Everything I have ever ordered has been of the upmost highest quality and I have never had a complaint. I'm learning over time, what cuts and styles fit me the best. I was able to order my 3 daughter-in-laws a couple of outfits each, as part of their Christmas, and they were just as thrilled as I was! Thank you!

Sorry, not going to pay $50 per month for exercise clothes. BUT yes, I will take advantage of your 2 for $24 leggings deal. The pants are awesome. I absolutely love them.
Just do this: get the 2 for $24, and then do the following:
1. Wait until your order ships, and then chat with customer service and say you want to cancel your membership. They'll offer you bonus things that are pointless and you don't want anyway, but just keep saying you want to cancel. EASY! And you still get the cheap pants.
2. If you place your order at the end of the month, go online between the 1-5th of the month and skip your next shipment. Then as soon as your pants ship, follow step 1.
The pants are hella flattering and comfortable. I love them! And I'm not suckered into buying $600 worth of exercise clothes per year.

I have been a customer with Fabletics for probably five years or longer. Last year my account was hacked, and an order was placed and shipped back east somewhere. I live in Nevada and did not place this order. At the time, I had probably around a thousand points and four or five store credits. Every time I called to try to get it situated, I was given a different reply on what I needed to do and I could barely understand the people on the other end as their English was extremely limited. It took me three months and hours on the phone. I had to close my old account and open a new one, but I lost all my points. Eventually, I was refunded my credits, but still lost all my points I had gained over the years and they said there was nothing they could do. More recently I placed an order that was out of stock and it said it would be in stock soon and ship. I currently have three store credits, and instead of using my store credits for the order, they charged my card on file.

Fabletics has made buying athletic wear a breeze! The quality of the leggings, sweatpants, and sports bras that I have purchased have all be exceptional. I have had a few pairs for well over a year now, and they still hold their shape and looks great.
The return policy gives a break to the worry of 'what if it doesn't fit?' and luckily I haven't had to return anything.
The options in colours, prints, lengths, thickness, compression, waistbands, and more, makes shopping fun!

I enjoy my Fabletics leggings and I'd like to purchase more but my size and color are rarely in stock. For this reason I don't see a value in continuing my membership. If I cannot buy the products I want/need when I need them I am forced to shop elsewhere.

Somehow my daughter (who is a minor) got enrolled in their VIP plan with no idea she had done it and then I got enrolled just by Christmas shopping online and "taking advantage" of their offer which I thought was just a regular sale offer! This is crazy and not sure how they are still in business! I will never shop here again. Customer service refunded all my money but not until after several go arounds of how it's nonrefundable! We never "used" the VIP plan and still shocked that this deceptive practice is legal!

I have been a very satisfied and loyal customer since just about the beginning. As a VIP I welcomed the specials and the attention to my orders and my account. The ONLY reason I've closed my account is because I'm moving to Portugal. I did, however, stock up for the trip! Thank you SO much!

I have been skipping my monthly charge ever since I went into the actual store to get some shirts and saw there aren't any sales in store for members, only for NEW members. I don't see the benefit of a MEMBERSHIP if the only "perk" is getting an outfit for the monthly fee and it has to be something pre-selected for me. I do plan to cancel my membership, rather than just skip every month now, I need to figure out how to do that because that option isn't clear on the website. This is a 2/5 stars. I don't know why the survey changed it to 5 stars. Lol!

Liked your stuff. But not cheap unless I become a vip for a fee? I do not by that many clothes to justify that. Just need some underwear. While I really like them, I cannot recommend your site, due to the VIP status that gets deals after paying a fee. I've been a member of Fabletics for almost a year now and, while I love their products, I was dismayed to find out that I couldn't use my member credit while shopping the most current sale. This doesn't make sense to me. It's the same as paying--they've already taken my money--but they won't apply it to the current sale items. It was a huge dissatisfier and discourages me from storing up member credits in the future. From now on, I'll skip every month and just pay when I see something I like. Never again will I let them take my money if I can't use it on what I want.

Comfortable and fit very well. Shipping is the only problem. Sometimes I've received rather quickly, others, many weeks.
Also being VIP when I bank my $50 and don't want to use it this month, I go to use it the following and I can't use it on sale items. That's ridiculous since $50 is $50.

The quality of the materials used is shoddy and loses its elasticity with the first washing. They scam you into a membership and charge your credit card for a new outfit a month. Then they send you an email telling you your free outfit is waiting. I finally realized this when I saw over $400 of charges I did not authorize. I quit and they wouldnt return my money - I had no alternative but to use the credits I was owed. It was years ago when they first started up so I no longer have my order ID but I see the commercials on TV and they make me sick. Kate Hudson should be ashamed of herself. And seeing Demi Lovato pushing them on tv makes me think so much less of her. Maybe she has someone to hand wash her daily gym clothes but I expect most customers do not.

Fabletics site was compromised and my information was stolen. Several orders were made to my account. They did refund the items but I had to spend several hours trying to get these things cleaned off my account. Very unfortunate chain of events and in the end I was the one that had to spend my time to fix their problem.

The initial advertising to hook you is very misleading and they charge you a fortune once signed up. Two pairs of shorts for $20 is the hook, then when you send one back after it doesn't fit, and want to replace it with the same as the other pair, they give you your $10 credit and then they want to charge you $69 for the replacement pair. The clothes are nice, but the marketing is set up to bait you in and then gouge you. Not my style Fabletics!

I didnt' appreciate the weird process that led me to mistakenly sign up for a VIP program that then automatically bills me $50 each month. I expected more up front practices from a brand like fabletics. Auto charges seem like a MLM practice and not good customer service for a premium brand. I of course cancelled my"VIP" status and will probably not purchase again, for fear of more hidden fees.

STAY AWAY. Fabletics is 100% a scam, just as 'goop' and 'poosh' created by GREEDY and deceptive celebrities with a business model that relies on a hidden subscription where they can easily charge your card monthly and scam you out of your money. Its an easy way to scam impressionable people who wanna feel like lousy celebrities, or people who were simply desperate for new work out leggings and found themselves suddenly broke from monthly charges they never agreed to. The quality of customer service and integrity are trash that they sell as 'VIP', luxurious, free, and easy when its literally and figuratively a trash can. (Then again, even 'poosh' is less deceptive than fabletics because at least their $1,390 garbage can is clearly marked and if your stupid enough to buy a $1,390 garbage can, your only playing yourself anyway. Fabletics though, is playing everyone)

I went to the anniversary sale and was lucky to receive the free bag. The store was crowded but I still received great customer service while trying on items and needing a different size to buying my items that included ordering an item in a correct size. The ordered items was received in a timely manner.

I liked the glitzy ads, I clicked on what I deemed to be a great deal and a month later realized I was quietly pulled into an expensive subscription program that I would need to reject every month or just cancel. If I could just purchase the same kinds of clothes in an honest, more approachable way there is NO DOUBT I'm a repeat customer. I have been trying to get out of my membership for a year. I can't cancel it, or else I loose my credits. I can't use all my credits at once, cause the clothes look the same all the time. Please check out Carbon38 or revolve to get some ideas…your stuff is plain, and always the same, and if you ever do have something nice, you don't have sizes…customer service is not great, delivery on the slow side…. I honestly just want to cancel my subscription and be done w your company.

FRAUD! This was very sneaky and wasn't clear when you signed up. They took over £130 of my money. Please do not sign up for Fabletics VIP. I have been fighting to get my money back for 4 days. Even had to call an American number from the UK which cost me a bomb. I will be writing a letter to get the whole of my money back. How dare they take money when I haven't aurthoised it or received any emails or letters to say they so. Disgusting company!

Needed to exchange two pairs and shipped the smaller pairs before Friday. They said if I shipped it before Friday I would receive the new leggings in my size that were on hold for me. Just got an email saying they can only send me one of the pairs and not two. So not on hold for me? I would just choose a different pattern if I could.

I ordered my products over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. I order gymshark a week ago and no joke it arrived 3 days later. I'm very disappointed with this company. I ship products to costumers across the US weekly and they arrive in 2 days. Come to find out they use the cheapest shipping possible which means I might never see my products. So many reviews about crappy material, I just hope that's false. Otherwise I'll have to deal with customer service and that'll be a nightmare.

Fabletics is great! I enjoy shopping online with them. I like that there ate pictures of REAL WOMEN! Me being 6ft tall and over 200 lbs…. I like to know whats going to fit and look great on my body type and not just a size 2!
Im a very active person. I do a lot of gardening, dog walking, and woodwork/building. Having comfortable clothing is a must for me! So far everything has fit to my size and the different colors available are nice to have.
Keep up the great work! Especially working with Lizzo! What a great way to express body positivity.

By the time my credit processes there is never anything decent in my size (xxl/1x bottoms & xxl tops). It's rather disappointing and is most likely the reason I will cancel my vip membership. I find more stock in the sales for non-members and better pricing too.
