Today I have to admit it was quite easy to order from Fabletics. However, over a period of time I have become more and more frustrated with the website. It takes forever to find what you want and finding it seems quite illogical. When you get to what has been recommended for you it is often sold out! So I often gave up trying!

I'm extremely unhappy that after making a purchase of leggings... my card was then charged again for a membership fee that I do not want. I bought the leggings on sale but ended up paying full price after they took a membership fee. No thank you! Never again!

I'm very satisfied with quality of clothing but not happy when I want to skip the month when I'm overseas and the app does not work for that option. Needs fixing!

There is virtually no way to contact a human being. I chose chat and it buffered until I finally gave up…three times.
Each month when my email to skip a month or choose an outfit the website is not scaleable to handle the amount of traffic it receives and places you in a hell-like queue. Once you are finally able to get in, more often than not, the item you want is not available. The website freezes, it times out, etc. I have been a member for many years and am ready to quit.
Oh, did I mention the "tariff" and and other additional charges assessed?

Don't waste your time or money, the first time I wore the pants they started pilling. Now I'm stuck with the pants because once you wear them you can't return them. I can't believe Kate Hudson would advertise such a bad product. So disappointed. Cheap Cheap Cheap. Go get a pair of lululemon.

I love Fabletics, but have been disappointed several times when I see an item that I would like to purchase but it is not available in my size in the color I want. This happens quite often and stops me from purchasing anything. I understand the company is geared more towards the younger generations, but several of us from the "older" generations like to wear leggings and tops. I would like to see more styles for a multi-generational clientele.

Not worth it if your Canadian the price points are high.
Don't fully understand the credit purpose as you still pay for the credit sometimes offered for 1 credit are less then the amount paid.
Website however is easy to navigate and skipping the month is easy however wish I didn't have to do as the value is not much less when shipping as a regular customer or member.

Bout $120 worth of shorts and collared shirts. Took over a month to get here then I started getting denied charges from my bank and it turns out it was $60 charge from fabletics. So I had to go get a new card. If it sounds to good to be true it is.

Careful when you purchase through a promo offering 2 shorts for $25... I missed the fine print and was charged $50 a month for the next 2 months. When i called in to ask why, i was told i agreed to sign up for their subscription membership. On the one hand, i thought "ok, thats on me. I missed the details". On the other hand, when I went to browse their inventory online, they didn't have anything new! I was allowed to shop for more of the same shorts i already purchased from them. Yeah, no thanks. Your shorts are not worth the $125 you got out of my card. Thanks for the refund but still.

Worst service I've ever encountered. If you try to skip, they'll charge you. And be careful, if you ask to not get so many newsletters, (the description of opting out is for newsletters... not the god damn notifcation that your "outfits are ready"). So they keep pulling money and not telling you when the month is up. Plus the clothing is sub par junk. Stay away from this garbage company.

These are some of the cheapest quality leggings. Thank goodness my purchase was like 4 for $15 each or something like that, because $15 is exactly how much these leggings are worth. They're extremely thin, have absolutely no "powerhold" to them and I have to keep pulling them up constantly. Just awful leggings! I really hope no one actually pays full price for these…

I tried on shorts and they were too small. There were a limited variety of colors to begin with. The return process took 2-3weeks, and at that time when a larger size was approved after the return, they were then out of stock. So frustrating. Will not be buying from again.

Attempted twice to utilize happy returns for my return. Both times I was unable to complete task as the website wouldn't give me a return label…called customer service and said it was a known issue. Lasted for 2 weeks. Now I have to get to a post office which is 10 miles from my work and only open in the middle of the day

This is a great company if you want to buy credits that can be redeemed for items worth less than the credits. Also, it's great if you want to be continually billed every month, and if you cancel you lose all of your 'credits' that you paid for. You also can't return the credits for your money back. As I've seen many people say - you often forget the plan only to see it on a credit card and have it be extremely difficult to cancel WHILE you still need to use all your credits before cancelling or lose them. I can't properly express the level of scam this is. Kate Hudson should be ashamed and called out.

I always wait for the sales because in my opinion these clothes are of high quality but a little out of my price range. A couple of days ago I purchased something in the very next day the price reduced for that very outfit by $20! I've tried waiting out the sales until the very last second but then they don't have the products anymore! I find this quite frustrating!

The clothes are nice! However they are definitely made for skinny girls. I'm 5'1 125lbs and it says I should fit in a small. I'm in between a large and a medium. The top of the pants constantly roll down while I'm reaching my yoga classes. I have a pair that is becoming very stretched out already and I've had them less than a year.

The shorts themselves are OK - the sales tactics, though, leave something to be desired. I responded to an ad offering two pairs of shorts for the price of one - but somehow only got one pair, and somehow got signed up for a monthly pair of shorts, which my credit card was automatically charged for. I certainly did not sign up for that "service." I will say that customer service responded well to that, cancelled my membership and refunded the money promptly.

I honestly don't even know where to start. Not only did I notice in my emails that my order was going to the wrong address but I contacted Fabletics 3 times to tell them and each time they said it was fixed and what do you know all my stuff when to the wrong address! Then I called to tell them that and they sent it again to the wrong place! I finally returned everything because I was just done. Not to mention the multiple times I was hung up on or disconnected on chat. I truly have no idea how this place is running with how incompetent everyone appears to be.

My daughter ordered 1st outfit for $19.99. She didn't like quality and cancelled membership. The account was cancelled, but they kept taking $49.95 out on my debit. It took 4 months to get the $ back. They never sent any orders, but took my $.

I had a problem with the fact that I didn't know I was getting bill monthly. Not only did they reimburse me my money, they apologized and took the time to explain the process on how I got billed and what to do in the future. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. It was very professional and they responded to my review within a day of me posting then when I replied I was in the process of getting a refund that night. Because of how amazing they were I would defiantly consider buying from them again if the right deal came out. Thanks again fabletics! I was very impressed

I was unaware that they were going to charge me $50 out of my account everymonth! No email or nothing total scam. I just figured out today and unfortunately you can only opt out between the 1st and the 5th but I was totally unaware of any of that. And the outfit I bought wasn't anything special. Over priced when I can go to a local store and get it for half the price with better quality. I should have asked for my money back but I know they wouldn't have gave it.

I bought some pants from them, at FULL PRICE, and they enrolled me in a monthly payment plan. Not knowing this for three months, made the pants cost me over $200.00!
For what they call $20.00 a pair! The second pair that I bought were BRILLIANT TERQUOISE instead of the navy blue I ordered. I can only use them for bedtime.
I wish they wouldn't so hard to deal with.😕
