I have purchased many items through fabletics and do like the quality. However, in my attempt to return 4 items I have had to be on the phone for several hours m. I sent all items back in the same box yet I had to call and individually fight for the money back on each item. They said I wanted a to exchange the items, then I didn't send all of the items. I was hung up on several times (and I am very polite I've worked in customer service for many years) until I finally on my 5th call I was able to get someone who said they would give me my money back as a "one time courtesy" as if they were doing me a favor. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Customer service has been great. The quality is VERY good. I'm a strength and conditioning coach so my gym gear gets a lot of use. This clothing line holds up and keeps its great look use after use. My only complaint is the app is clunky and never seems to work. And there is a huge lack of sizes. Maybe creat wish lists for people so they can supply the demand.

I actually love Fabletics but won't buy them anymore because they develop holes very quickly. Maybe the 3rd or 4th use I discover holes in them. This has been my experience with a number of different styles of Fabletics. At first I thought it was a me problem but my sister in law is having the same issues.
Unfortunately I will not buy anymore leggings from Fabletics dues to this issue.

I love the stuff at Bridgewater, NJ location. They are so kind. I love the managers and they one that is a transfer from on of your other location in Paramus is the best. She know what she is doing and works very hard. She understands the customers needs and attends to them. I had such a great experience with her that I had my partner sign up for the monthly. We are going on over a year with fabletics and it is large part because of her.

I attempted to find order number ******* by calling fabletics customer service twice. Each time someone who had difficulty speaking English told me that they had to have someone "higher up" call me back. I never received any calls back. The tracking for this package also didn't make sense, saying that it was delivered within 2 minutes of it being loaded on the delivery vehicle. The tracking also states it was delivered, but this was never received by me.

I have been a long time customer with Fabletics. I need to cancel my subscription, but before I know it, I have been charged for another month and have a credit. I don't like the way new members get such better pricing than existing members. It is better than it used to be if you shop smart. I don't like that they changed their underwear to be silky thin. They had the most amazing underwear, but it's gone, with no option or variety to purchase the older style. I don't like that underwear costs the same as an entire outfit if you use a member credit- they need to make a more even, comparable package for less expensive items when using member credit.

I've seen there adverts and thought I would try it, ordered and outfit, didn't choose to sign out by vip but it did it anyway, so I called them to cancel the vip, the lady on the phone tried to push me in to keeping it but after a 10 min conversation she finally canceled, but worse of all they have taken the money out which I also payed for two day delivery, it hasn't arrived and they have deleted my account. They won't be so quick to give it back as they are to take it.

It's too difficult out to cancel membership. It should be a click of a button - not wait on a chat forever. I like the product but the shipping takes quite awhile. Also I feel like the member credits are not consistent. It shouldn't cost 1 member credit for a tiny tank top when it can also buy a bundle. I'm happy with the products but not loving the process, pricing or customer service.

This company is making millions off of misleading consumers. It is great clothing but sadly the retention of customers is clearly a problem. I opted out of joining the VIP and they still charged me fore over 5 months. My poor hubby bought me an outfit as a gift and then of course his card continued to get charged and he didnt even know it. When you go to cancel they throw tons of sales pitches at you to get you to stay and then wont get you a confirmation number once you cancel. Its terrible services... they are just stealing peoples money. I was forces to use all the credits to at least feel like I got something out of it. I will never use this site again though. Its really really sad.

My most recent exchange was shipped to the wrong address despite clearly stating I wanted it shipped to the gift recipient. But just in general, I don't think the fabric compression guides are consistent - some marked as high are, some arent. I dislike that the fabric names are always changing and that you can't filter outfits by compression or back yoke shape on leggings. The site seems to always take forever to load.

Professional and decided to quit fabletics as their ads are now showing women with, not only obesity, but morbid obesity as healthy. To boot, they had some women in outfits with their buttcheeks completely exposed. Misrepresentation of health and totally offensive. Im behind different body shapes but you guys have gotten irresponsible and ridiculous about it. Get some

The site takes sometime to load on mobile, and I really dislike the new VIP terms. I wish we could go back to indefinite pauses without having to remember to cancel within a very narrow window of the month. It seems icky and dishonest. I love the products but I hate feeling like I'm being manipulated

Overall, I keep Fabletics around for the sales. The clothes are not worth the retail price. The clothing sizes makes no sense, and the clothing sizes vary by color. I have ordered different colors of the same shorts and each pair fits differently. During a sale, the clothing is a great deal and I would highly recommend it. Outside of their normal sales, the clothes are not worth the price and there are many other brands that are a better value. The hassle of having to skip the membership every month is what makes this 3 stars instead of 4.

The products are amazing! I love them and wear them everyday. From the One Pants, the workout shorts and the joggers. Very comfortable, high quality products.
My complaint is that every month I would get charged $54.00 which is fine, membership fee, whatever. But then I would have to use that for a pair of 25-40 dollar shorts. So I was paying more for the shorts then I would then just visiting the website and paying individually.
They are constantly out of sizes and products as well. Very disappointing when I find something I would like, over 50% of the time they would be out of stock. It severely limits the product offerings……
It truly is a shame because like I said, love the products when you can get them.

I used to love Fabletics for design, quality, fit, variety and price.
They still have good quality and fit, but designs have gradually stagnated, variety options have narrowed, and prices have significantly increased.
Add to that a cumbersome loyalty program with endless "loyaly reward doesn't apply to this purchase" reasons, my loyalty has waned to the point of just shopping elsewhere.
They're still ok, but the net result of the degradation of the brand is that they are no longer my go-to for athletic wear.

They helped me handle many weird returns thst I couldn't do online. They even called their corporate customer service line and spoke with managers to resolve issues on my account. I love this place

You think you're just buying a pair of pants at a promotional price, but you're really entering into a monthly "membership". And then when you call to cancel the membership, they try to upsell you and do everything they can to talk you out of cancelling. This type of marketing ploy is annoying, and is now keeping me from ever buying Fabletics products every again. Thanks, but no thanks. Huge turn off.

Clothing is marketed as a high end quality brand by "Kate". Its really just poor quality clothing priced high and then discounted to make you feel special. I purchased a $15 outfit that I tried on, and then proceeded to tear into pieces and use as toilet cleaning rags. I log on to my credit card provider today and see a $68 CAD fee charged to my credit card, to find out its a membership fee that I was unaware of, not clearly notified. I called in semi pissed, and was told its not their issue. I put up a stink and they refunded me. I will never buy from this company again. If I want cleaning rags, I will buy a 20 LB bag for $15 and use that.

I'm officially in love with this site! Unlike some of the other monthly subscription websites, they don't send you hundreds of dollars worth of clothes that you then have to return. You get to pick the outfit you want ahead of time. Who has time to return these each month? It was VERY clear multiple times during the enrollment process that you have to login and pick an outfit between the 1st and 5th or opt out for that month if you do not wish to have the $50 applied to your credit card and the credit applied to your fabletics account. I'm not sure how someone could have missed this...
If I have to spend 30 minutes or so on the phone when I decide to cancel, so be it. They've saved me a ton of time shopping!

Still having a hard time finding leggings. I've ordered mediums and larges and they fit about thr same. They are so so thick (I need pockets) and don't breath well.
I also dislike that fabletics has awesome sales and incentives to make you become VIP, but when your VIP you don't get those prices. Makes me want to just create multiple email addresses and have multiple VIP accounts so I get the really good discounts.

I have wanteed these shorts all summer, but have not gone out anywhere. I finally went to the Old Orchard store and tried on for size. They didn't have but found them in Woodfield. The manager did a phone order. I got the correct item in color and size the next day! And I used my credit from a few months ago when I forgot to cancel the automatic charge. I'm very happy and thanks.

Two leggings for £24 if you sign up to a monthly subscription of £44, which is not clear at all! I cancelled, my leggings didn't arrive in time so I tried to send them back but couldn't because my account had been cancelled! Has taken over a week to organise a collection, for which I have to wait at home for 12 hours for because apparently it's impossible to send them back any other way, without an account. Still waiting for them to be collected - ridiculous service!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have charged me $49.95 for 13 months on my credit card, I showed it to them on my statement and now they deny it and 2ill not give me merchandise or a refund. They say they are working on it but every time I speak with someone they give me the run around and ask aa 2hole list of questions I've already answered.
