For the second time in a row, I get a $10 consolation prize for a "delayed" order. And both my last two orders were canceled without notice. If the item is not available or out of stock, then list it as such. This is frustrating and definitely turning me off to Fabletics.

After subscribing to emails and promotions in order to obtain a discount on desired merchandise, my debit card was charged an additional $65 for subscription. I immediately called and vowed to never use fabletics again because of their business practices.

I got two pairs With the 2 for $24 VIP sale. At first, they were fine, but after a few washes the legging pilled at the seams! My Walmart leggings have held up better and they are around 2 years old! Very dissatisfied! I can't believe they are around 75 bucks a pair full price, never going to buy these again!

I find it very difficult to cancel my subscription on line. Subscription may not be a bad idea but many times items I want are not available in my size so I cannot use it. Very limited selection as well. Also, sent all the pants on my first order back because the zippers were awful. Very happy with the lined shorts and long sleeve athletic shirts. Not pleased with the "cotton" polo which shrunk and pilled after the first wash.

I love all my Fabletics products, however, when it comes to the customer service, it is very hard to get in touch with anyone and when I do, my issue is not usually resolved in a satisfactory manner. Also, there are instances where I have had to return/refund product and it takes an extremely long time, or I have not received a refund at all and again I have to contact customer service, which is not helpful. I wish the customer service was better because I truly enjoy the product

Unfortunately, I have found the leggings to be way too high waisted. When I search mid-rise, only very small sizes are available. I finally ordered a roll down waist, I fold them way down. I did order socks that I love and I purchased the crop t-shirt for my granddaughters, they were happy. They have great products, I'm just not built for them.
