The shorts I bought are great. The One pants no. It'd too much money to be a VIP based on the offerings.

Poor fabric quality,the size is very confusing, I purchased 2 leggings one came so tight and the other one Is so lose, very uncomfortable.

I am going to preface this by saying that i understand how the VIP program works. As a new customer i was going to take advantage of getting two pants for $24. I picked two pants and then started to look at tank tops. All of the tank tops had a price that was scratched out and replaced by a VIP price. Then under the VIP price, in RED there was an "introductory price".

There was no information anywhere about the introductory price. Since it was in bright red, i assumed that it was a special price for a first time purchase. Then when i put the items in my cart, it went to the VIP price ( which was higher)

Here is the real issue now. I contacted customer service on Chat. They were busy so i waited and eventually got kicked off. Then i tried again and waited. Eventually someone addressed me. When i asked my question, nothing happened. Then i was kicked off again. This time i called into customer service. I explained the situation to the rep and he started to explain the how i can only get two pants for $24 or one outfit for 70% off. He was not able to tell me why the introductory price was not showing up. Then i got his manger on the phone to eventually explained that i can only have one promotion at a time ( which makes sense) but then he told me that if i was getting 2 pants for $24 then the intro pricing would not apply, Infact the introductory prices does not really exist. What they really mean is that if you don't get one of the two promotions then you get two items for 50% off ( which is the introductory price)

All of this would be fine if it was explained on the website. They should not put an introductory price on all of their stuff it that price does not apply to you. They could at least put and asterisk that says the intro price is only valid for two items and cannot be combined with other promotions on a first time purchase.

Been a customer for a couple years now. Love all the clothes, my only complaint is when my favs sell out before I can get my hands on them lol.

They sent me the wrong size twice. I mailed their stuff back to them. They refused to refund me saying they fulfilled the order.

I hardly write a review or even have a customer service issue, but Fabletics was amazingly unhelpful. I placed an online order (*******) on 2/26 for gym shorts. I called that it said delivered on 3/5 but was NOT delivered or received by me. They advised me to wait and see if it showed up, it did not. I contacted again on 3/10 and was told a replacement shipment was going out and I would be getting a tracking number. I waited, and heard nothing. I contacted again on Thursday 3/18 and was told to wait another 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and contacted again on 3/22 and was told the systems were down and could not be helped. At one point, in the middle of this dispute a rep tried to push me to sign up for the monthly subscription deals - which I thought was completely laughable and tone deaf seeing as how I couldn't get my package or help from any employees! I contacted seller again on 3/22 and was again told by a representative that a shipment would be coming to me and a tracking number would be sent to me. By 3/24 and I had not received shipment confirmation so I contacted seller again and the rep Rhona doesn't have information on this order and I have to start all over. This has been almost a month now with a dozen attempts to get my order. I told the rep that morning that if a shipment has not been sent after this long and multiple reassurances from the company that I just need a refund. I have not heard back from Fabletics since, never received my order, and have not gotten a refund. I wish I had done some research on this company and seen all of the other negative interactions others have experienced as well.

Anytime I place an order I'm never disappointed, I love the high waist tights and medium hold sports bras

Whenever I get a notice of a sale, they never have my size in stock.

Great room for my girls! Better design then my last jumper purchase.

Annoyingly impossible to cancel. They only allow cancelation through a phone line that they don't answer timely.

I got a great deal with my first purchase, and I love the clothes! They're suuuuper cute and very comfortable, too. Definitely worth it.

Canceled my membership in June and then got charged again in July. Awful service. Had to fight the charge with my credit card company.

On June 13 it looks like my credit card was charged a second time. I tried to stop/cancel but it wouldn't allow me to.

I would like it if there were links to other pieces that match. Such as tops and bras that aren't sold just as outfits.

I bought this item as a wishlist purchase and my girlfriend was more than satisfied with the quality and color scheme the company provided.

They will take money when you join their VIP membership and you wont get it back you have to buy their shoddy workwear - rip off - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Not a great experience. The website crashed. I was unable to login to my account.

I love the products I have ordered, they're super cute styles for a great price. Nice quality. Also, the ViP membership is super easy to use.

I returned two pairs of shorts for exchange for s different size. But I've only received one back. I'm still missing the other pair of shorts

Love the brand, I'm a vip and get a lot of stuff. But not only their shipping, but also processing times, are very long and slow.

I always have good experiences with Fabletics. The outfits I've gotten are always very comfortable
