I was lullered into fabletics by seeing the 2 for $24 leggings at the mall. I thought this was such a good deal and there was no way this was true, and I was right. The person that helped me which was in Irvine Spectrum told me there was no other charge. I was not aware that there was a $59.95 charge every month to my credit card. I also wasn't aware that they save your card to your account when I bought it online. This was charged for 6 months until I recent went to browse the website and saw that I had member credits. I do not care about the member credits because I wasn't on planning on buying more stuff in the first place. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM! Do not get the membership unless you know all the guidelines and fees that are charged to your card.

Tip for consumers:
Do not get the VIP membership unless you remember to cancel it the 1st to the 5th of every month. They charge you $59.95 every month.

I've really enjoyed the clothing I've purchased from Fabletics. I find the sizes to be reasonable and the clothes of good quality.
I dislike the "Skip the Month" model as I've been away a few times and been charged upfront. I don't want to prepay. I want to buy when I'm ready to buy.
I plan to discontinue my "membership" and its kind of left a bad taste in my mouth even though I like the product.
There are other brands out there that don't charge me if I don't log in during the first 5 days of the month. If it weren't for the model I would likely purchase more.

Read the fine print - they charge you $50 a month after you sign up. It's a trap. I bought something on social media to find out 6 months later they pulled $300 from my bank account.

I cancelled my membership and they continued to take my money each month. Decided to just buy the active wear as couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle and hours of trying to get a refund AGAIN. I cannot get onto a single human as the order HAS NOT ARRIVED. The stupid automative chat system just looks up my email and says order shipped. There is now no record of my order, no credits and they have once again stolen my money. This company is despicable and people should be warned to stay away.

I red the fine print, I knew about the monthly charge if you don't skip. What I didn't know about was the pretentious lady who tried to convince me to keep my account for 20 minutes when I called to cancel. She offered me 20% off and said the same things over and over and when I told her to cancel my account 3 times she would say the same thing again. She annoyed me to the point where I hung up. DO NOT SIGN UP.

I placed an order for a top and pants then they continued to charge me for 4 months! When challenged you get a scripted response and a very unprofessional pressured response. The manager agreed a 3 payment refund (but the amount did not add up to 3!) I am contacting trading standards and my credit card fraud team. They agreed to cancel the VIP scam however I rang back and guess what they hadn't! I cannot explain just how ignorant to this the call centre staff are, they must get this almost every call. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

First of all, for the amount of items to chose from I am sadly disappointed with the number of items that I actually like. I have returned several items - I do have 2 or 3 pieces that have actually worked for me but have found other brands that I like much better. Also, last time I placed an order - only to use to up the credits I had accumulated - I was charged the credit fee the day after. WTF, Fabletics?

Fabletics is the only online store I will buy my yoga/workout gear! Quality is great, delivery is fast, returns are easy, and the colours are great. DOWNSIDE for me: items in "regular " sizes (S, M, L) are very often sold out in some of the more fun colours.

For some unknown reason, Fabletics started charging me a monthly fee that I am completely unaware of, for $49.95 a month, months after my first purchase. I tried to contact the company and have not heard back yet. Charging customers MONTHS LATER WITH NO NEW PURCHASES WITHOUT MAKING THIS ABUNDANTLY CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE, is hugely unethical. I had no idea V. I. P meant I am charged a monthly fee for my discount purchases. Didn't even see a NON-VIP option. I don't care what "Hollywood Star" supports this type of company. This is everything wrong with people and todays online shopping world. I will never purchase from this company again.

Tip for consumers:
I had NO clue that this company starts randomly charging you a monthly fee. Why? I did one purchase one time. I was NOT INFORMED that they charge $49.95 to your bank account every month (with NO NEW PURCHASES) for just being able to order one time (many months ago) from them.

This company is everything wrong with the world and ordering online. I had to change all my cards with my bank. What a pain!! DONT DO BUSINESS WIT FABLETICS OR GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!

I became a VIP member over 3 months ago for their prices and thinkimg it was a good quality. The styles are cute eventhough not all of them are flattering. The HUGE problem is that every single legging I've bought so far rolls down from the waist and I have to keep pulling it up with every movememt. This is annyoing. So thinking. About dropping the membership.

Seriously people, do you read the terms before buying things? Fabletics CLEARLY states that with the VIP subscription you can pick a new outfit each month, and your credit card will automatically be charged if you don't pick one by the 6th of the month. However, if you don't feel like buying an outfit for the month, they will allow you to "skip" for the month, and you won't be charged.

I'm sorry if this ends up being way TMI, but I find that all the pants I got from them retain crotch smells. MONTHS ago I had an infection, and no matter what I try, I can't get the smell out of the leggings! I have never had this issue with any other pants before! They clearly don't breath properly, otherwise this wouldn't be an issue. I've caramelized onions in my lululemons, and the smell always fades within a day or two. But with these, as soon as i've had them on for a couple hours and they get warm, the smells come out, and its terrifying. I have to double check every half hour to make sure that the smell isn't actually me.

The sizing is also either very wrong, or the products are designed to be waaaaay too tight. I followed the sizing charts provided, and everything feels at least a size too small.

This website signed me up as a VIP automatically. When I checked my account I was $49.95 short. I know $50 isn't a big deal but when you live off of a minimum wage paying job, it makes a dent. I called 3 times, all three calls lastimg over ten minutes arguing with a machine over getting my money back. I asked to speak to a human FIFTEEN TIMES and still was never connected. After asking for a refund of this "membership charge" I was never informed about, they finally offered to give me my "one time courtesy refund" which should come in about a week or so, after being told my "membership credit was still good for a little retail therapy :)" literally 15 times. Sorry I have bills to pay and things to do and give money to this scamming, cheap, BULL$#*! company is not one of them.

BEWARE! I took advantage of a 50% off sale of an outfit and unfortunately I didn't read the small print. By doing this I automatically became a VIP member, which means that if I don't order an outfit or "skip a month" I am charged a $50.00 credit! Had I not read the email they sent me today I would have been charged, not even knowing I was a member! This is such a sneaky business practice that I will never order from them again!

I ordered medium Norwalk tank top (the size I always wear) and when I tried it on it was very hard to get on, it had very little stretch. It fit once it was on but then it was very hard to get off. The top was much cuter in the photo, I will not be wearing it again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't be fooled by 50% off deal unless you want to become a member and be obligated to buy an outfit every month or be charged a $50 credit.

These shorts are a perfect representation of Instagram garbage. All of their money went into marketing, brand deals, and paid ads instead of product development. I'm 5'-11,196lbs and workout/run daily. These shorts are some of the worst I've ever used: the liner isn't compressive or long enough (it also tends to ride up). The shorts aren't structured enough for the cheap little zippers on the pockets - you have to hold the shorts taught to pull them. The waist band is a wide hollow tube with a shoelace in it - like the cheapest 90s drugstore swim trunks you can imagine. The liner and shorts bind up on each other due to the friction of the fabrics they used - both are too textured. It's no wonder how they are able to provide 2 pairs for $25 and still turn a profit. Especially when they're hemorrhaging money in marketing. These shorts are trash and Kevin Hart should be embarrassed.
