USPS rejected my shipment says the address was incorrect, and somehow the next package I ordered (came 2 days later) managed to get to me. USPS made a mistake, however, Fabletics policy is to never give credit back to your credit card ever, EVER! They will only give a store credit, forcing you to buy from them again. They offered to send me a check, but the check takes 45 days! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR "POLICY" SUCKS!

I will NEVER do business with this company again. I signed up for a VIP membership months ago and have purchased a few items using the discount. I'll admit that the clothing is high quality and I have had no issues with the products. But the company is sketchy on its best day with business practices. At 50 bucks a month, I eventually decided keeping the membership was not in my budget any longer. The most annoying part of this company has to be that you must call and speak to a representative to have your membership cancelled. It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do they refuse to cancel your account until they have tried several different ways to keep your business. After ten minutes of declining basically every discount and free item in the book and pleading with the woman on the other line to just cancel my account and let me get off the phone, I thought I had finally succeeded. WRONG. I was charged the very next month the full amount! This meant I had to call the company again and go through the same process of having someone "look into it", cancel my account (for real this time), and promise a refund to my account within "5-7 business days". Extremely frustrated and will avoid this company in the future.

My daughter loves these workout clothes and 2 christmasses ago I bought her some. 3 months later i realised they had been taking £44 a month out. Had to call them 6 times to get my money refunded.
Last christmas i tried again (more fool me) and i was REALLY careful not to tick the vip box and STILL i have now discovered 3 months of £44 taken out. Now they say I don't exist.

I have been a Fabletics member since the company first started. My early experience with the company was wonderful (!) and I encouraged friends and family to become members also. However, my experience has grown steadily more and more negative over time. Over the past two years or so, my typical experience is like this: I look for something to buy or may forget to skip a month and then have a credit to use, but then when I look at the site I can't find anything! Either the style I am looking for is not there, or I like an item but it is not available in my size or color preference. I have had several recent orders that were messed up (wrong color, wrong size, or wrong order entirely!) and refunds non-existent (how do you get a comparable refund when you used a credit to buy an outfit, but then had to return one piece because it was the wrong color and the one originally ordered is no longer available?). Sigh. After many, many pairs of leggings purchased (along with a few other items), I have finally decided to cancel my membership. I think the company grew too big, lost touch with itself, and tried to offer WAY too many things. Now I am finding much more appealing products elsewhere. If the company ever gets back to its roots of offering good quality and fun leggings, I will be back. I miss the originality and flare of those early designs.

I had to call twice to receive a return label.
The first representative wasted my time for more than 30mm for nothing.
Non only she never emailed me a return label, but she wrote nothing about my claim.
She said it would take 24 hours to receive a return label AND I NEVER GOT ONE.
The second representative did her job and I got the label right away.

Every time I've looked into signing up for this service, nearly all outfits have at least on if not more pieces sold out in most sizes! You're offered 50% off your first order if I ordered within 1 hour of signing up - AND YET PRACTICALLY NOTHING WILL EVEN BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR SIZE.
Why would I subscribe to a service that can't keep nearly any item in stock at nearly any size?!? I can't order even though I want to! And what good is offering 50% off my first order if there's not an outfit I can even purchase because at least one piece if not ALL or sold out in my size and those sizes close?!
And it's not just a few sizes, or just mine (M)... it's pretty much all of them, I was even willing to try a size up or down - still nothing available.

I cancelled my membership today due to the customer service issue I'm facing. I placed an order over 10 days ago and my tracking # has never worked. Actually when I enter the tracking number given to me on the fed ex website it says "No record of this tracking number can be found at this time, please check the number and try again later." And it's said that for the last 10 days. I've reached out to customer service several times as my package was already due to be delivered. I am just continuing to be told to check back in X number of days. Today they told me to wait another 10 days and that it was out of their control after the package was received by the shipping facility. They failed to understand that per fed ex the package was never received. Their only advice for me was to reach out to fedex customer service! They seem totally useless in my situation and are now telling me to check back in 10 more days if there is no update by the 19th. That seems totally ridiculous to me. Any other company that I've worked with would have sent out another package or at least started a case to see if the package would be located. Also as they are the shippers they are the ones who would need to reach out to fed ex not me! Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with this customer service and cancelled my membership over this which is sad because I really wanted to receive my items. Now I'm afraid if the package is lost or was never sent that 10 days from now the items will be sold out in my size. I voiced this concern to customer service but they were of no help.

Did not receive any email notifying me that my card was about to be charged $50 USD until after my credit card was charged and was too late to cancel... Appalling customer service, was stuck waiting on the phone to them for an hour which was all read from a script, emails were general canned responses which did not answer any of my questions, my first order I purchased from them got sent the wrong size and way too much of a hassle to return it from AUSTRALIA, not to mention the ONLY way to remove your credit card details is via phone (wtf?!? I cant even remove my own private card details?!)
Save your time, money and sanity and just go else where, its really not worth it.

I wear a popular size- medium- and Fabletics is ALWAYS sold out of that size in the normal, basic colors of their pocket capri leggings. It is so frustrating. I have a store credit I have been waiting to use for literally SIX MONTHS waiting for a basic grey pair of leggings to come back in stock. It's ridiculous.

I was looking online to buy some pants. I was sent 3 pairs of all polyester stretch pants that most men will not wear. Rather then returning them for a $73.31 (Aug 26) refund I just left them in the bag. That was in August. By chance I decided to check my PayPal account and saw a charge of $59.95 on 9/12 and 10/12 apparently for membership in a Fabletics. I never knew with my purchase I was going to be charged about $720 a year for nothing. The pants I bought for about $75 total in August I could've easily bought online from eBay, etc., for the same amount or possibly less and a blended fabric I'd wear. I live on the Gulf and 8 months a year are hot and humid and all polyester clothes are uncomfortable. Plus, they were dark blue and not black as the ad showed. They also have a light colored 1" strip that circles the waist for no reason. So, now I have a claim in with PayPal for 2 weeks and have to get refunded for this scam club. It should say in bold print that any purchase places the buyer in a club that costs $59.95 a month or about $720 a year. Why would I join it for a single purchase I made for sub-par cheap men's pants? I buy everything online and this is the 1st time this has happened in over 30 years buying online! Look for monthly 'Automatic Payment' charges on your statements if you buy anything from Fabletics! Better yet, don't buy from Fabletics anything!

I'm a older DAV combat veteran and why would I need any membership to every few months possibly by clothes. I recently ordered from fabletics. My package arrived open, torn and held together with a rubber band--more than half of the items i ordered were missing. I ordered clothing so that i could have it on a particular date. I contacted the customer service reps who processed a reorder, assuring me that the clothing shipment would expedited. I contacted two different reps to confirm this. I logged into my account to find that the order is being shipped via standard shipping. Not only is this RIDICULOUS because two different people assured me that this would not be the case, but i am beyond livid that i now have to wait for items that i already paid for and previously waited for AGAIN for the full time. Additionally it is in my opinion very poor form that my account was not credited to compensate for the extra wait and the HOUR spent trying to get clothing i already ordered shipped to me. I told the customer service rep this and she replied that fedex was their courier as if they were not at all responsible which is insane as they should guarantee that their items arrive on time and in tact. I also asked that given this horrible experience that they immediately discontinue my VIP membership. They would not do this and referred me to a call center. I will never again order through this company and strongly advise that you save yourself a giant hassle. No clothing is worth this aggravation.

I ordered several thong with lower tummy coverage pieces, two body suit "tummy control" & an all black jumpsuit. I am about 10 lbs over weight and got a size "S". First and foremost these things are insane to get into. I tore a run in one of the body suits with my nail. Almost, took myself out in a choke hold trying to get them on. The fabric is NOT supportive. As you'll read in many comments it just takes all of your pooch or fupa and puts it all in a circle. You'll lose an inch off your waist but everyone will see your flattened pooch. Nothing about that is cute. I have more supportive work pants that are more comfortable & make my pooch unnoticeable that I paid 10$ for at Ross. The material they use to not roll down on the insides does not work. Expect it to continuously roll down and make you feel undesirable. I forgot to skip the month & was charged so, I purchased some
Men's slacks. These are why you even got one star. My husband is a huge fan but, not for the price point we can find better elsewhere. They also, dry super weird! I'm gonna give fenty a try and hope Rihanna did her thing!

Because on this social media, they only have "fans" (paid?) taking their defence and I am feeling quite alone to spam all their beautiful pictures. So come on and let's do this all together!
The only way to get our refunds is to stand all together and to piss them up.

I don't usually write reviews, but Fabletics is SO SO bad that I just have too. After finally getting out of that absolutely scandalous "VIP" membership, I tried to order something to get rid of those ridiculous "members credits" they charge you every month (£49!). The screen showed me a total price price of £5 for my item, I continued with the payment and I end up being charged £42! AND I still have the members credits! SHOWING A TOTAL PRICE AND CHARGING ANOTHER IS ILLEGAL. On top of that the customer service is useless beyond reason, I don't even think it is real people, most likely bots or something. AND on top of everything else, the quality is absolute RUBBISH. Overpriced rubbish.

I preordered an L top and XL bottom... and received a top and bottom in 2XL. There was no communication that my order was sold out. I could hem the pants, but there's no way I could wear the shirt, so I had to return it. I wish I had just gotten a refund and comms that the size was sold out so I didn't have to go through the returns process. Won't preorder from Fabletics anymore because of it.

I ordered the Define Powerhold leggings and the Oasis Pureluxe leggings. The Powerhold stays put well during my workouts, but really shows panty lines much worse than the less expensive leggings I have - even though I wear the "no show" type. The Pureluxe are comfortable and soft, but apparently not meant for actually working out in. The waistband constantly rolls down. I'll stick to the less expensive leggings I find at TJ Maxx.

I just found out i was getting deducted of $54.95 every month without my consent. I didn't know about the VIP membership, and it doesn't even benefit me! I even returned the item i purchased to them due to sizes doesnt fit me at all thinkung that i ordered 2 sizes to make sure but i eneded up returning it! And then i found out about this charges on my bank account every month! This company should be sued! I l've had zero idea about this VIP promo and still charged me every month, and now i couldn't get a refund! Wtf?! What a shame for this company and to the owner of this company!
