I tried this product based on a promotion offering a reasonable priced outfit for trying them out. I did not read the offer close enough because I got billed a membership fee several weeks later. The first outfit was okay the first time I wore it but after one wash the shirt could not be worn again. The only way you can cancel a membership is by phone and I waited over an hour in total to cancel the membership by phone. They have very long hold times. I called four times before getting a hold of someone. I tried writing the company and they would only cancel by phone. I was very clear I wanted to cancel and they kept trying to get me to order more things. I finally had to be rude to get her to stop talking about other purchase options and just get the membership canceled. They did cancel but would not remove charges for the membership and or the defective merchandise. I would not use this company again.

Not pleased with the "VIP" nonsense because they choose what you can spend credits on, complete and utter bs considering it's my $$$! Were the credits for purchases or w/e, that's one thing, but they're not. Second complaint is quality- leggings I got for workouts are fab quality, tanks and bras are thin and SMALL. I'm a sz2,32b and I got to wear my M bra exactly twice before it unraveled. Don't buy any of the thinner material pants either, they're HUGE, and fell apart after the 4th wash. Ridiculous waste of money

The material is breathable and lightweight. My sister and I enjoy wearing them. So much so, that we purchased a second set.

Loved the retail store & the customer service was excellent! Bought lots of well made & really attractive pieces of all types. Will go back to store!

I ordered two pairs of leggings. They said both were in stock and they shipped them both. Weeks later I got the first pair. Never the second. Finally I emailed them and asked them about it and they said the other pair was out of stock. Then I had to choose another pair of leggings and most of the stuff was out of stock. Then the pair I finally chose did not match the picture.

Not happy with the pants i purchased, and really not happy with the recent grey shorts I purchased. I preferred the old style as they were better for working out.

I also forgot to skip the month multiple times.

My experience with Fabletics have been great with just about everything that I have purchased. I get so many compliments on my outfits being a VIP really helps with keeping in style with what's new,

I saw their ad online 2 for $24 so I decided to check it out. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and it took 2 weeks to ship instead of the 7 days they originally told me. Then I realized that when I thought I was just creating an account, I created a membership where they were going to charge me $50 a month! I tried cancelling the membership through the online live chat and couldn't get through to anyone. Then, I called and could barely understand the woman I was talking to and she kept trying to push to keep the membership practically making it impossible to cancel! I FINALLY was able to cancel. So many other places to get cute workout clothes, don't go here.

I loved the workout clothes I ordered, everything fit really well and was great quality. It's also very clear that if you don't want to be charged $50 each month you just have to go into your account and skip the month before the 5th. I do get how some people could miss that fact or be frustrated if they forgot to skip but I wouldn't blame the company since they make it very clear.

The only thing I didn't love was the fact that the credit is only applied to items $49.95 or above. I tried to order 1 sports bra worth about $35 and was charged again on top of the monthly credit charge I already paid. This system basically forces you to spend more than the credit is worth. I like the clothes but I don't like the scammy system that's always trying to trick people into giving more money than they should.

I received an e-mail on the 7th saying my order would arrive tomorrow and it is still missing. Now, this may not be a Fabletics issue directly, but I have noticed that the shipping takes quite a long time and the notifications don't seem accurate. Tomorrow is the 13th, and the tracking message still says "in transit" so hopefully it arrives tomorrow.

The sizes were not right for me. I first ordered a size large because that was what was suggested for me, the band was to large and the cups gaped on me under the arms. I then bought a size medium and the band is to small and the cups still do the gaping thing.

I didn't buy or pass on a month VIP and I never have received the credit on my account to buy something later. Very dissatisfied that the credit was never put on my account and haven't bought anything since. Loved the products that I have bought.

I've always been happy with the quality of my purchases. The orders are always promptly delivered. The capri leggings with pockets are some of my favorite items and the variety of styles are wonderful.

I purchased 3 pairs of shorts during the shorts sale. 2 oasis 6 inch inseam and 1 on the go power hold with pockets. They all fit true to size. I love the comfortable and flattering fit of the oasis shorts. The power hold have higher compression and are not quite as flattering at the hem around my thighs. All three flatter my waist. I wear small for reference.

I think most of the clothes are very expensive, and I didn't like the fact that I had to subscribe to have discounts. And if I don't remember to skip the months I do have to buy something. It is a kind of abuse I have to accept to have the discounts. That 's the reason I get out.

I left a review that they wouldn't allow me to exchange or return a legging and the reason was they can't generate a shipping label... They don't know when they can resolve the problem either and just told me to wait but no one actually reach out to me since then.

Someone replied to the review saying the representative will contact me. Yes they did, but the message they left just looked like an automatic reply saying "we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 30-days returns and exchanges policy if you aren't satisfied"...

"Hassle-free 30-days returns and exchange" but the truth is customer can't even exchange or return and no one's ever gonna help. Please resolve the problem and don't sent me irrelevant reply.

This is a trick to sign you up for a subscription that they charge you $50 (49.95) a month for. I'd consider myself a pretty savvy and intelligent person and I was unaware or else not given clear warning that I was signing up for subscription. All over my facebook Fabletics was advertising a $25 outfit and I thought "wow! What a great deal!" but lo and behold I was BABOOZLED! That $25 dollar outfit that did not even look good signed me up for a monthly fee. :(

The VIP membership is a pain, canceling it is *******x harder than signing up and The points needed to get something free is very high. When you finally get something it's only women's, usually underwear, as an option.

First and foremost this is absolutely NOT about the quality of the Fabletics products …. They are great quality & I love them. That being said the customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I own my business, and if I treated my long time customers the way I was treated …. I wouldn't have any!

There clothing is okay. But sadly, you don't realize becoming a "VIP" member they charge you $59.95. They tell you it's so you can buy at discounted price. Scam, scam, why should we have to pay to buy there clothes. I feel so stupid, no other clothing line asks you to pay 60 a month to buy there stuff. Watch out watch out, don't believe there nonsense.

I was suckered in to the membership because it's such a good deal. However, the selection as of late has been limited for bigger bodies. The only option of a black athletic piece of clothing comes in the form of biking shorts. I haven't been able to find black leggings for the past two months. As a bigger woman, I struggle with dimples on the back of my thighs and colored leggings tend to emphasize that. I have credits that I'm holding on to because I can't use them.

I sent a gift card to one of my friends for her birthday and she never received it. I double checked the email I provided, which was correct, and called to have it resent. After I got off the phone my friend still did not find it until she checked her spam folder. If I wouldn't have followed up she wouldn't have gotten the gift

Got 2 shorts with liners and used them on 2 different long distance runs. One was 50km and the other was 60km. Absolutely fantastic feel! All the sweat evaporated pretty fast. No chafing anywhere and very comfortable thru the run. Highly recommend.
