Fabletics never disappoints. They offer the best pricing and the best workout wear in the market. As a former fitness professional and now elementary educator, Fabletics is a brand I can use everyday. I will never stop supporting this company! I live in it daily!

The credit that is automatically charged monthly for the membership is only applied as partial payment to certain items. If your credit is higher than 1 item you want to purchase, you can't add another item to complete the credit amount because the full credit gets applied to the single item.

On a separate order I placed, I had an issue with the shipping. The package seemed to have been delivered, but I did not receive the package. I then emailed to request help with the lost package, but I was told to contact the carrier; The carrier stated I should contact Fabletics, which I did, but got no response; So now I'm shot the credit and do not have the item I purchased. I have already cancelled the membership due to this lack of customer service.

The $60 credits are a complete scam. When using the website to purchase items with credits, often times you are using a credit to purchase an item that does not cost $60. This is dishonest and stealing.

Horrible. I asked to have my membership cancelled, waited for over 20 minutes for an agent just for that agent to enter into the chat and then leave the chat without helping. Then had to re-request another agent and wait 20 more minutes. Canceling your membership should be as easy as clicking a button, not having to wait almost an hour for no help. Fabletics is a scam

While the customer service agents are polite, they have difficulty addressing customer problems. Most ordered items are delayed significantly. Quality control needs improvement. I had seams come apart on a pants that were less than 2 months old.

Fabletics has good quality products. Shipping is always done in a timely manner. Good company. I will continue to shop their catalog. Only critique is that prices can be high at times and medium sizes are out of stock quite a bit.

I'm not a huge fan of this brand. I submitted an exchange for size and it took 3 weeks. By then the item I was exchanging was sold out. Bummer! The fit is also not very flattering on most tops, colors selections great! Hoping the taupe slate colored leggings come back. Wanted those as well but returns take an eternity. So they are now sold out.

Have never been disappointed with quality of clothing especially at this price point. Good customer service and nice variety of selection. Does tend to have limited stock but just need a bit of patience.

Not sure what platform Fabletics is running on but the UX is terrible. Frequently doesn't load. Automatically provides filters based on profile sizes and I can't turn that function off. Shows items as available/in stock when they are in fact not. I've been a member since Fabletics launched and the experience gets worse every single year.

I love Fabletics and have been a member for years now. I recently started using the app and find it more challenging to navigate and the sort/filter options don't work as intended (e.g., filter by size only to be shown options that are not at all available in my size). I'm hoping they can fix that issue because it would make looking and buying a smoother experience.

I always have problems finding the right fit for my clothing but fabletics seem to hit the mark everytime. I've never had anything shrink in the washer and it's all been very durable with the best feeling fabrics you can ask for

I have been a member of fabletics for over a year. My kids love the one shorts! When ordering from the website I find it very frustrating. When they have a sale, sizes are very limited. Shipping usually takes pretty long and there is always fine print to the good deals. On the positive side, the clothes seem well made and stylish.

I cancelled my membership for a couple of reasons. First of all, I could not get the flare pants I wanted. I ordered them before and the medium, regular length fit perfect. Then, I ordered more and the same size was about 4" longer. So they were too long. Unfortunately, they are nearly always out of the short length in the flares with side pockets in black.
Also, the monthly change of nearly $60 is expensive considering that the membership credit usually gets me an item that doesn't cost that much $60. So I am paying more for the item than if I just purchased it outright.

I came in with an open mind when hearing from colleagues that these leggings were life changing and the best for working out. I got to say that there's nothing special about them other than the wide selection of colors. These leggings are nice and thick, but don't lend themselves for a good CrossFit exercise session. I will stick with my cheap leggings finds from other sources.

I purchased one pair of short at the store and ordered two additional pairs of shorts. The order took quite awhile before it arrived. It would be great if you could shorten the delivery time. The actual product is very enjoyable to wear.

I love the apparel that I buy at Fabletics. It is great quality. You can skip your membership each month or use your credits to buy almost anything. Their sales are the time to buy. Never pay the full price! The fit is as you would expect, maybe things run a half size larger but that's fine with me.

Though I love the apparel brand, this is the second time I've gotten the wrong items and had tracking/shipping issues based on the third party currier chosen. Upon calling my only resolve was keep waiting. Product did arrive but the size and style was incorrect.

Experience in- store and online was wonderful! I would go to fabletics every time to buy this leggings! They make a long which is difficult to find and they hold everything in the right places making your butt look good! 😊

I enjoy the clothes and sales offer great opportunities for savings. However, skipping every month became tedious and often times outfits did not offer a combo I wanted or were frequently out of my size in one piece or both. The option to build my own outfit to get what I want and take advantage of the outfit pricing would have been nice.

I have ordered from Fabletics a couple of times over the years. Their products are great quality and last! I love that they offer VIP benefits and the option to skip a month at a time without penalty or charge.

Really great company, provides excellent clothing for a great price. One company that actually rewards its existing members rather than just its new members. Always good delivery times once you've ordered and the clothes are exactly as they are advertised

Over the past few years I have purchased both scrubs and other clothing. Leggings are wonderful. Hold up great for what ever you have in mind. I am also a RN and the scrubs fit great and so comfortable. They take all the abuse I give them. Buy with confidence. You can't go wrong!
