I signed up with Fabletics in 2016 and am currently a Gold member. I am a happy customer. The concept is quite simple - skip the month between the 1st and 5th of every month, or get charged the standard "fee" which you can still use as a credit towards their merchandise. You're never really out any money because you can still buy stuff with the credit! I just set a reminder on my phone to log in on their website and skip the month if I don't want to buy anything that month. It's not that hard. The concept is very clear on their website when you sign up. Like with everything online, just read the terms and conditions before you give your credit card number out. I forgot to skip the month only twice in the last 4 years. The first time it happened, I kept the credit and bought some leggings a few months later. The last time I forgot to skip and was charged, I called their customer service and they were nice enough to refund my money! I have always had great service from them. When I didn't receive my last order after 20 days, I called them and they offered to refund my money or reship the items. No hassles. The representative was super friendly and helpful. As far as the products, I love them! I have never had to return anything, so I don't know how that process would be handled. But I can say that I've been super satisfied with 90% of the items I've purchased. There were a couple things I wouldn't order again but I got them on sale so it wasn't worth returning them. I don't think this company deserves all these bad reviews. Just give them a chance... and don't forget to skip the month!

They get you to sign up for a membership by giving you a great discount. The scam is they don't give you any details for your account nor email. They take your money monthly but when you contact them for access to your account
THEY HAVE NO INFO, YOU DO NOT EXIST.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and never tell you. I hear people raving about fabletics so I thought that I would give it a shot. WORST MISTAKE! They will charge you $50 every month without telling you. I called back in February 2019 and explained that I was unaware of the terms. I was able to argue my way into getting a full refund. However, I insisted that my account be canceled in order to stop receiving charges BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WASNT POSSIBLE. These people are instructed to lie and manipulate people into paying money for something they didnt even know about. Anyway, so fast forward towards this month and the representative told me that I COULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK because they have already refunded me once. Like seriously, how do they have the audacity to tell me that I cant get MY OWN F*ing money back. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT EVER BUY FROM FABLETICS

I was just contacted today from "Chad" via email at Fabletics about another review I left for this company. He tried to "dumb it down" for me on how the VIP Membership works and I am disgusted! I canceled my VIP Membership fully aware of how the program works because it SUCKS! For one the VIP Membership was $49.99 a month and just went up to $54.99 a month with NO confirmation stating that the amount was changing. For two…. When you go to use your credit you have to buy an item that is less than what your credit is worth. Totally pointless. Three…. You pay extra fees for tariffs because everything they make and sell is sourced & made in China. Do your research before you commit to this membership. The only good way to get good prices on your items is when you first sign up. SHOPPERS TIP: Buy as much as you can during your first shopping experience and then cancel before the fifth of the follow month. You will have to call into the toll free 800 number to cancel though, because they do NOT allow you to cancel off your account online.

I just love the feel of all of the leggings, it doesn't matter whether they are full length, Capri or the shorts. I feel great working out and I don't worry about my leggings falling down

There product is good, but always feel ripped off when I order from them. I thought I was getting 2 of everything I ordered, but I did not. I don't understand how I got this confused!

I like all the clothes I have got so far, the only issue is when I workout in the shorts and pants I've bought they slide down. But I enjoy wearing the clothes for regular wear.

I had been with Fabletics for a few years now and all my orders have been spot on. Customer service is excellent and delivery is fast. The product is A One and is true to size.

Sizes run small nothing fits. Everything I ordered was too small. I gave the products to family members that could wear them. There wasn't an option for larger sizes like I needed.

Customer service is horrible, no one wamts to help you with anything. When things get lost, there is no refund only a store credit given to you. I will never order again.

I have not had any problems until the last two months. I know I went in and skipped the month but I was charged anyway. I will take a screenshot next time so I have proof.

I love the colors I selected for my shirts and leggings- the colorful clothing gives me incentives to work out! Something I have never felt like doing. Keep those beautiful colors going!

Just go in the store. Don't sign up for the VIP unless you want a charge of 50 bucks every month for nothing. They make it nearly impossible to check out online without doing so and even more impossible for you to redeem the VIP Credits you already were charged for. It comes off as cheap and money hungry. I love the clothes, but they offer it to you at a reaosnable price if you are a VIP member and double it if you are not. This brand is just all together not worth the $#*!ing trouble. I refuse to spend anymore of my money on them. Oh and their costumer support are full of people that have strong accents you don't even know what they are seeing they do not know how the website is set up, and they are so quick to get you off the phone and tell you to call another company only to be back at square one. The person in charge of their service and return department for their online business should be embarrassed. OR maybe even proud on how they can turn someone from loving the brand to writing their first review on how much the company as a whole is frustrating to purchase from.

I really loved everything I got from Fabletics. The quality of the clothing is so high quality and the styles are very cute and comfy.

DONT DO IT! They keep charging you and then when you go to use your credit they limit HOW YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN MONEY! You cant use all of your credits on one order! Very sneaky! Cost me a fortune to use my credits!

I have loved every piece of clothing I have received from Fabletics. The material is so soft and comfortable. Always a great selection of styles and colors.

Overall love the brand and site however some of the material used falls apart quickly. Considering the price point I would think material would be better quality

Easy to navigate website wish more was in stock would have purchased more if there was. Need more neutral shorts and less contrasting ties

Fit great. Fabletics is very easy to work with on returns and indecisions. They are quick to ship.

All the items I have purchases from Fabletics over the years have been exactly as presented. I only had to exchange sizes on a couple of items.

Literally the worst customer see experience I've ever had. My account got deactivate right after placing an order, so I called, they told me it would take up to 48 hours to reactivate my account. The lady on the phone also told me my order would be able to be honored and resubmitted after. 2 weeks later still nothing, so I called again, my account finally was activated, and I could just resubmit my order. I had to find new things, and they had to manually put the discount in. But due to this, I couldn't pay with after pay like I normally do. Instead they said they had to manually submit the order on their end (as there was an error everytime i tried to check out) which doesn't work for me as i pay with Afterpay. I asked for maybe a one time use promo code I could apply instead, that way it'd be a completely new order (which other companies have never had a problem doing), and I can check out my Preferred way. Instead they said no, didn't help, and kind you at this point I've talked to about 3–4 different people. After asking for supervisor, they kept beating around the bush and ended the chat with me.

Canceled my order. To change what i wanted. Remade my order then got charged for BOTH orders. Had to fight to return or exchange as wrong sizing...THEN THEY SENT ME 8 PAIRS OF THE EXACT SAME PANTS IN BLACK. I originally ordered them in black, purple, pink and green. But got all black! Ended up giving some to my family as it wasn't worth fighting with them for ANOTHER exchange.

I've had nothing but good experiences with fabletics! The clothes are great and the vip points are awesome! I've really enjoyed everything the company has to offer!
