I would also give zero stars if I could, I too was signed up for VIP membership without knowing and when I called them I was simply told I should 'read the terms & conditions, there are no refunds, you should have cancelled before 5th of the month'. WELL I WOULD HAVE HAD I EVEN REALISED I HAD AN ACCOUNT.
Absolutely outrageous, I have had no emails to inform me of my account or the cost. Will NEVER use this site again and will warn everybody to stay away.

Ordered items and they were delivered to the wrong house in my subdivision. It took ME almost TWO months to get this all straightened out. I DID ALL THE LEG WORK. Have you know they had already charged my charge card. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM, "FABLETICS". Also. I Will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. BEWARE; IT'S NOT A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

It's not that we don't understand that it is a monthly membership fee. It's that when you try to skip or cancel they make it impossible, and that they keep your card info!
I liked the pants I got. I decided it wasn't for me when for THREE MONTHS in a row I couldn't get my sizes or the sizes I could get were preposterously off.
Decided to cancel and had to fight with the customer service agent who told me repeatedly, "I'm not going to cancel you, I'm going to give you x amounts of credit." Finally got her to cancel my VIP membership after a fifteen minute argument, only to discover they had kept my credit card info and charged me again the next month! Called to cancel again today and had to endure another upsell conversation where they didn't want to reimburse me.
Not worth the stress.

Don't ever sign up for the VIP account it is a BIG SCAM! They advertise a "promo" of 2 leggings x£24, once you signed up as a VIP member they charge you £49 per month if you don't buy something. Fabletics clearly has no respect for their customers.

I have been charged twice for a vip premium that if you don't read between the lines will charge you a month after you receive your purchase. Did the courtesy of refunding it then BAM! Hit again.

I've been trying to cancel this "VIP" subscription all morning. I ordered the 2 for $24 leggings, but do not want to commit to a subscription until I receive them and actually decide whether or not it is worth it. They will charge you for the VIP subscription before you receive your first order.
You cannot cancel the subscription online, no one answers phone calls, and I've been looking at this blank "Live Chat" screen since 9am this morning telling me that I am "Connected. Wait to be attended". I posted a response to a post on their facebook page of a similar complaint, and heard back from Fabletics on the post immediately asking me to private message them to resolve the problem. I messaged them a few hours ago and still no response.
If only they were as attentive to their customers as they are about hiding/covering up negative feedback or complaints...
Seems like complaints about their business practice and customer service go back years, as well as replies from a representative promising to improve, which clearly has not been the case.

Leggings are amazing. They are super flattering. There is always a new selection of styles and fun colors and prints to choose from. Bras are pretty but difficult find my perfect size.

It's hard to navigate back and forth in your website.
Your delivery is poor. Takes 10 days, sometimes more than that and you don't keep the tracking updated… just stays in limbo

After raving about a pair of leggings and a sports bra which I had purchased, my friend made me aware of the VIP SCAM! No where during the purchasing of the clothes was there any notice of a monthly payment. WATCH OUT FOR THIS!
However, I did have no problems with the online chat and my membership was cancelled within 7 minutes so i suppose it could've been worse!

I have gone in multiple times (from out of town) and every time I go the bras I want to purchase are not available in my size. Last time I bought a size smaller because I was desperate and I the employee said it would work because I can extend straps however it's so tight I am uncomfortable and now it's a waste because tags are off and I can't exchange it.
