I ordered a pair of leggings from here not knowing I'd be charged a monthly payment of $49 a month because they DONT make it clear that you're signing up for VIP membership and I called to get my money back because I'm going away soon and all she said was the use the points.

They have charged me for two months in a row now after cancelling my membership! I have called VISA and explained to them this is a FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Can't even get them on the phone! Worst experience. And cheap quality clothes.

I have tried to contact their phone line MULTIPLE times over the past 2 days and have had ZERO luck! I have emailed that(which by the way does not work) and have used their live chat to ask for help but they have ALL been giving me barely any help by giving me a phone number that does not work. I have contacted them through facebook and instagram and have yet to see a response. I am extremely infuriated and just want to speak with their customer service number for my issue.

Absolute CROOKS! RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been trying to cancel my account since November and this is March 2018. I cancelled for the 3rd time in early January and just realized that they didn't charge me in January but snuck their charges back in February and March. I have spent no less than 10 hours on the phone with their agents cancelling. Each time they charge me again, I get the same story, that they waived it that month. We'll have to see what happens next month. I'm sure they will charge me again. Add to that the merchandise is very poor quality.

The idea of this store is great and I loved being able to pick out expensive work out sets for cheaper. The only issue I had was when I was trying to cancel my subscription. I looked up how to do it and did not realize I could do it on my own because everything I read said I had to call in to cancel. When I told the customer service person I needed to cancel it he told me no. He then went on to list out all the reasons I shouldn't cancel and then did not give me a chance to respond before going "Is there anything else?" No there's nothing else I just need to cancel. When I requested to cancel again... he AGAIN told me no. I loved the clothes I just could not deal with the obscure ways of cancelling and all of the hoops I jumped through to FINALLY cancel. I figured out how to do it on my own from the website but it took some searching. It kept just giving me the benefits and bribing me to stay with a $10 discount and I really did not appreciate the desperateness.

I had a very hard time canceling my subscription. I then managed to get it canceled, yet was still charged for the next months subscription. I went to the live chat on mobile and it was not wanting to work on any mobile device. So I then called, and was told I could not cancel till the next month in between the days 1-5. The guy on the phone continued to try and get me to not leave the membership and asked many unnecessary questions. And was no help what so ever. So I then open up my laptop and go on live chat and was able to cancel the subscription after the guy on the phone told me I couldn't. Everything else was fine, great quality clothes, just not service.

The last two times I ordered I never received my order! Called fabletics and they reordered and I still never received! So I canceled my membership which saddens me because I love the product! I'm a spin instructor and RDA so I wear the scrubs also.

Mostly happy with my order and in some things, the fit is great and some a little on the large side which I expect ordering online.
The Donna Velour Hoodie was on the short side lengthwise whereas the Phoenix Half Zip Mid-Layer fits perfectly and replaces my Nara Half Zip Hoodie purchased back in June 2020. The best part of both these tops is the long waisted design aspect which works well for taller people. If there was multiple colours in that type of top I'd love to have a few more!

They will ignore you at every turn, there is no way to speak with someone over email! ONLY live chat and over the phone! And even then they will straight up ignore you! Not to mention they make most of their money by scamming people out of the monthly membership fee. If you forget to skip they will charge you $65, oh did you wanna cancel now? Too bad you HAVE to speak with an agent on the phone to cancel where they will gaslight you and try to make you stay. This site is disgusting and the quality is not even that great, do yourself a favour and DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. (I have uploaded photos of them ignoring me on multiple of their "convenient chat channels")

Honestly I just thought they are great. Only drawback was not enough inventory at times for certain colors. Overall though I love my shorts, it's all I own now.

I pre-ordered and item and they emailed me and said THEY had cancelled the order and gave no explanation. So I was able to pre order the item again, and again THEY cancelled with no explanation, So I forgot about it, until they sent both of the items THEY cancelled. I'm not sure how they could charge me for an item they cancelled without first notifying me. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning the item. I'm thinking of canceling this membership. They email WAY to much and they don't have as many outfits as they had when I first joined. The outfits make it worthwhile to buy but when each piece is separate, not so much.

Seriously! Who needs new workout clothes EVERY month? I consider myself an astute internet shopper, but I do NOT recall signing up for this "membership" whereby I AUTOMATICALLY spend $50 on these clothes every month. Sure, you can "skip" a month... but who has time to remember to do that, what with paying your regular bills, going to the gym, buying groceries, etc. They also make it DIFFICULT for you to cancel, since you HAVE to call (you can't just cancel on their website) and they really give you a hard sell to not cancel. Kate Hudson should be ashamed of herself!
Tip for consumers:
Be careful - you'll be signed up to spend $50/month on workout clothes....and difficult to cancel!

Their customer service employees seem to be scam artists as well... I told her that her company was going to get into trouble because of their policies... She was totally rude, defensive, and resistant... Don't give them your money... Because if you do, they will continue to take it on a monthly basis without you express consent. I've read a lot of negative reviews about Fabletics and it's time I say something.
I've been a VIP member for almost a year now, and I have received amazing, high quality clothes from them that I basically live in.
When you sign up, the website specifically tells you what the VIP membership entails. I think a lot of people are excited about the "First outfit for $25" deal but neglect to read the details. This company is not shady - a lot of customers have just been too lazy to read the terms. Fabletics also allows you to skip each month and even sends a reminder email to skip for the first 2 months. How people think this company is a scam is beyond me.
Their return policy is also absolutely amazing. I've returned 4 items so far due to sizing issues, and they've always sent me shipping labels which allowed for free shipping. They processed the returns very quickly each time, and the phone representatives were always pleasant. Sure, they read off scripts, but they were always friendly and helpful.
I don't think you can find the same quality, selection, and great prices anywhere else. Fabletics has really been a great resource for athletic wear and it's very sad to see such negative reviews. Please give this company a chance and make sure to skip a month if you don't want to order! Just be smart about signing up for this service and you'll have a good time.
