I ordered a customized art piece for my fiance for Christmas. When it arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. The art is beautiful and the custom order bits were beyond my expectations I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend this group for their outstanding work. I was kept informed throughout the process as to its creation, review, shipping, and delivery. Top notch process all the way.
I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
I gave four stars instead of five because the product was really wonderful, but I had one issue when ordering that I didn't like. I got a code for a free digital copy of my order, but it told me to add it after I had given my credit card information and didn't let me add the code. I feel a little like I was tricked because I couldn't add the code after, so I don't understand why it was given to me that way. :(

I would highly recommend purchasing from this amazing company. I was totally impressed by the company, their employees and the canvas I purchased for our daughter's 50th birthday. Totally exceeded my expectations.

Wanted something special for a special birthday.
Saw the sample and loved it. Ordered it. A couple weeks went by and hadn't heard so I emailed and a few days later it shipped. Got it and it didn't have the "EST" in front of the birth date like the sample so I emailed about it and they said they sent a confirmation email with what it looked like and they didn't hear back so they printed and shipped it anyways. Since then I've been trying to return it or get another printed the right way and haven't had any luck so now I just want my money back!

There are apparently 2 companies with the same name. I didn't realize that and had trouble finding what I had seen before. It was very confusing. However once I figured that out, I had no trouble and received the ordered item promptley.
My son had gotten me a gift from the company and I love it.
My nephew is getting married and I thought it was a unique gift.
Needed to cancel an order, was told I couldn't. Was going to place a different order, but decided not to after this encounter. Terrible business. Does not seem to care about customers at all. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered a picture before Christmas and was told that it would show up before Christmas. Well, let's say it did not show up till AFTER Christmas. No communication from them at all that it was going to be delayed due to COVID or shipping issues, nothing. I called only to hear a recording telling me to email them, which I did. Several days later they responded and not even and apology until the second time I emailed and was a little more assertive.

I placed an order on September 6 for a gift for my aunt and uncle anniversary on September 24. I was told that it will be delivered on September 19th. No notifications sent to me telling me that their is going to be a delay.

My first print was but together with bracing in the corner and well built. The second print looks like it was just throwed together to get it shipped before Christmas. The first one is thicker then the second one. The printed picture is 2 different colors.
I thought there prints looked good on the advertising and a great price.

I noticed about two weeks later that I had a tracking number but it wasn't moving. I contacted the company and after a few back and forth emails, I was told that the picture was on its way. I received my picture on 12/24! I didn't even have time to have it framed to present as a Christmas gift to my husband. I am very happy with the item, just not with how long it took to receive it.

When I write reviews they are usually positive. Not this one. I understand that packages arrive late for Christmas sometimes. My issue is not with that. My issue is compelte lack of customer service. I placed 2 orders. I in November and 2 weeks later one in December as a gift for my sister. My sisters shipped. In this time I have sent 8 emails to customer service. I have no order number, no tracking number and the only reaponse I received said they were waiting for a response from the warehouse. I even paid extra for the digital copy which at the moment is the only thing I have. I just want a reaponse, someone tontake ownership and research the order and do what is right by the rules of customer experience. At least refund me if you are not going to fill my order. I will not recommend this to anyone.

I placed my order 12/2021. Received 1/4 of order by Christmas. After many correspondence, many not answered, and a bunch of phone calls, none answered, I received the rest of my order and all three are wrong. Again I have complained multiple times and not one response to my quiries.

When I realized I wasn't going to receive my shipment before I was leaving to go out of town I contacted the company to ask for a shipping change. The company was very helpful and I received the package on time and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the service I received and the picture is beautiful.

TOTAL scam... thier motto is "world class customer service to all our customers. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority" REALLY?. The gift arrived ONE WEEK after the birthday and I had to scramble to find a replacment. They will not return nor credit my purchase.

Your company needs to work on the trust factor. The last thing you should tell your costumers is your company is not fake or a scam. You need a real human on the phone and a real address listed on your website. Maybe make a video of the people who make the picture or give a tour of the factory that makes the prints.
Was given wrong tracking #. Then when asked, they couldn't find order. Then gave me a tracking order of an item that wasn't mine. Then after Christmas a poster of a weighty machine instructions arrived instead of picture. I will never try again.
I ordered a gift for some wonderful friends who had been through alot with sickness and loss, not due to covid.
It had turned out so much better than I had expected it too, then to find out that they redid their living room and it was a perfect addition to the remodel.
I gave them a bad review and I'm changing it. I ordered on Dec. 4th and it said 10 to 14 day delivery. Emailed them on 19th and called didn't hear anything, so now stressed if its going to show for Christmas. I get a email on the 22nd saying it was shipped and received on the 23rd.It looks great and sure the girlfriend will love it. Would give the print 5 stars. I understand it's Christmas and probably alot of orders, but wish the communication was better because it stressed me out thinking it won't be here in time and might have to do a last minute gift
Though it took much longer to receive my product than it should have, I did receive it in time to give to my friend for Christmas. When I received it, I noticed a wrinkle across the top of the canvas but after the extreme delay in receiving it, I did not have time for it to be remade before Christmas so I gave it to my friend with the wrinkle in it and hoped she wouldn't mind it. She seemed to like it so that made me happy.

I ordered a canvas paid for it never received item 3 weeks go by i contact them they said it was canceled. I never canceled money. Cleared bank no one offered a refund if it was canceled 2nd attempt i responded saying i still want to. We were extremely disappointed when we received our order. The color was blue/gray, instead of the Blk&Wht that was advertised. The flag is 2D and doesn't even look as though it is even on the barn. Just floating in front in 2D.
What a waste of time and money. The first picture below shows what we received. The second picture is what the company showed us we were "supposed " to be receiving. The third picture is of the two side by side. See the difference?

I was to use my own picture. After I placed my order I followed up with a question - I received an email the next day. I must have emailed back and forth with them 4 or 5 times with great response time from them. The piece didn't make it by Christmas even though I ordered it November 28. Now I've received my piece and it is NOTHING like I expected - I have emailed the care team twice with absolutely no response... I'm not happy with what I received - I sent a landscape picture, I received it as a portrait?
