This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
We ordered 3 pairs of "The Only Pant" in the classic fit. Only 1 pair fit. The other two had issues with the pant length. They were supposed to have a 34" inseam. The first pair the legs were two different lengths one 33" and one 34".
The second pair had two different lengths as well, one 32 1/2" and the other 33".
We then tried to order the same pants in a slim fit, again a 34" inseam, but the pants were 33" inseam.
We are very happy with the one pair we got but disappointed we can't get more.
I wore the pants three times before the zipper broke. They accepted the return but for pants that claim to be $80+ I expected quality. Cheaply made with a pricey logo.
I bought medium shirts, collar, long sleeve, and after only one wash the clothes shrank so much they are unwearable. I had to give them to my 12y old son.
First of all the product is great. Love the shorts. But the membership is a MAJOR RIP OFF. The whole site is perpetually "on sale" but the $60 I paid for the month only allowed me to get 1 item (which has been severely brought down in price. So I'm paying $60 for what a non member is paying less than half for the same product. I should be allowed to use $60 worth when i use a point. DONT GET A SUBSCRIPTION, but DO buy the product when its on sale (all the time).
Customer service is horrible waiting hours for someone to help you only to be disconnected. Still waiting for scrubs to come back in stock so I can use my credit and be done.
Have waited and waited for my shipment, if it's in stock then why hasn't it shipped and it's been 2 weeks
Very disappointing for the money I spend monthly and having a membership
The first item I ever purchased from fabletics a few years ago exceeded my expectation.Since then I joined the membership and have spent thousands of dollars on items that I hoped would have the same fit and quality, but none of it does. Fabletics changes their product too much, I can buy 4 different patterned leggings from the same line and the products don't always have the same stretch, compression and fit based on the material of the fabric and size. I constantly have to size up or down, buy a different color or pattern to find the right fit… and sometimes I never do and just end up returning it all. That is extremely frustrating! I would like to find my right size and fit and be able to order online and know that when it arrives it will consistently have the same fit. Also, yes I have gone in and been fitted by the store workers several times and that still has not helped, so at this point I'm moving over to another fitness clothing line. Also can you bring the optional 9 in biker shorts back everyone doesn't like to wear short biker shorts… they have gotten shorter and shorter every year.
6 in… 5 in… 2in…again inconsistent
Fabletics has great quality clothing and pretty quick shipping. I have a huge drawer full of their shorts in every color imaginable and my closet is full of Fabletics shirts. I highly recommend their activewear.
In the process of trying to cancel my membership I was told that I would be transferred to a live agent. This never happened. I waited and wasted my time for nothing to happen.
Great products but shipping takes forever. I wish shipping was faster. But will always pick them over other workout clothes. They last forever and fit great. Wish the bras had padding sewn in though
Good quality and stylish clothes but super weak website. Website is slow, does not work. Unable to search properly or sort or filter categories. Very slow and horrible experience.
Love the many styles that Fabletics offers. The quality is nice! They often have good sales and discounts. I often buy for myself, my teens and even my husband.
I made a very large order. When items were shipped and delivered it was a completely wrong order. I order 14 items and received a package with one item (of which I didn't even order.) I contacted customer service to try to re-order the items that I actually ordered. Customer service was less than ideal. Half of my items that I ordered were sold out so I didn't even receive them. POOOOOOR customer service.
High quality sportswear. Great colors & variety. Love there shorts & sweat pants. The "Don" line of pants are perfect. Process tend to be on the highside. Thankfully they have lots of sales.
Always great service! Everyone ( employees) Always goes above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for while making sure we're happy. Will always drive the extra miles for great customer service, never left the Old Orchard store unhappy or disappointed ALWAYS a great experience.
It's very difficult to see the offers for new members not being offered to current members. It makes me skip more months due to the high prices and minimal discounts
I enjoy shopping on the website normally. However, it was fun to be able to go into a shop and try different items on to see how they looked and felt. The customer service was friendly and helpful.

The clothes I purchased were excellent! I ended up buying two sizes and knew I would need to exchange some of them. I went into the store and the customer service is outstanding as well.
Order has been in transit for three weeks with delays for no reason. No one reached out with any status of my order. When calling to ship the same order again they told me "the system takes 24 hours to update" and that I would have to call back again in 24 hours to request the same assistance. I've been a loyal favletics customer since 2019 and this is the first issue I've had and it's been poorly handled, communicated, and feel like it's just been ignored. No discount or apologies given for the delay on behalf of fabletics. It's obviously not the sales reps fault but where are the controls in place to make sure package's are delivered in a timely manner? Or why does no one check when a package is in transit for that long and call the customer? It's unfair I have to call back on my own time, wait to talk to a human, then give my info all over again multiple times. I will be even more disappointed if items in my order are out of stock. I'm not looking for a refund, just a reshipment. Discount or promo code would be great for the inconvenience though.
The quality…the imagination…the colors…used to be so incredible. Now many of the fabrics are easy to snag for leggings or they are like a cheap, glossy swimsuit material.
You used to be competitive with Athleta for creativity and fun for running leggings or even sexy leggings.
What I find offensive? Everyone caters to large women these days but when you have cancer like my mom did, a brain tumor like myself, your clothes often times HANG ON US.
XXS is now the typical thing that America does. "Vanity sized it."
It used to be pretty accurate. Now? I have to take my leggings in from you guys to my tailor. Ridiculous and expensive!
At least with Athleta? They come with a freebie tailor. Might not be quick but it will ACTUALLY FIT.
I love wearing trendy things. I have been an athlete my entire life and relearned to walk twice after two of my brain surgeries. Your leggings that were XXS…? Helped me and so many other combat blood clots.
Your leggings were also great for not setting clots whilst traveling to Europe. I go there for Christmas and to ski and I bring 5-7 pairs and hand wash them to save on space.
Since I only ever take one carryon that says a lot about your product. This is even for skiing for 2 weeks and I use the leggings to battle blood clots with my favorite sport overseas too!
You guys just need to tweak your game and not cheap it out. Girls who love fashion? Will PAY for it.

Customers like myself who have the means get annoyed and go back to athleta and lulu. Keep it simple silly. It keeps gals like me coming back. Also? I think it's RUDE/SIZE racist I cannot get stuff that fits me in XXS on LIZZO's side of stuff created. I have a brain tumor. No I do not have an eating disorder. Some people actually are thin. Remember that when you only go to size "SMALL" in her line. What message are you trying to relay here have you ever thought about that? It goes BOTH WAYS.

In details of fabric? Being an ex figure skater we never ever EVER used any type of fabric backed with white backing. Elastic wear that is dark on the worn side and white on the inside, washed a few times (properly of course on warm/gentle no dryer) the moment you bend over it literally looks like you sat in snow or paint. Tell your customers if the fabric INSIDE IS WHITE! Since anyone who knows anything? Knows it's cheap, and it isn't worth the measly credit let alone the $49-69 range. Drives me NUTS!

I love my uniforms, fits well and comfortable. My athletics wear are stylish and very relaxed fitting. Also I buy on sale which is always within my budget
I'm not fully satisfied however the uniforms are not too fitted l( printing out an entire figure) thus making the fitting relaxed
No matter what, when, or how much I order, it NEVER arrives when it's supposed to...or it gets lost and cannot be reordered! This order was no different!🤦🏽
The product is amazing and honestly as long as you are a member it's very affordable. However my only issue is they never have my size (med/large) in tops. They are always sold out in the sets.
The entire business is a scam. They have stolen from me countless times. I have called into customer service and was told I would be refunded and never was. They are liars and cheaters.
