Of course, part of this is my own fault, but I bought a gift for my adult son. I did not read the "fine print" in which I suppose I was told I was being signed up for a "club membership". Then, after purchase, I find out I'm committed to ~$60/month membership fees! Whoa, wasn't expecting that! So, offer good prices, force membership, upset potential customers is their business plan. In defense of fabletics, cancelling the membership was easy (phone call; had to say 3 times "no, I want to cancel" as the sales pitch continues. In the meantime, the clothes I ordered arrived, but fit and finish wasn't as expected so returned 2 of 3 items. Never again; I should know how these scams work at my age.

Each month you are charged $50 unless you skip. All fine, but when I go to the site to shop, a pair of shorts will say "$30, or 1 member credit"
What? That member credit cost me $50! So I can build "credits" but it's cheaper to not use them and just pay cash? How stupid. Canceling my membership ASAP.

The website is super hard to navigate, it is impossible to "skip a month," the guy on the live chat disconnected me as I was trying to do what he said in an attempt to use my credits (almost $300.00) which I still cannot apply to my cart. I can't believe he disconnected me in a matter of seconds. I have never been so frustrated with customer service, ever! I still do not know how to skip a month or use my credit nor was I able to cancel my membership because he disconnected me. Absolutely, the worst.

I have been ordering things from Fabletics for a very long time. The past year this company has really gone down. I have had two orders and the most recent one made me realize I won't be continuing my membership and ordering from them.
I placed an order and was looking forward to my products for an upcoming vacation planned 2 weeks after it was placed. I received a tracking number and it hasn't uploaded since their shipping partner supposedly sent it out to USPS. I had been trying to get a hold of customer service on all forms for multiple days When I finally got through to an obviously outsourced call center. They told me that they would have resent the items but now they are out of stock.
Unfortunately the only way when you want to cancel your membership and get the monthly credits back is through a check...

I ordered the sale leggings to try them out. I didn't know i was signing up to give them $49.99 a month to WHAT? Buy athletic wear forever? Who would want that? This is a really horrible way to do business and they know people will screw up and not realize what they did till its too late. They will then only return 2 months worth of money. That means if I had not seen the charge, because I don't have a lot of time to look over every charge on my bank statement, I could have paid them $600 a year until I noticed. It's so sleazy, Kate Hudson should be ashamed! Some of us work really hard for our money and we hope there aren't predatory companies trying to steal it!

Beware - you will be locked into future purchases and additional charges to your credit card when you first place an order online. They refuse to accept cancellation requests in writing and won't care if you are an international customer who doesn't have access to make international phone calls. They proceeded with more than doubling the cost of the order on my card, and shipped the order anyway. They do not appear to care about their customers at all, and have the Sam estandard responses declining your requests ready to go, because you will here the same thing multiple times from multiple different people - you won't even be assigned one person to handle your complaint!
This is highly unethical - likely illegal practices.
Please know what you are locking yourself into before you endure the stress and anxiety they have caused me.

I spent 2 1/2 hours with four different agents to finally get the advertised price and promotion. They couldn't figure out their own website and ordering system. I even had to screenshot their current website to prove the promotion. After my order was finally fixed, I was offered $10 in credit for by wasted time

I have been a member since 2016ish. The quality has gone down significantly since them. I find myself returning items on almost every order. Just waiting to use my existing credits so that i can cancel for good.

Ever since Fabletics joined the rest of the fashion world embracing the high waisted bottoms and tiny crop tops I've lost interest in the brand. The only thing I would still be interested in buying are the regular Pure Luxe leggings that are not ultra high waisted-- but you don't seem to have these anymore. I also think a lot of the new styles and fabrics look too ordinary for the price being charged-- i. E., it's an $80 plain solid colored sweatshirt that was probably made in China. Nothing to see there.

This service is a scam. When you add money monthly to your profile, aka store credit they wont let you use it for promo deals, they ask for a credit card payment, unless you use your store credit, but pay full price, instead of VIP price.
On top customer service is terrible and takes 2 + hours phone call to handle a simple return or cancellation.
They send a completely different outfit than the one I ordered, and still wanted to charge extra for refund. Now i must wait 8-10 WEEKS for a refund. This service has been total waste of time, hustle and money, and I can not wait for the day I can cancel my "VIP" membership, that has only brought money taken, wrong orders and headaches.
Save yourself the trouble from this SCAM!

Bad customer service and feels a lot like a scam. Two times 49,95 charged to my creditcard because of some 'hidden' policy and membership. The name looks good, the company should be held accountable for it's deliberate malpractice.

I was reeled into membership due to the 2 for 24$ legging offer. I was on mobile, and the website doesn't say anything about paying 49$ monthly. It was in small print and I didn't see it. I will never buy from them again, they trick customers into getting membership they did not know about. I immediately canceled online, but on the terms and conditions it says you can only cancel by phone (SCAM MUCH?!). I verified my cancellation by calling them and also live chatting to MAKE SURE my membership was canceled. I've seen some reviews that people thought they canceled but they get charged still. You also cannot remove any billing information, so there's still a likely chance they can do an unauthorized charge. I'm going to my credit card company next after all I've been through if they charge me still. All this hassle is not worth it trying to get the 2 for 24$ leggings deal.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE. PLEASE DON'T. SAVE SOME TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I don't mind paying a reasonable price for items made in countries with good work ethics, but I will not support sweatshops. Designed in Los Angeles yes... But manufactured in some poor country where they have a manufacture cost of less than a dollar and charge people over 50. Rediculous and Kate Hudson should be more aware of what her name is being used for.

Fabletics opened up a shop near me so I was able to go in store and try the outfits on. I ended up bringing home two light support sports bras and they are still in great condition almost two years later. When you sign up for their VIP membership, each month you will be charged $50, HOWEVER, the $50 doesn't go to waste because it goes straight into your Fabletics account to be used on future purchases. People seem to think that this company is taking $50 away every month from their bank account and it's disapearing. That's not the case. The $50 per month goes into your personal account with the store to use when you want to. You can even skip months if needed. I say it's worth a shot. I mean. I'd probably spend the $50 anyways... might as well have a little savings in my Fabletics account, right?

The clothes are fantastic. Shipping isn't, takes way too long to receive items. Please consider changing the process. My sizes usually aren't in stock at my local store. Everything I've ordered so far has had to be shipped.

I have been ordering items from Fabletics for almost a year now and I'm not sure how people find the whole process so confusing. I thought it was fairly self-explanitory. I have ordered every few months and just opt out the others. All the pieces I have are great! They do tend to run a little small but if you read the reviews its easy to avoid getting the wrong size. My only complaint is that some products sell out very fast and are often not restocked:-/

Fabletics is pretty much always the bomb, however their grand opening at Roosevelt Field Mall was AWESOME! Staff were so friendly, cool, and collected even amidst all the chaos. There were free drinks, and even with a long line the free leggings for the first hundred guests didn't even come close to running out by the time we finally made it to the register. Definitely a well put together opening.

Ordered several items 2 weeks ago. According to the site, the order is still being "batched", in other words it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. No email or anything to explain the delay. I know a lot of businesses are slow at this time, but I should be notified of status/further delays

My adult daughter has Down syndrome. Her body type is atypical compared to most people. It can be a struggle to find clothing that fits, stays in place, and holds up, especially when it comes to leggings and workout clothes. This order I made was rather large—I figured if it was going to work for her, it would be smart to take advantage of the huge discount offered with first time orders. I'm so glad I did! The clothing conforms beautifully to her shape. There is no slippage. The coverage is flattering, even for her size 3X. The quality of the fabric is fantastic! She looks absolutely adorable in the fun styles and prints that match her diva-esque personality and charm. THANK YOU, Fabletics—your clothing has my special daughter looking and feeling AMAZING!

Been a VIP member for years. Only buy workout gear from Fabletics now (and ThredUp). Always take advantage of the fantastic sales. Best value and good quality. Easy to color co-ordinate across the range. Love the inclusion and wide size range... all shapes and sizes catered to. Returns are EZ when necessary (for me because legs are too long even in XXS for pants and full length leggings). 5' 4" and 97 lbs, 69 years young, Pilates & Yoga instructor.

First the customer service was absolutely horrific. There was an extended delay in delivery resulting in multiple phone calls. When finally received the sizes were so "off" from reality the products were regifted. Next you then signed me up for some sort of reorder program. How dare you! I was charged this erroneous fee immediately after ordering and far in advance of receiving my package. This is a scam that I will have no part in. A shameful disorganized company. One and done!

Online ordering is as easy enough but impossible to track the order once it supposedly shipped. Waited 3weeks and spoke with customer service. They said "yeah it's probably not going to make it- happens all of the time".

Horrible! I have to contact this company again, I just went to the bank and after I realized that they were taking money from my account for being a "VIP" ($45.00 a month") member to which there are absolutely no perks attached! It's just taken out! When you made the 2 for $25 order. Please be very careful. Now I take another look just this week and realize it's been going on since 2018! My refund was alittle over $200.00
You do the math. That clothe speak for themselves, shame on them for feeling the need to scam consumers. Extremely disappointing. Never EVER again.!

I used to LOVE Fabletics, but recently the shipping has become a joke. 2 out of the last 3 months I've either not received my order or wait 30 days for it. Customer service is horrible and the one time they seemed nice and offered to send me a discount for my extremely late order it never happened. I was so happy to get a coupon to use for a purchase and then it never materialized.
You used to receive orders within 10 days, now I'm lucky to see it in 20. Wouldn't be so bad if the local brick and mortar actually had stuff, but they are so small and carry almost nothing.
Might have to start buying less and just go for Luluemon or Athleta. At least I'll get my orders.

Only sign up if there is an actual store near you and you only want basics like leggings and bras.

Buyer beware! It's a RIP OFF! Orders take forever to be delivered... over 2 weeks! They messed up my order, argued with me to the point of asking for a manager. Then she proceeds to tell me to mail it back. So now I'm having to be inconvenienced with going to the post office then waiting another 2 weeks for my shipment. Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous! She wouldn't send them express nor give any kind of discount for my troubles. I found out that these products are made in CHINA not California! For the price your paying for these simple articles of clothing, go to TJ Max or Amazon for that matter and save yourself time, money and the headache.
