Fabletics

For the products I have purchased I really enjoy! They are great quality, durable and reasonably priced.
I don't love the VIP membership. You are required to make a monthly purchase (obviously unless you skip), but 9/10 times the products I want to purchase are unavailable in the size, color, or type that I want. Very consistently. I would have likely purchased more if things were available but they hardly ever are and that's very frustrating. Or I want to buy a set of scrubs and the top is out of the color I need but the bottom isn't. Or the size. Etc.

I like the bundles. I look each month to see if there is anything I like because there are some really good deals. However, there are some months that either don't have anything appealing or I waited too long and there isn't any available in my size or color. I wish credits didn't expire because sometimes nothing is appealing or I didn't have time to look.

After receiving my first shipment Fabletics, I was not satisfied with the fit of the leggings on my waist and even the short length was too long in the inseam. When contacting customer service on my return and cancelation of membership, the person continued to postpone the cancelation for several minutes before accepting my request as a final answer. Once I returned the product with tags, I only received half of the credit I originally purchased the products for. They still had tags and were never worn. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the loss of time and money I spent trying Fabletics.

Why on earth would you choose to show every color as its own product item? Its not sorted, its confusing and really hard to filter and sort by size and if its in stock or not! Take a clue from every other retailer. Sort by the product cut and then show all in stock colors.

Don't like that the sizes are off. I'm use to ordering large had to return and get XL

They do not give you what you purchase.
They set you up as a vip customer and charge you $59,95 a month and give you a hone number to cancel but it does not cancel you.
Tell me how do you cancel. I tried to email but no response. I want my money you back for the vip charges

When I order 2 items of the same color, when I receive these items in the same order, they don't always match. Of course there will be a slight difference in the colors but if the person putting the order together could pay attention and match as close as possible this would enhance my satisfaction.

I love the quality of the fabletics products and the fit is always true to size. The website is also very easy to navigate on and check out is always easy as well! Plus if you have any questions or problems their customer service is great!

The clothes I've ordered and received are good quality and nice. However, I have a VIP membership and I used to get a warning email that it was the first of the month and I needed to pick my outfit or skip. That email no longer comes and there have been several times I had to pay for a credit because I forgot to skip. This is incredibly frustrating.

The clothing is really great but the membership thing is misleading. I get charged each month and with that money I get 1 VIP credit and it does not get used for items that are worth the same amount or I am not credited with the qual amount of money paid. I would prefer to just pay for the items at their true price.

When I joined Fabletics 9 years ago it was because of your great colors and patterns. I find the outfits for my preference dull and not exciting. I wish you would bring back the patterns and design. I wish also you would offer petite sizes

I have been a member for so many years! From the classic black leggings I love, to going out of my comfort zone to order those cute rompers for summer, fabletics has been a part of my wardrobe.

The site has been reorganized and I do like the layout. I found it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I have always been pleased with Fabletics customer service and the products are fabulous!

Product is fine customer service not so much. Had to make numerous calls to get anything done

The clothes are great but prices are misleading. I ordered $10 shorts and only one pair was.

I contacted customer service because I was charged the monthly fee even though I had skipped the month. I have been a customer for several years and never had any problems.
Customer service told me that since I could not "prove" I skipped the month they could not help me. Felt like I was being called a liar. Not a good experience.
Overall they have high quality products thus the 4 stars.

Somehow I got signed up for some program and was charged $60 for no items - some type of membership that I did not sign up for. Watch out! I did get my money back, but I had to contact customer service and it was a hassle. My son likes the merchadise, but I won't be using the website again.

I am highly dissatisfied, my order was not delivered by whatever carrier you all used. I provided proof the order was never delivered, yet I was never compensated or provided any other alternatives! Please advise. Thanks!

I made a purchase online but it did not fit. I took it back to the store in Southlake and they were very kind to return it and order me the correct size. There was no hassle and it was delivered to my house.

Fabletics not only looks great but their quality is top notch too! I love how affordable their clothing is, how easy it is to order from them, and also super easy to return items, if needed. I LOVE Fabletics!

Waist band constantly roll down on both styles I ordered.

I called in throughout this exchange order and the previous original order as I had decided to give Fabletics another try from a couple years prior. Surprisingly it was the Men's sizing and quick wearing out o the shirts in particular a couple years ago, yet my order arrived quickly. In this order, however the product seems of a higher quality and I decided to restart my VIP membership to give another try to Fabletics I noticed that it is a "Bit much" given the constant flooding of emails (which i have unsubscribed from) and constant plugging the unbelievable discounts which in turn flooded you guys with orders and that causing so much not available inventory and significant delays with orders awaiting to be shipped.

It does not make business sense to wildly promote your product and consistency running the "Best sale" every week if you do not have inventory to fulfill what is an estimate uptick in orders. It's not customer savy at all. Not to mention when you do settle for items that are only in stock instead of shipping within 1-2 days or whatever your website states it is taking a full calendar week before anything is moving from the warehouse. For this I will be discontinuing at best and consistently skipping months until this improves. This is really a shame.
