I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I ordered back in November so I would have as a gift for Christmas. However on December 5th I received the wrong canvas. I was disappointed you were not able to expedite the correct canvas so I could have it by Christmas. I have now received my canvas and I love it but I was not impressed with the delivery time.
It took over a month to receive my order. Once I received the order it was all correct. I would say the only thing I am unhappy with is it was supposed to be black and white and it is more lavender and black. Not much white.
I liked what they offered in scenes.

Update: After emailing customer support I received an email the same day that package my take awhile because it was coming from outside the country. Next day I received another email that my packing was now in New Jersey. Today the package was delivered with only part of the order. Refills with no journal?
I ordered it. I immediately decided to make a change. The change was tended to promptly. The product turned out exactly as I ordered it and the recipients loved it! They hung it immediately in a prominent place in their home.
I think the product popped up on my Facebook and I liked what I saw.
It seemed the perfect family gift.

Product was fine. My packages were delivered to another address. I was disappointed to see that the status was "out for delivery" for 3 days but was never delivered to my address. I was lucky that the people came to my house 3 miles away and delivered the package. Embarrassed to hand it to my wife when strangers brought it to my house 3 days past delivery date.

The sign was easy to design, the website was easy to navigate. The shipping was fast and the packaging was protective. The quality of the canvas was excellent. Everyone that has seen the sign was impressed and loved it. I would definitely purchase again.
The information I had in my order was printed incorrectly on the actual picture. It was a gift and the receiver was willing to accept it as it was. The date was supposed to be 2019 and it only printed the 20 (as if it was the year 2020)

This was the first time i ordered through this company. I ordered a canvas picture from them but it never arrived for christmas. I was disappointed and they credit me 100% back without any hassel. Well a month later i recieved unexpectedly the picture in the frame. I'm 100% Very satisfied with the quality. I called them and they said to keep the picture and the refund as that was their way of saying they were sorry for the delay. I will be using them again in the future as now i know they are a very reputable company. Thank you again family gifts.

Over all the experience was good. I really like the our picture. If I was to do it again I won't order the frame with the picture, about a 1/2 inch gap around the top and bottom of the picture and frame. I had to nail in the spacers to hold the picture in the frame.

I ordered this item on 11-27-20 which was Black Friday. The discount could not be applied so I had to contact Family Gifts and they did issue a refund to correct the price. The item was for Christmas and it did not arrive until 12-30-20. I was very disappointed but they did contact me and made it right. Overall thet loved the item.

They would not answer the phone, it took days for them to respond back to you via email.
I told him that I wanted them to send me two frames and I will pay for the other Jill they said no just consider the first want to gift, but when you have three kids that's really not how it works.
When the children opened up their gifts first thing was why is his rent LOL, so my other two children build their own frame!
The canvases are absolutely beautiful. My three children love them, I highly recommend purchasing them framed or building your own

I had a canvas made that I customized for my sister for christmas. I paid about $50 some for it and after receiving the wrong product first, a gay pride poster I received the customized one rolled up like a poster. The whole site says canvas pictures. I wouldnt have paid the money I had paid for a poster. I reached out to the company and they told me I ok ed the item when they sent me the email. Yes I said it looked good meaning the names. I 100% ordered a canvas that is able to be hung up not a piece of paper. I've ordered from here before and never had a problem.

I wasn't sure how vibrant the prints would be so I was hesitant to order. Once I received them I had to order more for my sister-in-law and mother-in-law for Mother's Day gifts, they were that beautiful. My husband also loved them.

Ordered this gift a month before Christmas for my parents and it got here on the 1st of January. I wasn't able to track my order at all, it just said pending the entire time. I emailed them twice & finally On the original delivery date I got a response saying that it got lost & that they are replacing my order. They promised it'd be by the 24th, came on the 1st. Wont order from them again.
Ordering was super easy and the product was amazing. I was a little irritaded with the lack of any shipping notifications or tracking, as I was worried about it showing up for Mother's Day. It showed in time but I was a bit stressed.

My 2 orders took A LOT longer than told, almost 2 weeks longer. My emails said delivered and wasn't. Customer service said it was still being processed. One order was wrong and they did make a new one. I won't order from here again.
The ordering experience was quick and easy like ordering anything on the internet. The problem is how long it took to get the product once I ordered it. It was 2 weeks before the canvas was actually printed and once it was printed, the canvas shipment number was created but didn't leave the facility until 2 days later. This delay just created another overall shipment delivery delay. It took just under a month to get my canvas delivered which was supposed to be a Christmas present but it was 3 days after. I wasn't very impressed with that but luckily my wife is an understanding person and still loved the gift.
The canvas product is unique and can be made as a personal and more meaningful gift.

I ordered a canvas as a Christmas gift on 11-14-2020 and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I recieved a email about a month after my purchase asking how I was enjoying the purchase. So when I emailed back telling them i haven't received it yet they wrote back saying it was still in processing. I've sent multiple emails since asking about my purchase being as its getting ready to be Christmas in 4 days. They sent me tracking info (no good) that I talked to FedEx about and my daughter works at FedEx too, and they say it hadn't been picked up from the warehouse yet.So with this new info I contact them AGAIN and now they've stopped responding all together. I bought one for myself from a company called "Lemons are Blue" that I will use next time and any other time for that matter. I thought I would give business to another family owed business for support. I won't be doing that again. And! I didn't get my discount code until AFTER my purchase was made. Smh! I hope they change their ways.

My Canvas turned out Beautiful. We have already had compliments on it. The only problem I had was it was delivered to the wrong home. If it hadn't been for a honest couple who found and reached out to me, I would have never received it.

I bought for a bday present to my step mother and she hated it. You see she is a person with expensive taste on a persons beer budget. So I had to get a refund. I thought she would enjoy it as it had all of her children's names on it. But to my surprise she didn't like.

I am not impressed with the entire process and customer service, we had ordered this on December 2nd, and it was supposed to be here before Christmas, well it just arrived today damaged.
With the amount of money, I had paid for this I thought it would be better quality meaning not damaged and scratched. The frame has a chip/dent on it the canvas has black markings on it, the center of the canvas has scratches, and the print is raised/bulging.
I also sent photos with the defects and have not received a response!
All I can say I am a very disappointed customer!

I have wanted a canvas print for a while that I could put all of our names on it with a beach sitting and you had what I was looking for.
Ordered Dec 1 and received email of delivery for Dec 10 but order 2 different items and got nothing on the second until around Dec 18. First order never got past the label being made. Tried many ways to find out more and sometimes they wanted my life story because they couldn't find the orders, and sometimes they said order done and the label made. No one could give me the real answer. Finally both were delivered, but 1 was on Dec 26 which was late for my gift giving. The other was delivered Dec 24. The product itself was nice but everything leading up to delivery sucked. On top of that, I kept getting daily emails about buying product and just thought, if they can't control what they have then stop the emails and advertising for more sales. Get what's order RIGHT, then advertise. I know I wasn't the only one having this problem and some were even in worse shape. Saw 1 facebook comment about an order they had done in October that they hadn't received.
Product looked good and was what I wanted to get for a gift for family and friends.
Loved the picture and idea and was very happy with the results. If only they would have the same ability in delivering and communicatios.
