Are you people serious? How is it the company's fault that you CAN'T READ? I got my outfit for 50% off, loved it and knew exactly what I was signing up for when I bought it. I now regularly get athletic clothes from them and find them to be extremely competitive in price and quality with brands like lululemon. If you don't want to pay the $50 on any particular month, you can easily go online and skip a month and returns are easy, same thing, go online and just return stuff. The people giving this site 1 star ratings need a reading course and a class on how the internet works. I love my fabletics, 5 stars all the way!

They charge $59 every month but you can only redeem those credits on things that would be waaay cheaper if you just paid. Most things that are available for purchase with credits are $30 and under. Also the credits expire, how does a credit I paid for just expire? On top of that their stuff starts to rot out and fall apart almost immediately. Such a scam. Wish I had never signed up. Now I'm stuck between trying to remember to cancel or get charged every month or giving up all my credits I already paid hundreds for so this company can't rob me anymore if I accidentally forget to cancel in the 3 day period they allow you to cancel. I feel trapped

Total crap did not realize that by ordering I have also joined a VIP club for which I will be paying $50 every month. It took me two payments to notice something's up and this has been such a waste of money. My bad for not reading the fine print I guess. But why on earth would anyone want to pay $50 every month for membership at a store where you will be spending anyway!?
So disappointed with this brand!

After seeing the ads and needing some new workout shorts, I decided to give it a try. It seemed like a great deal. However, to get the deal you have to sign up for a monthly subscription that you can't cancel until your products arrive. On top of that, because the items are imported each time (no distributor here in the States?) my orders never arrived before my next month's payment was applied. So the lure of $25 shorts that are "better than Lulu" now become $55 each as that's the monthly subscription fee. I'd say the quality is... meh. I like them just fine, but not for the price I paid.

My daughter fell victim to this scam! She bought two leggings in March and unknown to her she was being charged 49.95 a month for the past 5 months. She is deaf, which makes it difficult for her to get a good paying job. Fabletics just took 1/4 of her monthly salary from her. SHAME ON YOU! I am very disappointed that Kate Hudson is co-owner in a company that scams people with their fine print. When I chatted to cancel, they kept saying she had credits she could use, but they don't calculate the credit when she tried to use them. Additionally, one of the leggings got a run in the leg the first day she wore them. This may require court action. I am furious!

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings with no idea that there was a £50 monthly payment and it automatically signs you up for a membership absolutely horrible company that don't make this clear at all, took me around 3 months to notice and I'm a student. Cancelling it isn't easy either. I warn people to stay away.

Fabletics is average for sports wear at best, and a terrible company who could not care less about their customers. For a company that provides women's sports wear, they clearly have no idea how sports bras should work. They're a total waste of money and fabric. The rest of their clothing broke quickly or was relatively bad quality. The only things that managed to stay together were the leggings. But they were hardly mind blowing. The VIP scheme is a total scam, they will take every penny they can from you and not communicate any of that. I've lost hundreds of pounds as a result of their flawed communications and lacking customer service.
Please try literally anywhere else.

I joined fabletics, thinking this would be a great place to get yoga wear. The experience is terrible. You essentially pay $79 per month for 1 member credit, which you can use towards their clothes; but the clothes go on sale often, however, you only use 1 member credit towards one item such that you actually end up paying $79 or 1 credit as a member for legging that cost, for example $30 on sale as a non member. So as a member you technically just pay more. I've had shipping not arrive and marked as arrived; custom service is not helpful. Quality is absolutely terrible; wont survive the first wash and don't even think about taking any of the leggings to hot yoga, unless you wish to have all of the sweat seep through, specifically what you'd want yoga clothes not to show. Further, when I tried to cancel my membership, two agent hung up on me before I was able to finally get rid of the membership. Pretty terrible. Very disappointed.

I've gotten some of my best pieces of clothing from this site. Some were not up to par, either in material expectations or overall quality, so I just returned them and got my credit back easy peasy. I don't like that we, the buyer, incur the cost of the increased trade tariffs from China, but the quality of the clothing is still great. I think the membership is easily worth it, and they have new products in all the time which makes shopping with them fun and exciting (and also infuriating when a cute piece goes out of stock instantly lol). Overall have had a great experience with them. 4 stars only because of the incurred fees, which I feel should be covered by the company.
Tip for consumers:
CHECK THE SIZING CHARTS! They vary with each piece. I have gotten size M in a jogger and been comfy, while some are massively oversized and I've needed to get XXS. Just be wary of the measurements and you'll be good to go.

Good price point however...
It seemed like they never had what I wanted in my size.
A couple of the clothing that I did try seemed super scratchy. (Sports bras)
Different styles or collections fit differently so not sure what size to order

I love the sale pricing. I don't love the quality of the items.
My brand new pants had a hole in the pocket!
And the zipper on the pants feels like it can break at any moment.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These clothes are cheap and crazily overpriced. You will be forced to pay a Chinese import tax that Fabletics forces upon the consumer. Order processing is the slowest I've ever experienced for a company like this. They will issue a tracking number and then the order sits for a week. $60 for a monthly membership? Good luck finding anything on their site that is actually worth $60. When it comes to canceling, they will make sure they hide it from you. Then, you'll have to go through 7 pop up windows just to confirm. Don't for fall for the 2 shorts for $24 adds. Complete scam.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t sign up. Cancel immediately if you have. The site quality itself is awful. The “Help” option is glitchy and non existent.

Bought something for my wife and didn't read the 'contract' when checking out. They will charge you 49.97 every month you don't buy something! Totally disgraceful! Its businesses like these that make this world a worse place. Never giving them another dime. On top of that the leggings my wife got were garbage. Crappy products, crappy customer service and just an overall crappy company.

It's stupid. Buying leggings and fuzzy slippers should be fun.
Understanding credits and purchase corrections over lost shipments should not such a challenge for your customer service reps. They wanted to cancel a replacement order, that had already shipped, instead of just crediting back my credit card.
Like I said, long and stupid saga that should not have been an issue.

I cancelled the account in May, but they continued to take payments. This ongoing saga has been going on for one month, they are telling me I need to use the credits but I don't want too as the account was closed. I have had different responses from different operators. Today had a link to an online chat to try to resolve but surprisingly enough it's not even working. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wonder if Kate Hudson is aware of the awful service received and continuous scams in terms of them taking money without your permission. I'm currently battling to get my money back for May, June and July. Will not recommend this to anybody.

Through the number of orders I've made, fabletics has always delivered on time with great service. App always works well. Returns have been easy. In store service is great too. I haven't had a negative experience yet.

They would not honor a day late request to claw back the subscription, charged me $60, and beat around every single question I had. It's like my questions didn't matter, the rep just read off her script and didn't answer anything. Horrible experience and will not be buying from here anymore which is unfortunate because I like the shorts. No way I will go through that again though.

Fabletics shipping times are the slower than any of their competitors. I purchased shirts from a competitor two days after an order was placed with Fabletics and it arrived yesterday. Shorts from a different competitor three days after this order and the shorts arrive today. Still waiting on Fabletics! 10 business days is not two weeks for these guys. If you order from them Do Not look at the tracking info provided, try to forget you ordered. You probably will get stuff in about a month, it will be multiple shipments scattered around your lawn by Fed Ex contractors from Venezuela. Good gear but the company is a miserable mess!

How is it that my member credit can be spent on only one item valued less than the $65 I spent for the credit, but if I cancel my subscription and restart it I can get two items for $24. That's bogus. The leggings are fantastic. I love them. The bras have never fit me well.

I have tried 4 different bras and styles and they are all cut so deep that my large breasts actually fall out the front of them. It's absurd. I like the leggings, I wish they came in thicker material in cropped length. And I would appreciate more two for one deals after becoming a member. The new member offers are great, but ultimately I do not feel the subscription is worth it.

I don't normally write reviews, but there were so many terrible ones that I had to share a somewhat positive experience. I ordered an outfit online and didn't realize I was signing up for a VIP Membership. I noticed that I was charged this morning. I called customer service and talked to "Jay". He was awesome and immediately processed my refund (now I'm just waiting on the bank, which could take until next week). It took less than 5 minutes. I don't know if I would recommend the clothes yet, because they got lost in the mail so now I'm waiting on that.

If you want to be tricked into being charged $50 automatic deduction from your credit card each month for not purchasing from their site then sign up! They advertise $25 first outfit but don't specify that it's conditional upon you shopping with them every single month or risk being charged $50 for nothing. That's a great way to treat your members Fabletics. Crooked company with false advertising. Don't shop here.
