Support wouldn't give me a refund after telling them the skip month option did not work. Easiest option is to cancel after ordering and sign back up if wanting to buy something.
If I get banned, that is fine. Better to be banned than not being able to skip again and paying 60 for the credit I do not want

MN State Department of commerce confirmed that they shouldn't be charging sales tax on Crocs, but fabletics is adamant it's fine and certainly didn't register for cashback either

I closed my monthly account in-store, but then several months later was charged a recurrent fee after a significant break and no request from me to restart. When I complained, they claimed there was "no evidence or record of the closure", even though I had disputed the charge with my credit card company months prior as well as clearly half a year without any charges l. This experience has completely eroded my trust, and despite the appeal of their clothing I will never spend a single cent with them again. Felt like I closed my monthly account in-store, but I was still charged after a significant delay. When I complained, they claimed there was no evidence of the closure, even though I had discussed the charge with my credit card company months prior.
