The overall quality of the clothes is a B+ so I cant see paying higher than the "member" prices for these outfits. Men or Women. My issue lies in the lack of flexibility with the member auto pay. You can not place your membership on hold or stop more then one month. I can't tell you how many times I have been charged because I forgot my monthly opt out. Maybe I should stop the member program you ask? I can't. If I do stop the program I no longer have access to my member credits= my money. So until I buy 5 more outfits I need to make sure I opt out every month prior to the 5th. Wish me luck. I think the last straw on this is also when you DO pick an 'outfit' you qualify for free (also slow) shipping once you purchase 2 outfits. Outfits are conveniently priced at exactly the threshold of free shipping. On top of that, once you begin the payment process, import taxes and fees are added to every purchase you make. So I after I pay for shipping and then taxes to use the money of mine that you already have it starts to creep back up to the original price. Cutting into my member "benefits". Here is my tip. If you like Fabletics, shop in store to save shipping and taxes, and shop sales like anywhere else. You'll never keep up with the Member Benefits package. Even if you have two girls who live in tights and sports bras.

I cancelled my account with Fabletics a while ago and was surprised to see a clothing item arrive on my doorstep that I didn't order. When I logged back into my account that I thought was closed, I saw that an order was placed and charged to my CC on the account. In the live chat, I asked for my CC to be removed so this wouldn't happen again and was told that was not possible. Every account needed a CC. I mentioned I had closed my account and would like to close it again and delete it entirely but it still is online and my CC is still listed.

I have been a loyal customer with Fabletics for quite a long time and I have truly loved all my merchandise; not only do they fit perfect, but I get so excited everytime I receive a package!. I really try and pride myself as a customer to research the companies I support. Also, who they have representing them and what they stand for. When I originally became a member of Fabletics, I wanted to support not only women in business, but I love the Founder, Kate Hudson. I have probably watched all her movies and I love what she represents as a business owner, but as a mom, as I am a mom of two teenagers.
Normally, I have respected her and the companies' choices on who they have collaborated with.
However, I am seriously considering cancelling my membership, not because of any other reason, then her collaboration with Khloe Kardashian. I feel that everything her and her family represents is something I do not respect. I feel she is a terrible example for what women should stand for. Kate Hudson and the women who have represented her company have been about natural beauty, being true to oneself and strength. This is a wonderful message, but the message that Khloe Kardashian stands for are none of these! Thank you for your time and for reading my message.

Advertisement stated 50% off of an outfit. Attempts to purchase required signing up for VIP program. I admit, I did not read the fine print. My selection amounted to less than 20% off. However, since I was only trying out the gear, I decided to let it pass. Yesterday, I received my credit card statement with a charge from Fabletics. A call to customer service (not the greatest) indicated that by signing up for VIP program, permission is granted to make a monthly charge and that one point would be added that, as they accumulated, could be used for additional purchases. My problem is this: I do not intend to order from them again. I have received no merchandise for the amount that was charged to my card, and I had no intentions of monthly purchases of work out outfits.
After jumping through many hoops, a credit is supposed to be issued to my card. I saw that one person stated that if you skip a month? How? The money is automatically charged without contact to see if you intend to purchase for the month. I think that if 50% off is the banner offer for the company, then directly beneath it should be "if you join the VIP club and commit to monthly charges to your account, whether or not you make a purchase." As far as the clothing, the styles are great, the pants are good, but the shirts are very cheap - looking and especially after washing.

Read the fine print before signing up for the VIP club. Order an item and check out the quality before committing.

Was very satisfied with my products but was not happy at all when they signed me up to take out 50$ each month. I did not want that and it was a hassle to get back.

I tried to make a purchase on their website and they (without my knowledge or consent) put a hold on my credit card - to a point where I couldn't make a purchase for at least 72 hours. I contacted their customer service and was hung up by the agent without finalizing my request or my concerns. My request was not taken into consideration and the call ended without a resolution. NEVER SHOP HERE... NEVER...

Still missing an order that was made months ago. The clothing is good material but the color and design options are limited at least for my size. Just too expensive and not reliable for the price.

Fabletics repeatedly emails and texts me to review my purchase and they will give 20 points. I have done 6 reviews in the last month and no points have been given. I have called multiple times and emailed back and forth with their TechStyle Fashion Group representative. But they just blow you off. They still have not made it right. They assume you will just give up after wasting so much time calling them and emailing them. SO DISHONEST! STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING!

Fabletics will not honor 20 points per review. I have made 6 reviews in a month and I did not get any points for any of them. They keep sending me emails to review to received 20 points and they dont honor it. I wasted my time in numerous phone calls and emails but they only give you the run around. The lady on the phone basically said "they cannot help me".

Everything you have been reading in the 1 star reviews is accurate. Look at the percentage of 1 star versus 4 stars reviews. They make it very unnoticeable to join their "membership." what is not lear at all, is that you will be charged $50 every month unless you buy something, and you have to make sure you "skip" each month to avoid being charged. Now tell me: who in the world buys athletic gear every single month of the year for $50? When you call to complain, they tell you that if you cancel, you loose all this money that has been accumulating through every monthly deduction. So you are forced to buy more merchandize, waste more money, draw the credits to zero, before cancelling. Customer service is foreign, and communication is an issue. The system is rigged to confuse the consumer. There are credits, there points, and there are promotion codes. Everything is designed to make you spend more money than what you intended. They will not refund the money. And the quality? Not bad, but not out of this world either. I absolutely hate these business that force consumers to become "members" and then make it very difficult to cancel without a loss. This practice should be illegal. If your products speak for themselves, why the strong hand to force "members" to buy something every month, or to have to remember that you need to go into the website to "skip" that month, or else be charged $50.

Some leggings are 5 stars, they are extremely durable and have lived a long life and still look new. But I have had a handful that ripped once I squatted or the seam wasn't very good. Majority AMAZING, but there have been 3 pairs that ripped at the seam from sitting or squatting and they were the same size as the other ones I had.

When I first started a vip membership the app was great delivery was super fast within 5-7 days. Now when I open the app it doesn't load when I have great wifi. It often doesn't show the vip points I have. When I try to use points on the app it says I need to be a member when I already am and have points. If I want to order something I use my laptop which isn't terrible but after I order and get the 5-7 day shipping it has taken weeks to a month to get my things. They have shorted my orders and not sent the stuff after I said something. Costumer service was super difficult and unhelpful. I don't know what's changed in the last three years but it just sucks. After Fabletics will finally allow me to spend my points I will be canceling my subscription.

The VIP membership and the way they allow you to use your "credits" makes me crazy - and it's gotten worse over time. I've had an account with them long enough that it used to be a dollar for dollar system which makes so much more sense to me, but the company obviously didn't bank the kind of money they wanted to. Now they get the benefit of your monthly fee and then give you the *opportunity* to purchase clothing for the price of a member credit. Who cares if the dollar amount of the clothing is a fraction of the cost of that member credit. It's disgusting. The whole system is set up for their benefit in such an incredibly blatant way that it is obvious how stupid they think their target market is. And I'm not saying there aren't people that fall neatly into that category, I'm just insulted when I see it. The only reason I keep my account open is because I have "points" that if I don't use them I lose them and there's a lot of money (to me) there. I definitely fall into that group that has tried to cancel and somehow I'm still charged a monthly fee. I have three or four more credits to use and then I'm out of there.
My beef with the VIP membership doesn't change the fact that their leggings are my favorite and the only ones I buy consistently. I just hate the greedy aspect of the company. Oh, and their shipping takes forever!

I was a member for over two years. I had been charged when I skipped the month a few times but this was the last straw they charged me the 20th of the month when I skipped when generally I am charged the 6th or 7th. I was told that this is normal and when I said I wanted to cancel. I was essentially told that it's ok, we don't want to lose you and we will give you 20% off. I continued to say I wanted to cancel and the representative continued to pressure me into staying. I simply just wanted my money back as they charged me at such a weird time but hear we are, canceled my membership and am never looking back. The clothes are nice and I enjoy them but the customer service is absolutely horrible every time I've interacted with them so I'd just pass and go by some other work out clothes.

I'm still waiting to receive my order which I ordered on September 4,2021 and paid $15.95 for RUSH shipping. I messaged them on Facebook and whoever responded brushed me off trying to make it seem like I'm wrong for messaging by saying they have until September 10,2021 for me to receive it, if I don't by then, then I can message… uh tomorrow is the 10th and they have created a shipping label, but have not brought the package to be shipped! I expressed that and how frustrating this is. They stopped reading and replying to my messages! I feel like this company is a scam and need to train their employees on customer service! At this point they better be awesome leggings and sweats, even with that I don't know if I would want to order from them again! I also would never suggest this company to anyone, either, at this point! This is the worst experience I've had with online orders in a LONG TIME! Made an order on the 13th and it was shipped on the 15th. I checked the tracking and it stopped moving on the 18th. I HAD to contact the company and finally found out that they didn't have one of items even though it was shipped and paid for and was told I should pick another item. I was so mad I requested my money back and still have to wait 2 to 5 days to get my money back. Would not recommend this company they are incompetent.

Fabletics workout leggings are the best brand I have ever had. They have just the right compression, and stay up as you work out. Definitely expensive, but the quality is amazing.
