I first purchased from Fabletics in the fall of 2021. They offer great deals, discounts and a points system, which has brought me from new time buyer to VIP Elite. Their products feel great, look great and their array of colour, pattern, fit and fabric choices are a WIN for me compared to anywhere else.

I previously purchased from Old Navy, Garage and Walmart for any leggings, or activewear. The other companies emails that I receive for Bogo deals and discounts do catch my eye, but I have yet to follow through with purchasing from another company since beginning with Fabletics.

Their products really are great. I have collected more than 20 pieces in one year and I wear all of them! They offer a monthly members credit, which you can choose to skip at the beginning of each month if you don't have the funds. If you do have the funds, it is worth it! I have saved so much money for great quality products. I am the happiest customer.

I felt like the membership was a waste. I mostly got it to bundle on my outfits but I felt like my credits were going to waste because outfits were limited or out of stock all the time. And I was better off just buying per item.

Couldn't even make a return. Couldn't get the QR code. Called customer service and he's trying to give me a computer class for me to retrieve the code. I canceled my subscription right on the spot and kept the items which will go in the trash. I took the loss but it's ok. They lost a customer. I gave them a star because that's the lowest I can go.

Tip for consumers:
If you don't have the patience to deal with customer service then don't sign for this membership.

I forgot to skip my order last month, so I made sure to skip this month. Contacted Fabletics via chat and got this guy named Donnelle. First, he didn't understand that I "skipped" my order. After some back and forth, he stated, "I will send this in for a credit, but I can't guarantee a refund". "Be sure to skip your account at the appropriate time". Okay, for one Donnelle, I know when to skip my account. Number two, if I don't get a refund I "guarantee" I'm cancelling my account. I just closed the chat. Now that I think about it, I'm about to go back and cancel the account period. I'm glad I took a picture of the "You have skipped payment for this month". I love the quality of the clothing, but I get the same value with Victoria Secret's without the monthly membership hassle.

I purchased a sweatsuit I was in love with for Christmas 2021, it was lost in transit and the sizes were running out, I called customer care desperately trying to get them to replace the items before they were out of stock and they just wouldn't help me. They said I had to wait several weeks to file a claim. I was obviously upset about this. I thought it was over and gave up on ever getting my items.
Nope.
I saw on my bank statement that they were taking a monthly fee out. Looked back into the website and discovered that I was locked into some scheme.
I used my "credits" to purchase several items.
They were the cheapest, most ill-fitting garments I've ever seen. One swim suit was ok, but the other 6 items I threw out, I didn't even feel right giving polyester pj pants to goodwill.
I've never had any luck with their customer care to get any items exchanged or refunded.

Fabletics is the worst company i have ever tried to deal with in my life. It took them a month, a MONTH to come back and tell me i could "never" order from there website again due to "over ordering" in there words i was "abusing my account" unless i changed my card number and address. Excuse me? So a company i have spent a lot of money in store with is telling me i can't use my $650 online credit worth unless i change where i live and i call the bank and get all new account numbers. There F***king crazy, and they don't even have a corporate number. There customer service agents are dumber then dirt and they have one supervisor. What kinda company are you running Kate Hudson? A $#*! one and its not worth the freaking headache. Cute $#*! but id rather save the headache and go to alo. Good luck.

Not at all the quality I would expect. They do however make the price seem really high so you think you're getting a really good deal because you never pay the listing price so therefore you always think you are getting such a good deal. In reality you are still buying overpriced junk.

My daughter made the HUGE mistake of ordering some activewear from fabletics. She was confused about why she kept running out of money in the joint account we use for us to help with college expenses. We discovered that they were charging her $49.95 a month for clothes she never ordered, didn't want, and couldn't afford. She got the company to agree to give her clothes for half the amount and refund the rest. Obviously, we were done with the company. Yesterday, we discovered 2 more charges! Apparently, they have started charging her again when we have NOT been back to their website or done any business with them. You apparently are not given a choice about doing business with this company.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER, EVER, EVER, under any circumstances do business with this company. They are like gum on your shoe. You will never be able to get rid of them. Purchasing something from them is like entering into indentured servitude.

I bought a sports bra from Fabletics and it arrived really fast. It fits me perfectly and is SUPER comfortable and cute! Personally I wouldn't buy anything else on the site, the clothes are kinda weird looking and the bathing suits are really not my style, but the sports bras are cute! Will probably be ordering more!

I purchased leggings, sweatpants, bra and underwear. I was not pleased with the quality of any product. Leggings were too thin and not breathable. Sweatpants were great the first time I wore them but shrink a couple of inches each wash (followed washing instructions). Would not recommend or buy again.

I have been a member for over a year and I love the site. Yes you do have to become a member to get the first outfit for 25 dollars but it is very easy to skip each month so you wont be charged. I have had a few months in which I forgot to skip it so I was charged the monthly fee but I was able to apply that to future purchases. I have bought about 5 outfits for myself and 2 for my sister and we both love the quality. I'm a very happy customer and recommend the site to everyone

I am inclined to cancel because I am tall and prefer my yoga and joggers to come down to my ankles. Plus I have ordered and cancelled in the past, back then the sizing was good. Some newer styles run smaller and the things I ordered I took tags off because of my confidence in the fit, I now can not wear

I recently bought my first fabletics leggings. I bought for 8.95 cents the rush shipping. Don't get me wrong they shipped out the next day I was so excited. Then I seen the tracking and noticed it was being sent to New Jersey. I'm not sure if anyone has had those problems. So I called fabletics double checking it was the right address and they said it was. So I went along with with then I looked again and it was still going to New Jersey mind you I'm in Georgia so that's the opposite direction. I also seen the package weighed 12 pounds. I called fabletics again and they said it was being shipped some where and they also repeated the tracking number to me. I wish fabletics will go deeper into this. Cause this isn't my tracking nunbwr. It's not like they are sending me the wrong stuff they just sent me the wrong tracking number

I went in to exchange some leggings I'd gotten via credit in store because I was trying to match a pair from 4-5yrs ago that was before the style name was printed on the back. (I mean that's impressive itself that I have 5yo yoga pants that are just as good as they day I got them)
The store sales staff was amazing. They helped me figure out which style they were and helped me build an outfit with them to get more bang for my member credit. I got two sports bras with the two pairs of pants.
