I thought a was getting a GREAT deal for their 2 for $24 promotion, but was completely unaware that autmatically signed me up for a VIP membership, which takes $49 out of your card every month if you don't make another purchase. This information should be clearly stated and wasn't anywhere to be found during my first purchase. Called customer service and they FINALLY gave me a refund of $99 for the two months I was a "member." I had to call three times before this happened. Leggings were good quality, but membership sign up was a total scam and I won't be purchasing from them again. If the information had been presented clearly I would have never signed up for the promotion.

January 21st 2021 I attempted to make an order which the charge was $26.04 the order did not complete did not go through for whatever reason so I called the company and they said the order didn't go through so I told them to cancel whatever account or membership and to refund the money that was showing pending for $26.04 they said that they could not refund until the charge went thru the charge is still showing pending 5 days later they said to contact my Bank I contacted the bank they said there's nothing they can do and I had to wait 10 days so I have a hold on my money for 10 days and neither company can do anything the representative i had I could not understand, my call was dropped twice and I called back I was on the phone with them for over an hour holding I just want my money back I feel like this company just took my money and left me with nothing

I am happy with the products I ordered but I canceled my subscription. The commercials I saw said try Fabletics, don't pay high prices for workout clothes anymore. Fabletic prices are just as high as everyone else if not more.

They said they would stop my membership it is still charging me after they said they canceled it and after making multiple calls they are still charging me!

I signed up for fabeltics. As it states on the website you can cancel at anytime but when I went to cancel (due to the economical issues going on I couldn't commit to future purchases) they told me my previous order would be cancelled as well. I was very confused as I had placed the order and wanted to cancel my next one so wasn't sure why they would cancel my previous one. When I asked the guy on the phone to point me on the website where it stated this he couldn't do so. Therefore in order to cancel my membership I had to cancel my previous order. Honestly it's the worst experience, especially given what''s going on in the world right now. When companies are doing their best to help people out they're being ridiculous. Avoid them at all costs and support other companies.

I got scammed too. I bought 2 pairs of leggings and then I got charged 50USD a month after that. Luckily I realized after 2 payments. I called them today and they said they will refund my last payment, but that I have to spend the first one on their website.
I'll have to keep an eye on my account and see if they actually refund me.
What a scam! It is not clear on the site that if you sign up as a VIP you will automatically be charged a monthly membership.
What a horrible company. Shame on you, Kate Hudson.

They subscribe you for a monthly service by just making a purchase that you then have to call and cancel and they push on the phone to not cancel with incentives, if I wanted a monthly service charge I would sign up on my own all I wanted was to make a purchase and they ruined it

I was with Fabletics for about 10 months. In that time I purchased quite a few outfits. All of the tights and capris are great and holding up well through washings. Nearly every top has stretched, fallen apart, faded (even with line drying), and become unwearable. I called and cancelled, and yes, the rep tried to keep me as a customer, but I was patient and got beyond that. What totally annoyed me was 1) I got 2 friends to sign up using my personal code and was NEVER provided the promised credit. 2) Customer service remained unresponsive to my complaint, and 3) Prior to cancelling I used my accrued points to order a tank top and a wrist pouch for running. I never received the pouch. I contacted the service reps via email 3x's and have never received a response. So to heck with this company.

So I had went to a Flabletics store once while on vacation. I bought a pair of shorts and a tank top. I loved them so much that I joined the VIP program. I placed an order as soon as I got back from vacation. I ordered two sets of pants and a bra. They arrived yesterday and I LOVE THEM! They fit true to size and I love the feel of the fabric. Tonight I will wear a pair of the workout pants to my kickboxing class.

Fabletics charges you $50-$60 a month or whatever it is, and then they discount EVERYTHING so that the "credit" you paid $55 for can redeem you 1 item. Not $55 WORTH of items, no. An entire outfit is $25? Guess what, your whole $55 credit gone for the $25 outfit. It truly is quite the scam being a "VIP".

I will NEVER order from this place again. I ordered one damn thing and then they charged me $49.95 every single month. At first I had no idea it was happening. So they had $150 of mine before I noticed... I called to cancel the pendin money and they were very kinda about it and refunded me and "claimed" they canceled my account. For 2 months I had no charges from them and now, all of a sudden they took out another $50... I called them and said I wanted my money back and I want to be taken out of there membership IMMEDIATELY! SO FRUSTRATING! I'm warning everyone not to order from them. They're awful!

I took them up on the first offer in order to try out the workout wear. I actually liked it and thought I might order another. Problem is I didn't realize I signed up for a VIP membership for $49.95 a month! The operation is deceptive and perpetrating a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

I am very disappointed by Fabletics customer service. I bought a pair of sweatpants that started to unravel at the hem almost immediately. I contacted customer support and their solution was for me to send in my pants and then wait for a store credit. I don't want a store credit. I want my pants, which would likely have sold out while I waited. Then, on top of that, the fabletics AI skipped my month. I said, "my pants are unraveling" and it said, "great! I'll skip your month." It didn't confirm. It just skipped. Which I did not want. When I called customer service about that, they said "sorry. Nothing we can do. See you next month."
I canceled my membership after that. Fabletics should really reconsider their customer support.

I purchased a pair of Salar Capris last year, and they ended up with a hole in them. I thought I'd give them another try, so I purchased a second pair last month. I've worn them three times and have laundered them as directed. They now have a hole in the crotch that makes them unwearable. This is unacceptable for an item at this price point. I tried the "Live Chat" feature to have my complaint resolved. The window indicated that I had been connected and that I should wait for a response. After more than an hour, I ended the chat.

So my order started off well, I was raving to friends about how my first outfit was half price and the order came in no time, the clothes being in great condition. I made the first order in April which was £35.50 when looking at my bank statement this month (MAY) I found that Fabletics had decided to take another £44.00 out of my account (without my consent) I called the company to get through to someone who kept repeating the same thing over and over again - when asking to speak to a manager he again said the same thing that because I had signed up to be a VIP member £44 would be taken from my account to use as voucher for more clothes. (I don't want more clothes) I am furious with this company as I didn't give any consent for this money to be taken from my account and I am taking this further with the bank as the company did not help at all. DO NOT USE.

So far everything has been great however I find each month or every other month one pattern gets launched or one feature peice and it's sold out or was only available in the US. There needs to be more stock offered in the patterns the leggings last month in the feature pattern sold out like as soon as I got my new month email and it was disappointing. There was a sweater Kate Hudson was featured in and I don't think it was even posted on the Canadian sites.

Absolutey horrible. I ordered a pair of leggings for 50 dollars and they came completly damaged and I called to get a refund but they only allow exchanges. They wont even give you a refund for sending you completly ruined leggings. There whole VIP thing is a scam and you end up so much of losing your money.

I first signed up 7 weeks ago when I ordered a few items. At 4 weeks I emailed saying I haven't received said items. I was told they were in Sydney. Today ( 3 weeks after I sent the email), my clothing still hadn't arrived so I called. I was told the items that I ordered where out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving them. Understandably I was pissed but we decided I would get store credit and 50% off my first outfit purchase, with the credit in my store 30 minutes later. An hour later I receive an email that I would be receiving a refund and not store credit.
I'm glad because I will be calling up tomorrow to close my account.
