I'm way to busy to read the fine line about membership fee. Talking to robot trying to resolve matter, bill going to junk Mail, I could rant for 15 min. Total scam, sham on Hudson.

Bad quality items. They offered you discounts in such a way that in the end I found my self charged for a membership which I did not request and had to paid for it!

The scrubs are the best I've ever had. Wish they were always at the price I got them at which was half off. Unfortunately I am still a student so can't afford to buy more.

It was a wonderful experience, so easy and it arrived pretty fast. My overall experience when I have had to call customer service has been amazing they always work with you and find a solution.

I love them! I've tried so many other sites for yoga pants. These are by far the best quality I've seen. There up there by lulu lemon to me. Great styles. I've started an addiction.

After I ordered some leggings, I was charged $49.95 for a membership fee 3 weeks later that I clearly didn't see anything about when making my purchase. Never again will I order anything from them.

Love Fabletics but it's been 6 months and I've yet to receive the pants I ordered. There quality is good and I hate that this experience has deterred me from buying again but good deals

The items are super overpriced. I like the idea of being charged monthly and then you can "save" up for a more expensive item, but almost everything is just overpriced and not worth the money.

So I purchased 4 pairs of leggings for my teenage daughters under the guise of 2 for $24 for your first purchase. When checking out I was prompted to become a vip member to get the deal. My total "vip" order was $133. I quickly realized that the vip membership included a $49 charge a month. I called to cancel my vip membership spoke to a lovely lady who apologized at least 6 times to me before cancelling my vip membership. Customer service is clearly outsourced and that's fine but I am disgusted by the whole idea of this company. What are you paying these outsourced employees, the woman I spoke to $10 a day? And she should be empowered but feels she has to apologize to me 6 times in a 3 minute phone call? That's not empowering anyone. And then to scam the public into a $49/month commitment? Something is wrong here. Shame on you fabletics management and Kate Hudson this is your company you are privileged how you could you be okay with these business practices? I will never order from this company again.

My Fabletics shorts literally fell apart within a few months. The company would not give me a store credit or help me replace the item. Will not order from them again.

Website said it would take 5-7 Business days. It had been 13 days and still no sign of a package. I'd like to review the actual cloths themselves but it seems I won't be able to for a wile.

These clothes are of the upmost quality and get stretchy breathable materials. I am adding so many to my causal and business outfits.

Order more fabric in each pattern! Everything on your website is put of stock. If customers don't order everything you make in a specific pattern the very 1st time it is posted they can never have matching sets of anything because every item you make out of a certain fabric will be sold out never to be available again in less than one month. I think that should be embarrassing to you that you can't keep up with the demand. I keep Fabletics because I am cheap, just like you. I don't want to spend a ton of money replacing my plain black gym leggings all the time. As the ones I have wear out I buy another pair of the same inexpensive, simple leggings. Why would any company want to be thought of for using the same cheap, tacky, tricks as Lu La Roe!?!? Look at what happened to them. Look where they are now. They used the same ‘limited time offer', ‘ better buy it quick, while you still can!' sales tactics Fabletics is using. Makes this customer wonder if the companies have anything else in common.

Just buy more fabric in each pattern so you have enough supply for return customers, so you can offer items longer, and so you can actually replace/exchange identical items.

I just cancelled my membership with the site. The clothing is ok, I don't believe it is top quality. A majority of the time, the items that you want are sold out or not in your size. The customer service is the worst that I have encountered. They take money from your account every month, which is started in the terms and give you credit on the site. Then they won't allow you to use the credit and discounts on the site. Total rip off, the credit is actually money taken from my account. Then when you try to cancel your membership the customer support person "Chloe" has no patience with you, she ask a question and when it shows that you are typing she tried to end the chat. Also, included with every purchase is a stupid magazine subscription so if you don't delete it before checking out, you have multiple magazines coming to your house that you don't want. The selection of items is very limited. The website is slow and not responsive at times. I'm sure that I could find the same quality clothing at better prices with better customer support.

Love all outfits I bought. They fit me perfect every time. The only athletic clothes I wear.

I ordered my Fabletics and I was aware of the waiting time and I live out in the middle of nowhere so I'm fully aware of longer wait times and I've come to terms with that. But for an order to be "undeliverable" is un heard of. And the tracking said it went from Cali, to Richmond, to Chesterfield, and then to NC… So it passed where I lived and then said it was undeliverable. So after two more weeks, because again I'm aware of longer wait times at my living location, and then I called and they said that now half of what I ordered is no longer in stock and that they wouldn't give me my money back but they would give me a credit. I bought what I ordered when it was on sale so the refund would t even cover the price of one pair of leggings vs the 3 items I would've gotten. Moral of the story. There are packages on Amazon that are way cheeper and more comfortable and just as cute and squat proof.

From the quality of the fabric, colors, design - I absolutely love Fabletics. I receive so many compliments on every outfit that I wear. Can't wait until my next order arrives.

Fabletics is awesome, great quality and super customer service! They have a wonderful selection and the quality is as good if not better than brands that ate much more expensive.

I never got my delivery and was very disappointed as a result. They kept posting it to the incorrect address even though I twice provided them with the correct address.

While the membership is not for everyone, it it perfect for me! As a fitness professional these clothes are great quality and bring a level of sophistication to my practice!

Was a member for about 6 months. It very clearly stated on the website, multiple times, that when I signed up as a VIP member I would be charged $49.95 each month unless I chose to skip the month or purchased something. Some months I purchased, some months I skipped and one month I forgot and was charged the $49.95 as a credit (and was explained would happen multiple times when I signed up).
For the most part I enjoyed the clothing and it seems to be holding up well; my main issue is that the sizes were all over the place.
My first order nothing fit to I exchanged it all for new sizes/other items and it was a very easy process.
Shipping is incredibly slow; I usually receive items 2-3 weeks after purchasing.
I just cancelled my VIP membership and I am not sure what everyone is complaining about it being so hard to do. I was on the phone (as it also clearly states when you sign up that you will need to call, not email. To cancel) for a total of 2 minutes and 38 seconds and got my account cancelled. No hard selling or anything.

Great delivery and quality. Small error in my order entry that was taken care of over the phone. Very helpful and professional and did not read off of a script.
