe style. Well, it was frustrating that the colors were very unappealing and the sizes were limited. Then my favorite pant changed slightly. But enough to need a different size, have to make returns, and dislike the current option. (Powerhold)

I recently renewed my membership as I was getting back into the gym. I got my first sets of gear and was very disappointed. The quality has dropped off so much since 2020! Cancelled my VIP immediately. The leggings trap heat and are rough to the touch. The logos started peeling off after one wash.

I consistantly wear and enjoy every piece of clothing I have bought from fabletics. I like them enough to refer friends and family to them, I even buy them as gifts for people because I think they are high quality and stylish. That being said when they have large sales like labor day, black Friday, memorial day they do not let you use member credits or store credits towards the sale. The reason this is frustrating is because the member credits are still money that I paid just at a different time. If this were fixed I would rate fabletics a 5 star and recommend to all.

While I love the quality of the leggings, there are a few other issues that knock the rating down a little. I have a larger chest (36DDD), but even the "high impact" bras just don't cut it. Most of the tops are very thin and thus see through which I don't like. Lastly, unless I'm shopping right at the first day of design releases, it seems like so much is just sold out and what's left to pick from doesn't excite me. For the amount charged, I want to love the item I'm buying.

I've been trying to get approx $200 for merch returned over a month ago and all they keep saying is they processed it. Well it didn't work so I don't have my money and no one is addressing the issue. On their fb page most of the customer posts are regarding an issue with a refund. I've been through countless chats and phone calls between fabletics, PayPal and my financial institution and NONE of them are doing anything. Now I have to mail in the dispute to my cc company because their phone lines are closed due to covid-19, so it's going to take forever to get the money I need now to help pay for essentials while I'm stuck at home. I've been a loyal member for about 4 years but they've now severed this business relationship due to their lack of effort and decency to resolve this issue.

Terrible quality, website not helpful, and customer service tries to talk you out of returns and canceling membership. Very annoying. Here's the thing Fabletics... Sell a great high quality product that I would actually like to wear and don't auto sign me up for your "membership" and then you don't have to waste all your time and money on begging people for their money. The clothes look cute in a picture but material is very thin and cheap and fits awful. And I am thin! I work too hard to stay in shape to put on something that takes a great body and makes it look bad! Cracked me up when I returned all 15 items I ordered and then she still acted appalled that I wanted to cancel my membership! She asked me why and I said well, of I did not like 1 item in my order I doubt I want any more! Lol!

I bought 2 pairs of leggings for $24 and one of them came to me flawed, which I only noticed after the second wear. (The other pair is pretty nice though) I contacted customer service about and exchange and they said it had to be unworn and within 30 days. There's a new policy on their website that says 120 days, but okay. They said I would get store credit to get a new pair, but you can't buy *anything* on this site that's even close to being $12, which is what I was getting for the return. The service rep said, "You can use member credit for the purchase." Which means I would just have to buy a new pair at full price. I'll pass on these garbage policies and fix them myself. Also $50 a month for sport clothes? Is this a joke?

Returned items through Happy Returns. Waited 3 weeks for a refund. Called customer "support" 4 times to be talked in circles and bullied by staff who kept telling me they couldn't process the refund until the items were scanned at the warehouse. On the 4th call they told me to send the items USPS, emailed me a label, and hung up. By the 5th call I informed them their policy was completely illegal and against their own terms of service. After demanding escalation and insisting on speaking with "Back Office" my refund was finally issued. I cancelled my membership on the final call.

I've always understood the whole VIP membership deal with Fabletics. If you forget to skip, you'll get a monthly charge which you can put towards whatever you want to purchase. When I first signed up, I recall being able to put my rewards points towards anything on the site. If i didn't have enough, i could purchase with points+ cash. Now all you can get with your so called free "swag" are a few ugly leftovers. It literally looks like they couldn't figure out how to get rid of stuff no one wants so they put all all the ugly leftovers in the free "swag" shop. Now that's all you can get with reward point. Fabletics has undermined my trust with this move and taken away my primary motivation for being a member.

I am not going to lie but the quality recently has been hot or miss. One product get sent in the wrong colour and I tried to return it but could not figure out how to do it. I thought I had it figured out but did not get a return label. A dress I ordered lately ripped along the seams the first time I put it on. And a recent body suit also ripped after one wear.
I also keep getting delivery notifications days before my product shows up. It has been very disappointing.

I enjoyed my membership the first few months, but the last six months or so has had poor selection of colors and sizes that work for me. I'd like brighter and sexier options, but the frumpy cuts and pastels/earth tones are disappointing. I keep trying to get rid of my credits and cancel, but I can't find anything I really like anymore.

I needed to return my order, and was told I would get a refund to my credit card by a customer service agent, AND the website after i completed my refund.
(I have a picture of this as well!) However, they only gave me store credit, and none of the customer service agents haven't been at all helpful. I have since cancelled my VIP account.

While a membership credit now allows for the purchase of more expensive items, the reward for earning 2,000 points did not similarly adjust. There is rarely a $49.95 outfit available on the website, and if there is, it's ugly as hell. The 2,000 point reward should be changed to $54.95 or $59.95, which is the typical starting price point for every outfit.

These are great! A combination of moisture-wicking and insulation good for fall hiking. One style (with the pocket at the back) seems to run a bit smaller than the other (pockets on the outer thigh), but not restrictively so.

I like the product but don't want to give my business to a company that tricks you into buying more products. I wasn't aware that I would have to opt out every month or $50 dollars would be withdrew from my account without my permission.

Ordered the same item in the same size but different Color and it fits different - don't know how that happened. Additionally there is no way to order discounted items without being a member. The membership is 54 $ every month - either you spend it or skip it. I should have the freedom of spending my money the way I want and when I want. I don't want to be held to a forced membership and then set reminders to skip. Make it straight forward like every other retail.
