Ive been a VIP member now for 2 years and it was the best thing ever to be apart of. I love the different colors, sizes and fits they offer and the price is what keeps me coming back. I give their clothes as gifts to all my friends and family all the time.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
I was charged $40 for being a "VIP Member" when I had already cancelled my subscription. Very disappointed.

The pieces are very comfortable and nice. However shipping takes FOREVER and if you have to return anything it'll take a longER time to have it processed and replaced.

This set is so comfortable. The biker shorts were on the longer end, but I really love wearing them. I never have to worry about them riding up.

They ship to you in 3 weeks instead of the 6-8 days promised. They also charge 55 dollars for a membership that you don't even sign up for

I ordered leggings and a long sleeve crop top that were on sale, November 5th. I was expecting them to be there within a week or so granted they were apparently coming from CA. I checked the tracking number everyday, and it never updated. After 14 business days, and several conversations with Fab, I did not get my order. When I called i told them the situation and they said they could re-ship my order. During the call the lady I spoke to had to ask her supervisor for permission for everything I asked. And so I was on hold for over 3 hours trying to get an answer. During this time I learned the leggings were now out of stock? Where did they go? Because the leggings never left the facility... so that tells me that my leggings were sold TWICE. During this time also, I was allotted store credit for the leggings that were out of stock... but here's the thing Fabletics! I'm NEVER going to order from you again. Due to terrible customer service, inability to refund my money back to my card, and the fact that my order literally never left the facility. I am beyond pissed, the lady I spoke to explained to me "We have to call the supervisors every time we have a questions and unfortunately they are busy with other customers who also have problems and you will have to be patient" okay well maybe if you got your stuff figured out and had better workers who could actually make the right orders and put the packages on the mail truck, we wouldn't have this problem! And I wouldn't be on hold for 3 freaking hours. Fabletics, get your $#*! together. This is ridiculous and I'm surprised your not completely out of business or have law suits against you. My long sleeve top better come, and it better be good quality. Otherwise I'm going to corporate.

I was not happy. Everything is out of stock and when you find something you like, you cant use the monthly fee fabletics took from you towards it.

Ordered the 2 pair of leggings for 24, specifically clicking the 1 time order. Well SURPRISE! I check my account and have a hold on there from Fabletics. Check my email and SURPRISE AGAIN! I have a $50 credit to spend on "whatever I want". Oh wait, but its not whatever I want unless I want to be paying another $40 out of pocket ON TOP of the so called credit that I (unknowingly) signed up for. If I was wanted to spend $80 on a pair of leggings I would go and spend my money at lululemon not what is supposed to be "affordable" activewear. Good thing I had enough in my account 1 day before payday because if I ended up getting an NSF fee I would be fuming. Needless to say I have a useless $50 credit, which not really sure how that is a bonus for me considering I paid $50 for it, but can plan on spending another $40 to get a stupid outfit I don't even want. How is this even allowed? Even if I do end up finding something good luck finding a size in anything considering everything is sold out. NOT IMPRESSED and WILL NOT be purchasing from you again.

I wish I can give this site a zero rating, but I cannot. I ordered my very first outfit about a month ago, one of the items being a sydney capri in an XXS. I received the capris in an XXL, so they had me go to the post office and return them for free and they ensured me I would receive my size this time. Instead, they sent me ANOTHER XXL. This time I talked to the manager and explained my situation and so instead of having me go to the post office again, he told me to keep the XXL and he would send me another XXS. AGAIN, I received another XXL and had to call customer service. This time I talked to a different manager who was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He told me that since I was not a VIP member any more that I could not get free returns. Eventually after talking to me for 30 min, he was willing to exchange my capris for the THIRD time for a different pair since clearly something in the system was wrong for my leggings if I went to the post office and returned the leggings. He was extremely rude and when I told him that ordering from Fabletics was the worst experience I have ever had and a terrible first impression on a new customer, he laughed. He laughed at me! For their mistake!
