Every time I go on the site I can't find what I want in my size. All of the pants are the exact same and they run out. What is the point. I would think different styles and cuts would be available at some point but they never are. I went to customer service who told me old stock is replaced by new merchandise. Well the pants are always the same. Sad.

They charge me every month but I cannot seem to ever get leggings I want. I have so much in credit because every time I place a leggings order it get canceled several days later saying what I ordered was out of stock now. It's very frustrating and poor customer service.

I have tried to cancel my VIP subscription 3 times over 4 months and they still continue to take money out of my account. The products are fine but too expensive. And you can't use your monthly credits on any sale items, so what is the point of the subscription? They get you with the initial order and then refuse to cancel your subscription.

2 times now I have ordered outfits I'm very excited for and only half the outfit arrives. I'll wait a couple of days and finally call customer service, only to learn the other half sold out and nobody notified me. Not only that, but one time I wasn't even credited. So it was a good thing I called.

Love the product… absolutely LOVE the quality, but please understand that no pair of leggings are worth $80 to me. The 2 for $24 deal- fantastic. I understand the need for this "sale" always being on, or I couldn't imagine anything would be sold to the extend that you're seeing, but maybe if pricing was more realistic and sales didn't have to be "new" 24/7, I'd imagine the profit margin would increase. The false deals are just annoying when they never stop..

First order size what not true to other sizes. Understandable since I've never worn fabletics. Called customer service and they were to send me xl instead of large. Didn't have the same colors but no problem. Sent me new order and was 5" instead of 7" and not colors we talked about so I just canceled everything and got tired of messing with it.

Both Bradley and this company are stupid. I'm not Bradley. I've attempted to unsubscribe multiple times from this company's emails, but they do not honor these requests. So, terrible, spammy company with stupid customers. I'd suggest Walmart, they actually have better service. Good news, however, this is a low bar…

The subscription is a rip off. You get one member credit per month, but if you want a shirt or item that's less than what the member credit costs you, you're losing money. I also think your men's pants need waist/inseam sizing. The medium and large were both super tight around my waist, but the medium leg tightness was just right and the large was SO baggy. If you're going to charge for membership, return shipping should be free as well. I think you could be a great company if you make some adjustments, but I felt ripped off by the membership.

Returns are a PROCESS that seems nearly impossible. I've tried to return my latest purchase twice already with the help of customer support After the automatic download link For a shipping label was showing and error both times. Each time I spoke to customer support I was told I'd be receiving a label and never did. I still haven't been able to return the item, but know I need to set aside at least an hour to go through the process again. Very, dissatisfied.

I thought I was just giving my phone number for a discount, and somehow I signed up for a subscription. I was being charged $60 a month and didn't realize it until I saw an email from PayPal. They used my credit card info from my purchase and continued to charge me. Not only that, the pants I bought ripped in the crotch after one use. I do not recommend! The quality for the full price is sub par, I was extremely disappointed with this shopping experience.

It is always a hassle to deal with memberships where you pay upfront.
And here there is little escape as you easily forget to not pay your monthly dues.
And availability for items that make it worth it, is rare...
The website is buggy too...
I love the products but it's not worth it for me and I'm literally waiting to get items available to buy them and bail out of this.

I do not enjoy shopping on this website because it moves so slowly, especially on mobile. I have also been disappointed in the past because I added items to my cart, but when I finally went to check-out, they were no longer available. Perhaps if the site moved more quickly, this would not have happened. I like the products, though do not look forward to the actual shopping for items.

All I Have to say is they are scams. You think you got a best deal. Wrong! What you see on the pictures and what you get is completely different. On the top of that there is a monthly subscription with out your knowledge. And you will be charged from your card every month.
Very disappointed with material and the subscription with out my knowledge. I shop all time online but this one is beyond rip off.

Ordered the 2 for $24. Nowhere did it clearly state that a VIP membership would be 49.95 per month. How many leggings do you need? I wouldn't agree to any membership at that price per month! Shame on you Fabletics and Kate Hudson!

Read the description of the VIP membership and it clearly says you will be charged $50 a month unless you skip. The $50 goes towards clothing credit. It isn't a fee. The clothes are super cute. The buying discount is awesome for VIPs. They just had 40% off of everything. I got an outfit and a bra for $50 no shipping. I think it is great.

Fabletics has great workout wear, but their pricing model sucks. I had a credit from an item I returned, but never could use it because a merchandise credit can't be applied to sale items. WHAT? So when I left my Fabletics membership, I left the credit behind. The non-sale price, even with the credit applied, was still more than I could afford (or wanted) to pay.

I have been happy with the leggings I have purchased. The cell phone side pocket is brilliant! The one pair I returned was a very easy experience (although all returns have to be in new, resellable condition, so make up your mind immediately!). I love that the website remembers your sizes and shows you the appropriate merchandise. I love that the plus size models look like real plus size women, not size 14 models giving an approximation. The con is the tedious having to remember to tell them not to bill me for the "item credit" every month.

I actually waited a long time to place my first order because my size was never in stock. When I got pregnant I really needed some leggings and decided to give it a try since at least (at that time) my size was in stock. Well I ordered and they were too big. I wanted to exchange but out of stock again. This is not a fabletics only problem, other companies have the same issue, but if I'm paying a monthly sub I expect what I want to be available when I want.

Although fabletics has great products, the shipping has been taking longer and longer to be delivered and once delivered I am either missing items or the wrong item is sent. I've enjoyed Fabletics since 2015 and think all of the clothes are great, I'm wearing them as I type this. My reason for membership cancelation is the VIP plan billing change. In the past, it made sense to purchase an outfit, skip the month, or be billed past the 5 day period. The plan change, bills accounts regardless of purchase, forcing a skip each month. This feels deceptive and I've forgotten to skip twice when purchasing. The extra skip feels like a money grab disguised as a "future savings opportunity". I would continue membership if the structure changed.

I'm always impressed with how fast they fill and ship my orders. Fabletics has been my go to for a few years now, I love how comfortable and versatile they are. I wear them at home, at work, for exercise, and even for date nights! The quality and material is wonderful. Only once in the past few years have I received anything that wasn't perfect. (There was a small tear along the seam of the pant leg) not a big enough deal for me to return, I kept them for camping, mud runs and adventures with the kids.

In attempt to return items that didn't fit I had to wait about 50 days for my refund and basically fight for it because they said they never received the package, even though the tracking said delivered. After asking to speak to a manager they all the sudden "found" the package in their returns department and issued my refund. I want be ordering from them again.

Lulu Lemon will cost you less in the long run. Such an f'n hassle! Such a POS site. No way to get your money back or cancel orders. I was charged and credited $49.99 which is closer to $70.00 Canadian. Went to use my credits and couldn't? I want to spend my money how I f'n please! So I ordered pants and bra in order to use my credits, but instead was charged in full! So I've now spent $140.00 on $#*! I didn't want in the first place? Now what? How do I spend my credit. I do t want to spend another dime on this stupid site. Also leggings I did buy when I first got sucked in, have an ugly seam right down the middle of the crotch and makes it look like camel toe. Don't sign up for this $#*!! Nothing but regret!

The Fabletics company is just a big scam. I had 150 USD worth of member credit. I got a legging for 49.50 USD. Instead of using my credit they charged my credit card telling that it was less than 49.90 which is the minimum amount of money that you are supposed to use to be able to use your credit! AVOID this company by all means!
