I love everything I've purchased! Great value and quality products! I appreciate the convenience of the app as well!

I found the customer service representative to be pushy when I was trying to cancel. If someone wants to cancel, let them cancel. I lose a little respect for companies that make it so hard to do so.

I love all my fabletics looks. I did recently return shorts that were far too short and the return was simple and easy.

Love that I can redeem my credits when wanted and I can save money while being a member. Awesome clothing and great price!

The clothes are made well and fit well. The only problem I have find is they sell out of items and sizes fast.

I really like the two pairs of pants I ordered from Fabletics. They are SO comfortable! I will be ordering from them again.

I bought several items while I was a VIP with this Fabletics company and I can say for the most part when I did order I got my tops and bottoms when I ordered and I still have some of the items others I have given away but its just because of the pandemic and a move we made recently. The company is a good company especially for active wear.

Please beware when making a purchase and being told to purchase your product you need to sign up for a "free" VIP membership, and that they must apply for to get a discounted price. This is NOT a free membership.

We had a daughter who just moved into college and ordered a pair of leggings, and at checkout she had to sign up for the VIP Membership to get the discounted price listed on the leggings. She was NEVER told this would turn into a $49.95 a month charge on her account if she didn't order every month or she would get charged this amount monthly. She has never ordered any additional products, and now has hundreds of $'s of charges that have been taken out of her bank account.

She is a poor college kid and has now learned the hard way when businesses use sneaky "group VIP, or Membership" processes to get charges out of their customers.

She is now dealing with getting the charges removed from her account, she was told by customer service that they cannot refund any of her money, but was told she could sure order more products to apply towards the money. Please know we will never order again from Fablectics.

If the product was any good they wouldn't need to scam you into a reoccurring subscription. Do not purchase unless you want to pay $50 per month for leggings for life.

Nothing is sized correctly from socks and shoes to athletic wear and difficult to return so just keeping and will resale or gift

I love my light weight jacket I wear it all the time. It's a little big but I feel it's true to size.

Great clothes and customer service. I have been a member for a while and am impressed by the brand and now mall locations.

I enjoy shopping at Fabletics online. The quality of the clothing is very durable, they always have what I want and their customer service is the best. Delivery and exchange are very fast and easy.

Never received my purchased items. Contacted the office. They tried to track the package and it was in its way. The items never showed up. And I never got a refund on my purchase either.

She was very helpful in finding the last pair of leggings in
My size. It was misplaced and she looked everywhere for it. Found my bra size too. She checked me out. Super sweet gal.

We are very pleased with the selection and value of the clothes we bought. The member credit program has worked out very well for us!

They have the most sneaky marketing strategy, they lie, and they have the worst experience with a retailers,

I love that they have expanded sizing I can fit in. I love the quality and the feel. I think the shipping could be improved. It takes a while longer than other places I've purchased from.

I had to come back and drop my 5 star review down to a 1 star review. This site is such a pain in the $#*!. The clothing I got all fit right, and are comfortable. I do wear them a lot. However, trying to cancel your subscription is almost impossible! Luckily my card attached to the account expired and I didn't update it. It's such a pain in the $#*! trying to stay on top of skipping months you don't want to pay.

JUST STAY AWAY. You can find much better deals on Amazon.

I just got my first outfit in the mail and put it on right away. It fits PERFECT and is actually quite slimming. I absolutely love it.

I will admit, like others, I did NOT see that I was signing up to be a member in order to get the discount. However, that is because I DID NOT READ the fine print. If you take the time to pay attention and read what you are buying, you would probably really enjoy being a member.

I haven't had to deal with Customer Service yet, so I won't say anything about that. But with a VIP membership, standard shipping is free and my outfit showed up in only a week.

As for the "$49.95 a month", I've set an alert on my phone for the first of every month so I remember to go and either skip that month or pick out my outfit. As long as you remember to do that, you WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

I'm definitely going to keep my membership!

Website is intuitive and design is simple. The product offering is always being updated and on trend. Cloths are high quality and fit perfect. I purchase the leisure and business casual clothes.

Great, nothing less than awesome. The first order was too small so I called, they placed a new order for a bigger size and I sent the smaller size back with the return label the sent me

District manager called me a fag & I was physically assaulted by a Assistant Manager she was promoted days after I was assaulted & HR did absolutely nothing about it & yelled at me over the phone with regional manager saying they do not care that the district manager called me a fag & terminated me right that second

Been trying to use my vip credits. And when I check out the site always says technical difficulties! Also want to cancel my vip membership and haven't been able to do so!
