Your sales associates are amazing and so helpful. I wish the store had more stock. I know if a new collection comes out, I have to try to shop it right away or else everything will be gone. I went for the Maddie Z collection and I shopped only two days after it dropped and the store barely had any sizes.

I really enjoy my fabletics pieces and I've been a member for several years now. That said, I think the clothes without membership are overpriced, so I always have to log in to skip the month and it's pretty annoying to miss it, because then I have to spend that money that I wasn't planning on. I almost cancelled a few months ago, but then they offered to automatically skip the month for me for a while so I stayed. I am always tempted by new styles and discounted items. Half my wardrobe is fabletics! I just don't always have time to shop or skip.

I am a bigger girl who had broad $#*! shoulders and I get so excited when I see all the new stuff and then go to click on it and it is sold out in my size. I would buy so much more if I had the size option in a lot of things

The pricing structure for these clothes is absurd. Monthly charges of $50 for clothes marked up to $90 that are only worth $35.
The shorts aren't bad; I like them a lot. The pants are all meh. But who wants to enter into a monthly overpriced agreement for shorts? How many gym shorts do you need? The 'drop' is just ludicrous.

Fabletics has always provided a great experience for me. The staff is always super friendly and treat me like I am one of their best friends. I honestly love going into the stores for that reason alone. And the clothes are super cute and a great price. I also love that they are always coming out with new styles so I am never bored with what they have. Their return policy is also great. I feel like if I end up not liking something I order online, I can always return it super easy.

Most importantly, I love the products. The clothing is very comfortable and there's enough variety to suit my needs. I love the mens products and my wife loves the women's products. The prices are good on their own, and you can time sales and strategically use your monthly credit to find even better deals. I was able to quickly and easily return any products that didn't fit.

It is extremely hard to even reach a representative. I have never had a response from Facebook messenger. The online chat has dropped me more times than not. I have also had multiple calls lost in the middle of the conversation. So when and if you are able to reach a representative there is not much they can do besides apologize and give you $10 off your next purchase. The $10 is never ready at check out, and I have to try to reach another representative again to have them apply it. If you have a rush shipment that is late they will not reimburse the shipping fee until your package arrives. Even though the representative is in agreement that the package is late and has yet to be delivered. Once you get your late package you have to try once again to reach a representative to finally be reimbursed for the shipping fee.

I purchased a gift card for my girlfriend for her birthday. I got an email confirmation that it was purchased and the email for my girlfriend was correct as well however, we never received the gift card. We called several times trying to get the gift card or just the money put on her account but every person we talked to said they couldn't help us. They kept giving us different phone numbers to try and tell them out problems. It was an absolute mess and waste of time. I will never try to buy a gift card from them again. Absolutely awful.

When I placed the order, it told me 5-15 days. I promptly closed the window and moved on in my life.
A week later I get an email telling me that my order has been delayed.
I call and no one can or will give me a rough timeline as to what kind of a delay I am looking at.
Later that same day I get an email saying that my package has magically shipped and will be to me by Friday.
Awesome.
Friday comes and goes without delivery.
I go back to that email and click to check the tracking.
It takes me to a page saying that tracking will become available when Fabletics gives them the items to be shipped.
At this point, I have received 3 different dates to expect my package, all within the 15 day expectation that was set at the outset, but because they felt the need to message me EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. With an ad or update, it feels like an eternity.
Tip for consumers:
Don't. Just don't.
Go to a different site.
I know the2 for $24 promotional offer is tempting but the force you into a renewing subscription to get it and then hold your product hostage indefinitely. Just go elsewhere and pay the extra $6 a pair.

I apparently didn't read the fine print somewhere that they automatically sign you up for a membership every month. I called to cancel and was given the run around and had to repeatedly ask for a refund on the membership fee. After 3-4 or more times asking was eventually told I would be refunded because they wanted me to use the fee as a credit. I did not want to use it as a credit because I was not happy with the clothes. Not a very good experience considering I work in customer service myself.

Comfy wear, quick delivery, easy returns. Edit: I just saw the bad reviews and wanna say, my experience has been lovely all around! My daughter (12 yo) ordered something and missed the $50 charge for a membership. I have tried and tried to contact the company to cancel her membership to no avail. I'm 5 8 180, a little on the thicc side and your larges don't fit. Who are you using to base your sizes? Kevin hart wearing and xl? Confusing membership deal made me uncomfortable signing up as I didn't know what charges to expect. Nice material but awful sizing. I wear medium undies and shorts in every brand. A little big is no issue so I went large to be safe and now I'm thinking XXL would have been appropriate

I have about 15 different pairs of leggings from Fabletics because I am such a big fan of them. They are very stretchy and soft and come in many different colors.
The one problem I am having is that they do offer different style of the pants, which is wonderful. Sometimes I am having trouble with how the Large fits me. I bounce between a Large and XL, depending on style. If I rush and put on a pair really quick it might be the wrong style and size and then they end up falling down. I really do love the pants.

I love this site! Since the beginning of my get healthy journey, I have been a member of fabletics and I must say that I absolutely love them. The clothing is unique, prices unmatched, and shipping and customer service is superb. My favorite thing about this site is the ability to "skip a month" if you don't plan on spending extra this month or you just don't have. Definitely a 5 star match.
Tip for consumers:
Never forget to skip a month if you don't want to buy anything because after the 5th of the month you can not cancel for the month and they will deduct the money from your account.

I love Fabletics! No offense, but all of you people complaining about the monthly fee-you need to read what you are getting yourself into. It is a GREAT deal. I like these pants more than Lulu and I like how you can choose inseams. These pants really hold and support and do an AMAZING job. I got a top with a built in bra and don't even think I will need a sports bra with it, which let me tell you, has NEVER happened! I definitely recommend this line and signing up as a VIP. It's fun! :)

As most of you know fabletics advertises big time on Facebook. I got suckered in by the cute styles and the price. The capris I ordered where so cute but after two hours wearing it the color turned the white parts to light blue in the crotch area. It stained permanently. This is Very cheap clothing if the colors will bleed just by wearing it a few hours. I called to cancel my VIP membership that I had no idea I signed up for. Customer services was more about keeping me VIP then making every effort to give me an option to replace the pants or give me my money back. I'm very disappointed that Kate Hudson has her name to this. I would think she would read these reviews and try to get out of whatever sad business deal this would be.

I ordered a size small bra, which I am usually, and it was WAY too big. I then ordered a size small in leggings which fit perfectly, and ordered a second size small pair which were much too small to get onto my legs while still being comfortable. I get that the company is trying to be affordable, but they need better materials. They feel cheap and I would much rather spend more to get a better quality legging.

Whenever I am thinking I should cancel this subscription service (because seriously how much workout attire can one person need?), I will login to my account to find a credit which I didn't want or need. I will then realize I somehow forgot to skip a month and now need to use up the credit before I cancel. Then I will order an outfit (best deal) and without question one of the pieces will need to be returned and by the time everything is settled I'll still have some form of credit on my account, an extra outfit I didn't need and still unable to cancel the service.
Their product is very good. I have a ton of it from the past 6 years or so.

I purchased a snow leopard workout set (sports bra and pocket leggings). Both are size medium, which is actually a size up from what I usually get but didn't want anything to be too tight. The bra fit okay but didn't have any padding, which wasn't in the description. The pattern will hide any bumps or anything, but I prefer removable padding, especially from such an expensive site. The pants fit and didn't feel tight, but the pattern was stretched out around my thighs where the material stretched but not the pockets, so they don't look right and make me feel negatively about myself as I am self conscious about my legs.

I'm giving a one instead of negative 1,000 because the clothing itself is pretty good, if you ever receive it... it took me six weeks to get my first shipment. They constantly lose your order, don't ship when they say they will, and they're always out of everything. The 2 for 24 special is good, (again, if you ever get them.) but other than that the prices aren't anything special. Customer service is absolutely, excruciatingly bad. I've spent more time on the phone or waiting than I have with anyone else. You'll get close and then it'll just hang up on you. And definitely don't trust their wait times, it's 5X whatever they initially quote. They make it EXTREMELY difficult in my experience to cancel or skip a month. Just save your money and get your leggings somewhere else. Also the website sucks in every way.

You're charged $49.99 a month for an account credit. The credits accumulate and you can buy multiple items or outfits. If I want to get panties (fairly inexpensive item ~$20) it is 1 account credit. Same for an outfit priced at $69.99 - 1 credit. This system limits the options for you to use the money you already spent on the membership in a way that is easy and relevant to your needs. Do people actually use their $49.99 "credits" for any items that cost less than that? This is a sneaky way to cheat customers out of their money and it is unacceptable. The only alternative is to buy the panties without using your membership credit (another way for them to get more money out of you) or buy your panties somewhere else. Not a hard decision for me. I will be canceling my membership ASAP.
