I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
The order was smooth and the company gave great updates to production and shipping. Unfortunately FedEx personnel can't read street signs and delivered my order to the wrong address. Fortunately the people who received it brought it to me several days later.

So I was a little unsure of ordering something off a Facebook ad but they were beautiful products and the fact I could personalize our big blended family I loved. The picture came quickly and I will get more in the future.

Product was great once it was corrected. There was an error on my product and vendor was not willing to correct their error. It was explained to me that they send out confirmation emails but it went to spam. So error was not caught and I had to spend and additional 50% more for the same product. Vendor was also not going to pay for the shipping until I told them I already paid for expedited shipping. Was pretty disappointed in the entire experience but their product was ultimately very nice once it arrived correctly.
I absolutely love it! It was for my mom and she started crying when she saw it. Great experience and was very appreciative that the CEO of the company contacted me to let me know about the delay but I got it in plenty of time.

I ordered my print on dec 8th. It's now dec 22 and I just received update that it has been shipped and I won't receive it until the 27th. This is also after I contacted them and they promised I would get it before Christmas. Really disappointed. I do not recommend.

Online ordering was quick and seamless. I was initially concerned with delivery as my order was made during the holiday rush, however I was relieved to see my order arrive prior to Christmas. All in all a great experience.
I requested at least 3 changes to my original order and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout those changes. It delayed the delivery somewhat, but the product was as I requested (multiple word and color changes included).
The ordering process was very simple, the order came quickly, and was packaged well. When I pulled it out to make sure it was exactly what I ordered, I could not have been more pleased! It was absolutely beautiful!
I ordered 3 journals on Dec 14th for $124 with "Priority Care Shipping" for Christmas. I received is an email on Dec 18th that said "Your order is on the way" with a "tracking number" that didn't register on the USPS site when entered. I kept checking every few days and then tried calling the 800#. It plays a recording that tells you to email them. It's now Jan 3 and the tracker still says its in Fremont, CA, so I left a message today asking them to refund my money, but due to their poor customer service so far, I'll probably have to handle that through my cc company. I believe this is a scam.
Bought one "for my husband" for Christmas. Loved it and showed my sister before I wrapped it. She loved it so much she wanted one. I had planned on getting her one for her birthday (January) then, but she called me later to get the website so she could buy one herself. Long story, short, I told her and she picked out her background so I could just order it early :)

The Family Gifts is a terrible company. They do not respond to emails and their phone is a dead end. I purchased a $35 item on 12/14 - have not received it as of 1/4 and they are not responding to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY from them.

The issue I had, was with the communication pertaining to delivery date and shipping. Was very confusing, as I was sent an email, saying it had already shipped, when it had not. Took overall about a month to recieve. Otherwise, was a beautiful gift! I will probably be a repeat customer!
Just hope the communication is better next time and accurate. Granted, it was Christmas time, so. There's that.
I had seen this add on Facebook and thought I will give it a shot. If it's not what I thought I'm out some money. That wasn't the case at all. I love it and can't wait to give it to my in-laws for Christmas. Thank you so much for the great work.
Back in November I ordered a print for my wife as an anniversary present, when it finally did arrive it was not backlit as ordered. A week later when I finally got a response from customer service they offered to send a replacement that was correct. I work in customer service myself so i know things happen sometimes. I said yes, please send me a replacement in leu of my money back. That was back on December 7th. Today i finally received the replacement, same thing. Not backlit as i order it and paid extra for it initially. Customer care and production procedures are lackluster at best! Save yourself some headache and frustration and use a different company!

I ordered the canvas almost six weeks ago. I received an email saying it was shipped then the very next day I received another email saying it was lost or damaged in transit and that they would have to make another one. Since then I have called 11 times and sent 4 emails. I have yet to get any responses.

They advertise one time frame and actually meet another. But, they never fail to send an email everyday asking you to buy something else. And if you send them an email, well... they are just to busy to get back to you.
So, don't order anything so it allows them to catch up on there orders. It's the right thing to do. They appear to be overwhelmed. So, let's help them out.

I placed the order and received it with in the printing and shipping time frame. I thought the quality was wonderful and it made for an excellent gift! I have also left a review and picture on Facebook.

The product received was wonderful! The only issue was with delivery. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the item. Communication initially was limited with no updates, but then I received an email from the CEO stating that there had been an issue with the item getting to the delivery service and it had been lost, BUT that they were expediting my replacement item. They did that and my item was received within 3 days. So overall, I was pleased and would order again!
Frustrating, I read about the delay and lost shipments. Tried to be understanding, reached out and was told that if I ordered before 12/9 which I did I would receive my order by Christmas but that was not the case. Tracking was available but no movement that was frustrating but overall I'm relieved that I received the product I paid for and ordered. I'm also happy with the quality of the product

I bought the water/dock scene and gave it as a "Family Christmas Gift" this year. We are a blended family and it was a perfect gift we could include our all of our 8 children. We travel to Florida as a family quite often and it reminds all of us of our favorite place. We received it quickly and arrived carefully packaged. Great quality and looks amazing in our home! I am thinking of ordering another product for another room in our home! Love it!
It was great and the product turned out amazing. The only complaint I have is that I ordered the black frame to go around the canvas, but it was not sent. They reimbursed me fairly quickly, but I was a little disappointed not to receive it.
